1 應用範圍
裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置乃為滾珠軸承、滑動軸承、平面滑軌、圓形滑軌、線性滑
軌、凸輪、齒輪、鏈條…等機構而設計的。
裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置適用於各式工作母機，如車床、銑床、壓床、鉋床、磨床 …
等，它可以同時對不同機器的潤滑點作潤滑。
YAM 機型適用的潤滑油黏度應介於 00#、000#黃油，並請選用新的油料。
YAM 型注油機打黃油時可調整的最大壓力為 30 kgf / cm2
，吐出量為 150cc/min；
為了保護系統的週邊裝置並延長使用壽命，潤滑機裝有調壓閥以確保操作時壓力
的穩定，YAM-H2/B2 並可在間歇時經由脫壓裝置將管路中的壓力釋放掉。
2 基礎操作
2-1 安全措施
2-1.1 安裝前
安裝前先確定電源接線是否正確。
裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置不可使用於以油料潤滑機器以外的其他用途。
2-1.2 加油之前
潤滑油的黏度應介於 00#、000#黃油，若使用油料不在此范圍內，注油
機可能會燒毀或造成壓力或流量不足以及打不出油的情況。
只可使用新的油料，忌用已使用過的油來作潤滑。
不可加入化學物質或水。
清除油箱內的顆粒物塵埃，以確保正常潤滑。
加油到油箱時應注意勿濺到電子控制器。
2-1.3 電子控制器的安全措施
勿使電子控制器和水或油接觸， 以免造成失序。
2-1.4 發生故障時
只有裕祥公司的客戶服務人員有權進行維修， 並須使用原廠之備用零
件。

的锂基脂.

2-4 安裝
2-4.1 安裝注油機
安裝時 (見圖二) 用兩支螺絲(1)將上蓋
(2)的固定孔鎖在機器上的螺孔(3)，機器
上兩孔相距（3L 爲200~210 mm，4L 爲
230~250 mm）。裝設高度應高於地面
0.6 ~ 1.7 公尺。

2-4.2 加入油料
取下丸蓋並注入乾淨未使用過的潤滑油
到油箱內，直到油位標示線 HIGH 的高度(油
箱的容量有 3 / 4 公升兩種型式) 然後蓋上丸
蓋，只能使用黏度介於 00#、000#黃油。
注
意!若使用不適合油料，注油機可能會燒。
2-4.3 油管接法

2-4.4 安裝電源和警報器
為防止因電源供應不穩定而造成傷害，建議在電源輸入端加裝保險絲。
將配線蓋螺絲取下 (參考圖五) 有一個可以將電線鎖上的螺帽在配線蓋左側，將螺帽
放鬆並將電線穿過此孔(參考圖五、六)，固定於配線蓋內之端子盤上。現在將電源接線接
上，首先連接地線，鬆開接地符號的螺絲將地線接上並旋緊。再將電源線分別接在 POWER
內的螺絲，
YAM-B/H 注油機使用時，必須外接 PLC 或用 Timer 控制電源 ON-OFF 的方式來控
制注油機。另外亦有壓力開關的訊號(標準型接於 NC 與COM 上)輸出接點,可連接異常控
制器。進一步說，如果壓力異常，電腦可根據使用者希望來處置。
完成後將配線蓋蓋上，並將電纜固定頭旋緊以免電線被拉出造成斷路(參考圖八)。將
電源接上，若接線正確，注油機即可以開始運轉。

現在開始接油管 (參考圖四)，出油口位
於注油機右側。將油管接頭上的套管帽 1 ﹑
套管 2取出，套在油管 4上，然後將油管插
入接頭 3內，並使油管 4伸出套管 2 至少 1
mm 以上，將油管 4 扶正以套管帽 1 鎖緊以
免漏油。

3 補充油料
油料的高度必須大約介於油位標示線 HIGH 與LOW 之間。如果油的高度掉到
比油位刻度線位置還低，請加入新油(圖三)﹐將丸蓋打開並倒入新油。
注意! 切勿使用已用過的潤滑油。
4 保養
裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置的保養十分容易，為維護裝置請定期清理油箱。若油箱
底部或濾油網發現雜質，請將注油機停止並將油箱四個角落的螺絲拆下，使油箱
與注油機其他部份分離，油箱清洗後請將前面兩個較短的螺絲和後面兩個較長的
螺絲旋緊。
5.異常處理 / 故障排除
! 作任何檢查前應先關閉電源。
! 對於未列於以下表格內的異常狀況，請勿自行修理及拆解 (請向本公司或經銷商
諮詢)。

1. 油品黏度太高或太低 使用適合的油料

3. 馬達不轉 更換馬達(可能是電源接錯造成燒
毀或沒有電源，請重新檢查電源)

馬達轉動但

1. 管路內有空氣 打開釋壓閥及螺帽以釋出空氣，
等油從釋壓閥排油孔流出來，再
重新調整所要的壓力
2. 拆解主機出口的油管，檢視油是
否流出，若有表示注油機正常，
可能是機械的配管阻塞或破裂
查出那段管路異常並加以處理

6 保証
此裝置保證期間為 12 個月，在保證期間免費維修只有在裝置未被擅改並且完
整，未拆封的狀態寄回給裕祥服務人員始予接受。請勿在未商議的情況下寄回剩
餘零件，收件人負擔運費的方式需經本公司服務人員同意。此保證包含原廠材料
和製造瑕疵，若因為天災或未遵照本操作手冊而至損壞則不在保證之內。

1 Scope of application
iSHAN centralized lubrication systems are designed to lubricate ball bearings,
flat bearings, flat slideways, circular slideways, linear guides, cams, gears, chains, etc..
iSHAN centralized lubrication systems are suitable for the lubrication of various
machines, such as lathes, mills, presses, planner, grinder, etc. It is fit to control different
lubricating points at the same time against different machines.
YAM series are suitable for using grease with No.00 and No.000. Only new
lubricant shall be used.
The max. discharge pressure of YAM series is 30 kgf/cm2and the maximum
discharge rate is 150 c.c./min. YAM contains a pressure relief valve in order to prevent
injury, death, or property damage. YAM-H2/B2 series are equipped with dump valve,
which releases built-in pressure from the main line at the interval time.
2 Basic operation
2-1 Safety information
2-1.1 Before installing
! Before installing, read the manual for the correct connection of the power. To prevent
chance of serious injury, death or property damage, disconnect the product from main
power supply before working on it.
! Comply with the specifications on the rating plate of the motor or the electrical
components..
! iSHAN centralized lubrication systems must not be used in other purposes other than
lubricating machines.
2-1.2 Before lubricant filling
You must observe the machinery manufacturer's information on the lubricants to
be used in the machinery.
! Use only new grease with up to No.00 and No.000. Warning! Motor jammed or
burned due to high resistance which caused by delivering higher than No.00 and
No.000, no pressure build-up in centralized lubrication system or insufficient grease
delivery caused by pumping lower than grease No.00 and No.000 result in centralized
lubrication system failure.
!Only clean lubricant may be added. Please never fill with used grease.
! Never fill with chemical substances, water or hazardous fluids.
!All components of the lubrication line system - including reservoir, pipes, hoses,
cut-off valves, control valves, fittings, and so on - must be carefully cleaned before
installation.
