initsoriginalsealedpackaging(“OriginalPurchaser”)andtotheoriginal
purchaserofacomputersystembuiltbyanOriginalPurchasercontain-
ingtheProduct(“OriginalSystemCustomer”)asfollows:theProductwill
substantiallyconformtoIntel’spubliclyavailablespecications,andifthe
Productisproperlyusedandinstalled,itwillnotstopworkingbecauseof
defectsinmaterialandmanufacturefor3yearsfromthepurchasedateof
(1)theProductinitsoriginalsealedpackagingor(2)thecomputersystem
containingtheProduct(“ComputerSystem”).IftheProductfailstoconform
totheabovewarrantyduringthewarrantyperiod,Intel,atitsoption,will:
REPAIRtheProduct;OR
REPLACEitwithaneworreconditionedProduct;OR,
REFUNDitsvalueatthetimeofthewarrantyclaim.
This will be the exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.
This Limited Warranty, and any implied warranties that may exist under
applicable law, extend only to the Original Purchaser or the Original
System Customer and last only for as long as the Original Purchaser or
the Original System Customer continues to own the Product.
WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

•anycostsassociatedwiththerepairorreplacementoftheProduct,
includingcostsofremovalorreplacementoftheProduct;
•damagetotheProduct,orerrorsormalfunctionsintheProduct,due
toaccident,abnormalelectrical,mechanicalorenvironmentalcondi-
tions,usecontrarytoproductinstructions,misuse,neglect,alteration,

•anyProductwhichhasbeenmodiedoroperatedoutsideofIntel’s
publiclyavailablespecications,includingwhereclockfrequenciesor
voltageshavebeenaltered,orwheretheoriginalidenticationmarkings
havebeenremoved,alteredorobliterated.Intelassumesnoresponsi-
bilitythattheProduct,includingifusedwithalteredclockfrequencies
orvoltages,willbetforanyparticularpurposeandwillnotcauseany
damageorinjury.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
YoumaycontactyourplaceofpurchaseoryoumaycontactIntelbycalling
anIntelCustomerSupport(ICS)centerduringbusinesshours.Youwillbe
askedfor(1)yourcontactdetails;(2)proofofpurchase;(3)modelname
andProductidenticationnumber;(4)anexplanationoftheproblemand
(5)moreinformationifnecessary.IfICSconrmsthattheProductiseligible
forwarrantyservice,youwillreceiveaReturnMaterialAuthorization(RMA)
numberandinstructionsforreturningtheProduct.
Intelwillshiptoyou,atitsexpense,therepairedorreplacedProductwithin
areasonableperioduponreceiptofthereturnedProduct.Thereplacement
productwillbewarrantedunderthetermscontainedinthisLimitedWar-
ranty,includingitsexclusions,exceptthatthetermofthewarrantywillbe
whicheverofthefollowingtwoperiodsislonger:(1)90days,beginningon
thedateofshipmentoftherepairedorreplacedProducttoyou,or(2)the
remainderofthewarrantyperiodforthereturnedProductplusanadditional
periodequaltothenumberofdaysbetweenwhenyounotifyICSofthe
needforwarrantyserviceandwhenyoureceivedtherepairedorreplaced

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
This warranty supersedes all other warranties for and representations
about the Product. Intel disclaims all other express warranties and any
warranties arising from course of performance, course of dealing or
usage of trade. Any implied warranties, including, without limitation, the
implied warranties of merchantability, tness for a particular purpose,
and non-infringement, are limited in duration to the period of the Limited
Warranty. No warranties apply after that period.Somestates(orjurisdic-
tions)donotallowtheexclusionofimpliedwarranties,andlimitationson
theirduration,sotheabovelimitationsmaynotapplytoyou.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Intel’s responsibility under this or any other warranty, implied or express,
is limited to repair, replacement or refund. These remedies are the sole
and exclusive remedies for any breach of warranty.

direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any

unenégligence,unemodication,unemauvaisemanipulation,une
réparation,uneinstallationouuntestinapproprié,l'associationavecdes
produitsincompatiblesoutoutvirus,infection,verouunprogramme
malveillantsimilaired'unetiercepartie;
•lacapacitéduProduitàvousprotégerdetouteslesmenacespossibles
pourlasécurité,ycomprislesfautesintentionnellescommisespardes
tiers;
•toutproduitquiauraitétémodiéouutiliséendehorsdesspécications
publiéesparIntel,ycomprislorsquedesfréquencesd'horlogeoudes
tensionsontétémodiées,oulorsquelesmarquesd'identication
d'origineontétéenlevées,modiéesoueacées.Inteldéclinetoute
responsabilitéselonlaquelleleProduit,ycomprisencasd'utilisation
avecdesfréquencesd'horlogeoudestensionsmodiées,seraitadapté
àunusageparticulieretneprovoqueraitaucundommagenilésion.

queleProduitestéligiblepourleservicedegarantie,vousrecevrezun
numérod'autorisationderetourmatériel(RMA)etdesinstructionspourle
retourduProduit.
IntelvousenverraàsesfraisleProduitréparéouleProduitde
remplacementdansundélairaisonnableaprèsréceptionduProduit
retourné.Leproduitderemplacementseragarantiselonlestermesdela
présenteGarantielimitée,ycomprissesexclusions,saufqueladuréedela
garantieseracelledelapluslonguedesdeuxpériodessuivantes:

momentoùvousavisezl'ICSdubesoindeservicedegarantieetlemoment
oùvousrecevezleProduitréparéouleProduitderemplacement.
LIMITATIONS ET EXCLUSIONS DE LA GARANTIE
Cette garantie remplace toutes les autres garanties et déclarations
concernant le Produit. Intel dénie toutes autres garanties expresses et
toutes garanties découlant des modalités d'exécution, de la conduite
habituelle ou de l'usage commercial. Toutes les garanties implicites, y
compris, sans limitation, les garanties implicites de qualité marchande,
d'adéquation à un usage particulier et de non-contrefaçon, sont limitées
en durée à la période de la Garantie limitée. Aucune garantie n'est
applicable après ladite période.Certainsétats(oujuridictions)n'autorisent
pasl'exclusiondesgarantiesimplicites,etlalimitationdeleurdurée,c'est
pourquoileslimitationsci-dessuspeuventnepass'appliqueràvous.
LIMITATIONS DE RESPONSABILITÉ
