1應用範圍
裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置乃為滾珠軸承、滑動軸承、平面滑軌、圓形滑軌、線性滑軌、
凸輪、齒輪、鍊條…等機構而設計的,適用於各式機械的潤滑,例如車床、銑床、沖床、
研磨機,等等。可同時控制多部機器、多處潤滑點的潤滑給油。
YET-D 機型適用 30 ~ 250 cSt 的潤滑油;限用新油。
YET-D1 的設定壓力為 7 kgf/cm2,YET-D2 的設定壓力為 15 kgf/cm2。為保護週邊設
備,設有釋壓閥來固定潤滑時的壓力。YET-D2 可以使用容積式分配器,配合脫壓裝置 ,
在間歇時間舒解油管內的油壓。
爲了在油不足時能使被潤滑的機器得到保護,YET-D 注油機可與機械的控制系統
連接將機器停止。此外,YET-D 裝有警報器,可在油位到達下限前發出信號通知操作
人員。亦可將注油機和電腦或應用系統聯機以加強警報功能。
YET-D 的設計是以間歇方式潤滑,其間歇時間計有 5、10、15、20、25、40、50、60、
70、90、100 十一種時段可供選擇,潤滑時間計有 3、5、10、15、20、30、40、50 八種
時段可供選擇。
重視安全及彈性選擇為 YET 系列最大的特色。在安全措施方面,可以選擇安裝壓力
檢知開關偵測管路是否有破損或洩漏。液位開關在油料不足時能藉由接線迴路使機器停止
運作;亦可將潤滑機和外部電腦或應用系統連線以加強警報功能。
2基礎操作
2-1 安全措施
2-1.1 安裝前
安裝前先參考使用手冊確定電源接線正確。
安裝前確定電氣規格是否正確。
裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置不可使用於以油料潤滑機器以外的其他用途。
2-1.2 加油之前
潤滑油的粘度應介於 30 ~ 250 cSt,注意 !若使用油料的粘度高於 250 cSt 潤滑器
可能會燒毀。若粘度低於 30 cSt 可能會造成壓力或流量不足以及打不出油的情況。
只可使用新的油料,忌用已使用過的油來作潤滑。
不可加入化學物質或水。
清除油箱內的顆粒物塵埃,以確保正常潤滑。

2-1.3 控制器的安全措施
勿使控制面板和水或油接觸, 以免造成失序。
2-1.4 發生故障時
只有裕祥公司的客戶服務人員有權進行維修,並須使用原廠之備用零件。

2-4 安裝
2-4.1 安裝潤滑器
安裝時 (見圖二)用兩支螺絲(1)將上蓋(2)的
固定孔鎖在機器上的螺孔(3),機器上兩孔相距
(2L 爲172~180mm,3L 爲190~205 mm,4L
爲230~250 mm)。裝設高度應高於地面 0.6 ~ 1.7
公尺。

2-4.2 加入油料
掀開加油口蓋(圖三),並注入乾淨未使用過
的潤滑油(黏度值 30 ~ 250 cSt)到油箱內,直
到油箱的高油位刻度線,然後蓋上加油口蓋。
注意 !若使用油料的粘度高於 250 cSt 潤
滑器可能會燒毀。

2-4.3 油管接法
現在開始接油管 (見圖四),接頭位於潤滑器
右側。將接頭上的套管帽、套管取出,並將其
套在油管上,然後將油管插入接頭內,並使油
管伸出套管至少 1 mm 以上,將油管扶正將套
管帽鎖緊以免漏油。

2-4.4 安裝電源和警報器
放鬆電子箱頂蓋螺絲並取下頂蓋 (見圖五),裡面有電源和警報器的接點。在配線盒旁
邊有一個用來固定電線的螺帽 -電纜固定頭,參考(圖六)將固定頭旋下並依(圖七)的方向
將電線穿過去,以便待一會能將電線固定。然後,將電線經由螺孔推入配線盒內。
(圖八)首先連接地線,鬆開接地符號的螺絲,將地線接上並旋緊。再將電源線正
負端 分別接在 POWER 內的螺絲座。液位開關的功能是當油面高度接近最低油位時發出
一個警報訊號給外部控制系統以使潤滑機停止運轉、警鈴出聲或是其他的控制。壓力開
關是開機時偵測出油的壓力是否建立到達設定值。若是油管破裂、洩漏、或泵浦、馬達
等出現異常狀況導致出油壓力不足時。請確定您機台使用的警報裝置及接線並將之連接
到標示異常接點的地方。
本潤滑器的異常輸出端可視需要接至 CNC 的異常輸入或外接大型警報裝置。本潤滑器
的缺油異常端的電氣規格為 3A/250VAC。
完成後將電纜固定頭旋緊(圖九)以免電線脫落造成短路,蓋上頂蓋並鎖緊。
將電源接上,若接線正確控制面板上的潤滑指示燈會亮起並開始運轉。

3使用
3-1 時間設定
潤滑時,面板上的橙色指示燈會亮,單位為秒;間歇時,面板上的綠色指示燈
會亮,單位為分。時間設定前請先關閉電源,將電子箱頂蓋取下,在電路板上有二
組撥鍵式開關,上方那一組為潤滑時間設定器,下方那一組為間歇時間設定器,依
照時間設定表(置於電子箱頂蓋內)來設定所需的時間。設定後請再次確認並將電子
箱頂蓋裝回。
注意!間歇時間須為潤滑時間的五倍以上。
若於間歇時間內需要潤滑供油,請按下控制面板上的 FEED 鍵。
注意每次拆裝前一定要將電源線拔掉,而關掉電源後至少須經二十秒才可再重
新開電。
本機台連接油管的接頭為特殊接頭,切勿私自更換以免影響正常操作。
3-2 補充油料
油料的填裝量必須大約在油箱的高、低油位刻度線之間,;如果油料不足,注油
機會停止作動並送出一個警報信號,此時請加入油料(見圖三)﹐將丸蓋打開並倒入新
油。
注意!切勿使用已用過的潤滑油。
4保養
裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置的保養十分容易,為維護裝置請定期清理油箱。若油箱底部
或濾油網發現雜質,請將潤滑器停止並將油箱四個角落的螺絲拆下,使油箱與潤滑器
其他部份分離,油箱清洗後請將螺絲旋緊。

5故障排除
!作任何檢查前應先關閉電源。
!對於未列於以下表格內的異常狀況,請勿自行修理及拆解 (請向本公司或經銷商諮詢)。

6保証
此裝置保證期間為 12 個月,在保證期間免費維修只有在裝置未被擅改並且完整,未
拆封的狀態寄回給裕祥服務人員始予接受。請勿在未商議的情況下寄回剩餘零件,收件人
負擔運費的方式需經本公司服務人員同意。此保證包含原廠材料和製造瑕疵,若因為天災
或未遵照本操作手冊而至損壞則不在保證之內。

1Scope of application
iSHAN centralized lubrication systems are designed to lubricate ball bearings, flat bearings,
flat slideways, circular slideways, linear guides, cams, gears, chains, etc..
iSHAN centralized lubrication systems are suitable for the lubrication of various machines,
such as lathes, mills, presses, planner, grinder, etc. It is fit to control different lubricating points
at the same time against different machines.
YET-D series are suitable for using lubricant with a viscosity range at 30 to 250 cSt during it
is running. Only new lubricant shall be used.
The max.discharge pressure for YET-D1 model is 7kgf/cm2, and YET-D2 model is
15kgf/cm2.The lubrication unit contains a pressure relief valve in order to prevent injury, death,
or property damage.
YET-D can be connected to the control system to stop and prevent the machine when the
lubricant is insufficient. YET-D is equipped with an alarm, which can send a signal when the
lubricant is insufficient. YET-D can also be connected to a computer or application to enhance
the alarm function.

For safety, a pressure switch should be mounted to monitor the system.The pressure switch
monitors whether the required pressure build-up occurs in the centralized lubrication system
during the pump cycle time and detects any leaking or lubrication connection damage. The level
switch is design to monitor the filling level and shut down the lubrication unit when the
lubricant is insufficient. To get further safety, the lubrication unit can connect to other
monitored device properly to enhance the alarm system.
2Basic operation
2-1 Safety information
2-1.1Before installing
!Before installing, read the manual for the correct connection of the power.To prevent
chance of serious injury,death or property damage, disconnect the product from main power
supply before working on it.

!Comply with the specifications on the rating plate of the motor or the electrical
components..
!iSHAN centralized lubrication systems must not be used in other purposes other than
lubricating machines.
2-1.2Before lubricant filling
You must observe the machinery manufacturer's information on the lubricants to be used in
the machinery.
!Use only new oil with a permitted range of oil viscosity from 30 to 250cSt.
Warning !Motor jammed or burned due to high resistance which caused by delivering higher
than an oil viscosity of 250cSt, no pressure build-up in centralized lubrication system or
insufficient oil delivery caused by pumping lower than an oil viscosity of 30cSt result in
centralized lubrication system failure.
!No water or chemicals.
!Keep the lubricator reservoir clean to ensure the normal lubrication operation.
2-1.3 Control panel safety information
!In order to avoid disorders of the control panel, never let it have contact with water or oil.
2-1.4 Faults
!Only qualified, instructed specialists who are authorized by iSHAN may repair lubricators
and must use the original spare parts.

2-4 Installation
2-4.1 Positioning and mounting
The lubrication unit is attached to the intended
mounting location (3) using appropriate fastening
materials (1).The mounting dimensions of fixing
holes for 2L are measured between 172 to 180mm ;
3L between 190 to 205mm ; 4L between 230 to
250mm. The installation location should be spaced
between 0.6m to 1.7m above the ground.

2-4.2 Filling Oil
Remove the oil tank cap and fill clean and
non-used oil into the tank and add up to the HIGH
mark (Fig. 3). Please note that only use permitted
range of oil viscosity between 30cSt to 250cSt.
Warning! Motor jammed or burned due to high
resistance which caused by delivering higher than
an oil viscosity of 250cSt.

2-4.3 Lubrication line connection
Solderless tube connection (double tapered sleeves)
can be used. The tube must go through compressed
bushing and double tapered sleeve (See Fig. 4). To
avoid any leaking during running service time, it
should be observed up to 1mmdistance between the
tube end to the double sleeve.Insert tube end into
counter bored port (3) up to the stop.First tighten
compressed bushing finger-tight by hand. Then turn
another 11/2turns.

2-4.4 Wiring and alarm
Install a fuse between the power supply and the product is strongly recommended!
The electrical circuit diagram of the lubrication unit is affixed inside the unit and can be
accessed by removing the cap.
Remove the cap (Fig.5) and inside you can see terminal plate and cable gland nut. Loosen
cable gland (Fig.6) and then insert cable through the cable gland hole (Fig.7) to wire up. Fix the
cable gland to the housing.
Wiring must comply with the electrical circuit diagram (Fig.8) of the lubrication unit
affixed inside the unit.Otherwise, property damage or serious injury can occur.
Level switch and pressure switch are strongly recommended to assemble for fault
monitoring and preventing chance of property damage or serious injury. In the model design
with a control unit, the electrical connection to the monitoring units such as pressure switches
and float switches is established inside the lubrication unit directly to the connectors on the
electronic control unit. Depending on the control unit's model design, a signal line for fault
monitoring can be run outwards to connect to the machine control unit via a cable fitting
mounted on the lubrication unit. ④⑤⑥(Fig.7) can be connected to external alarm device or
CNC abnormal input(250VAC,3A).
After the electrical connection is finished, tighten the cable gland (Fig.9) and fix the cover.
Then turn on the power and the power indicator on the panel for YET-D will lamp if the
electrical connection is correct.

3General information
3-1 Time setting
Lubrication time: orange light on, unit second.
Intermittent time: green light on, unit minute.
Please turn off the power before time setting. Remove the cover cap, there are two
sets of switches on the circuit board, the upper one is for lubrication time, the lower one
is for intermittent time. According to the time setting table(inside the cover cap) set the
time. Please confirm and put the cover cap back after setting.
Warning!intermittent time must be more than 5 times of the lubrication time.
!If lubrication is required at the interval, you may press FEED button to discharge oil.
!Disconnect the product from main power supply before working on it. Don’t reboot in
20sec.
!The elbow adapter on the lubrication unit is specified. Never change it by yourself.

3-2 Refilling lubricant
Always keep the oil level between HIGH mark and LOW mark. If the oil level falls below
LOW mark, the lubrication unit will send an alarm signal to the control unit of the machine.
Remove the cap (Fig. 3) and refill with new clean oil.
Warning! Never use used oil
4Maintenance
iSHAN centralized lubrication system is easy to maintain. The reservoir must be cleaned
before installation and in service time so clean the reservoir regularly. If there is any
impurity or oil sludge found at the bottom of reservoir or on the strainers of the lubrication
unit, disconnect the product from main power supply and take off the reservoir by removing
4 screws on the corners. After the reservoir is cleaned, assemble it to the lubrication unit.
5 Faults / Troubleshooting
Warning!!Disconnect the product from main power supply before working on it..
Warning!!Please do not try to repair or disassemble the lubrication unit for the faults
not listed below. You should consult and inform iSHAN company at once.
