1應用範圍
裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置，可用來潤滑滾珠軸承、滑動軸承、平滑動軌道、圓筒滑動
軌道、線性滑軌、凸輪、齒輪、鏈條…等等，適用於各式機械的潤滑，例如：車床、銑
床、衝床、研磨機…等等，它可以對不同機器的各個潤滑點同時作潤滑。
YGL-G 按油杯容積分 800ml、1200ml、和 2000ml 三種。
YGL-G120/G200 加壓型適用 0號，00 號，000 號，1號極壓鋰基脂，限用新油。
YGL-G080/G120/G200 普通機型適用 00 號及 000 號極壓鋰基脂，限用新油。
YGL-G 按控制方式分 A型和外接 PLC 控制三種。
YGL-GA 的設計重點：是間歇性潤滑。間歇時間數值可設定 1到999(單位：秒/分/
時)；潤滑時間數值則可設定為 1到999(單位：秒)。出廠標準潤滑時間單位：秒；出廠
標準間歇單位：分。本注油機允許用戶做時間性或給油配量性的控制。
YGL-G 最大出油量為每分鐘 16 ml。為保護週邊設備，設有釋壓閥來固定潤滑時的
壓力，壓力設定為 100 kgf/cm2。
2基礎操作

*潤滑油脂為 00 號， 000 號，（加壓型也可用 0號，1號）
*只可使用新的油料，忌用已使用過或有雜質的油來作潤滑。
*不可加入化學物質或水。
*清除油杯內的顆粒物塵埃，以確保正常潤滑。
* 2-1.3 控制器的安全措施
*勿使控制器和水或油接觸，以免造成失序。

*只有裕祥公司的客戶服務人員有權進行維修，並須使用原廠之備用零件。

2-4 安裝
2-4.1 安裝注油機
安裝注油機前，先在適當位置將固定孔(或螺紋)加工完成。固定孔尺寸請參見圖二。
安裝時 (參見圖三)先將三隻螺母(1)旋出，然後用三隻螺栓把注油機固定在機器上
之預留位置。
裝設高度應高於地面 0.6～1.7 公尺。

2-4.2 加入油料
請使用黃油鎗注油，將油料從牛油嘴
灌到油杯內(參見圖四)，直到抑油塊位於
油杯的最高油位(只能使用 00 號，000 號油脂)
（加壓型也可用 0號，1號）
注意！切勿從油杯上方加油。
2-4.3 油管接法
先將保護出油口的油塞取出。
現在開始接管(參見圖五)，先將接頭(1)於外
牙部纏上止泄帶，確實裝配並鎖緊在注油機
出油口處。
將接頭(1)上的套管帽(3)、套管(2)取出，
並將其穿套在適當的油管(4)上，然後將油管插入
接頭(1)內，並使油管(4)穿過套管(2)至少露出 1 mm
以上，將油管(4)扶正把套管帽(3)鎖緊，以免漏油。
2-4.4 安裝電源
連接電源的電纜前，請先確定該電纜沒有通電。鬆開電子箱頂蓋的螺絲並取下頂蓋
(參考圖六)，裏面有電源和地線的接點。將電子箱外殼左側之電纜固定頭螺帽旋鬆取下(參
考圖七)，把電線串起電纜固定頭螺帽，再穿過電纜固定頭(參考圖八)。
現在，將電源和地線的電纜接上(參考圖九)。首先連接地線(1)，鬆開接地符號的螺
絲，將地線確實接上並旋緊；再把電源線正負端分別接在 POWER (2) 的螺絲座內，並
確實旋緊，將電子箱內之電纜調整到適當長度後，把電纜固定頭螺帽與電纜固定頭鎖緊
(參考圖十)，以免電線被拉出造成斷路，接線完成。
將電子箱頂蓋裝回後並輸入電源，若接線正確，在控制面板上的潤滑指示燈會亮
起 ，注油機開始以開機潤滑運轉。

若接線正確，在電子箱的控制面板上的潤滑指示燈(橙燈)會亮起(圖十)。同時注
油機以開機即潤滑開始運轉。
2-4.5 空氣排出
油料中或多或少會包含有空氣！
當注油機已開始運作，但油料並未送出時；
請旋松(或取下)排氣螺釘(參見圖十一)，直到
空氣從排氣孔排空(排空判定：油料從排氣孔
出來，並且油量均勻)，再將排氣螺釘確實裝
回並鎖緊。

3使用說明
注意！每次拆裝前一定要將電源關閉。
注意！關掉電源後，不可立即開電，至少須待二十秒。
注意！建議間歇時間為潤滑時間的 5倍以上。（建議最短間歇時間為 3分鐘）。
3-1 YGL-GA 控制面板

3-1.1 間歇 /潤滑時間數值顯示
間歇/潤滑時間的設定值可以壓住控制面板上的任一鍵 ” ▲ ” 或” ▼ ” 1 至2秒而
由顯示螢幕讀取。如果未按任何鍵，注油機 5秒鐘後會自動重新啟動。
在間歇期間，間歇時間顯示螢幕會顯示剩餘的間歇時間，潤滑時間顯示螢幕會顯示
設定值；同理，在潤滑期間，潤滑時間顯示螢幕會顯示剩餘的潤滑時間，間歇時間顯示
螢幕會顯示設定值。在任何時間按 ” ▲ ” 或” ▼ ” 鍵約 2秒可讀取潤滑/間歇時間的設
定值。如果未再按任何鍵，注油機 2秒鐘後會自動重新啟動。
3-1.2 設定間歇 /潤滑時間
先按住間歇 /潤滑時間設定鍵(增加鍵或縮減鍵)的任何一鍵 1至2秒。時間顯示螢
幕會顯示目前的設定值(間歇 /潤滑時間)。壓一下 ”▲” 間歇 /潤滑時間會增加； 持
續壓住則會快速增加。壓一下 ” ▼ ” 間歇 /潤滑時間會減少；持續壓住則會快速減少，
數值調整範圍為 1到999。當注油機在設定模式中，請注意：間歇 /潤滑兩指示燈都會
閃爍。
間歇時間的單位：分；潤滑時間的單位：秒。
時間設定好以後不再按任何鍵，則注油機 5秒鐘後將會依新的設定儲存並自動重新
啟動。此時指示燈不再閃爍，而是潤滑時潤滑指示燈亮，間歇指示燈不亮；間歇時間歇
指示燈亮，潤滑指示燈不亮。

3-1.3 重新啟動
任何時候按強制潤滑鍵 (圖十二) 1 至2秒，注油機會依目前間歇 /潤滑時間的設
定自動重新啟動，可以有強制潤滑的效果。
3-1.4 操作模式的設定
注意！只有裕祥公司客戶服務部工作人員被授權更改注油機的初始設定，使用者只可
以進行基本功能的設定。
3-1.5 YGL-GA 帶計次型分配器檢測設置
運行狀態下，同時按住“潤滑時間减”和“潤滑時間加”大約 5秒，上窗口顯示 P-0（功
能代碼，如 P-0 表示分配器檢測功能有效設置），下窗口顯示 00*，使用“潤滑時間减”
或“潤滑時間加”可以切換代碼類型。使用“間隙時間减”或“間隙時間加”可以設定代碼值，
按“復位”可以退出分配器設置狀態。分配器動作次數設定時，建議上下限次數相差 6次。
3-1.6 控制功能
自動控制：儀錶上電，按設定程序工作,打開油泵開始加油,上窗口顯示加油剩餘時
間，
“潤滑”指示燈閃爍； 當時間减爲 0,關閉油泵,下邊窗口顯示休止時間,,“間歇”指示燈
閃爍，當休止時間减爲 0,重新開啓油泵,如此往復。
3-1.7 指示燈及報警說明
（1）油位報警指示燈：油位開關接通時指示燈亮，幷且蜂鳴器報警；否則滅
（2）計次型：分配器動作報警指示燈：加油時間動作完成時，分配器次數不在上、
下限之間，則報警指示燈亮，否則滅。
普通型：壓力報警指示燈：加油時間動作完成時，壓力開關接通，則壓力報警
指示燈亮，否則滅。
★油位報警或壓力報警時，報警繼電器接通，如聯動蜂鳴器則蜂鳴器鳴叫警報。

★報警說明：
1. 油位報警時（油箱油位低于液位開關最低感知點），顯示“E - O”。
2. 壓力報警時（實際的管路壓力在 A型計時器潤滑時間的最後一秒偵測時低于預設工作
壓力），顯示“E - P”。
3. 分配器動作异常報警時，顯示 E-A。下窗口顯示實際偵測的分配器動作次數。
備注：進入分配器檢測功能之後，只要有調整潤滑時間，就必須相對應重新設定好偵測分
配器動作次數的上下限數值，以免造成注油機發出分配器動作异常警報。

3-2 補充油料
油料的填裝後抑油塊的位置應大約位於油杯的八分滿的位置；如果油料低於油杯的
LOW 標記位置時，請及時加入新的潔淨油料。(參見 2-4.2)
注意!切勿使用已用過或有雜質的油脂。

4保養
裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置的保養十分容易，使用乾淨無雜質的油料，即是最佳的保養。
5故障排除
！做任何檢查前，請先關閉電源。
！未列於以下之異常狀況，切勿自行維修及拆解，請向本公司或經銷商諮詢。

人負擔運費的方式，須經本公司客戶服務人員同意。此保證包含原廠材料和製造瑕疵，
若因為天災或未遵照本操作手冊，而致損壞則不在保證之內。

1 Scope of application
iSHAN centralized lubrication systems are designed to lubricate ball bearings, flat
bearings, flat slideways, circular slideways, linear guides, cams, gears, chains, etc..
iSHAN centralized lubrication systems are suitable for the lubrication of various
machines, such as lathes, mills, presses, planner, grinder, etc. It is fit to control different
lubricating points at the same time against different machines.
YGL-G reservoir capacity: Available with 800ml 、1200 ml、2000 ml。
YGL-G120/G200 w/spring loaded follower plate: Permitted grease grade No.0/00/000/1。
YGL-G080/G120/G200: Permitted grease grade No.00/000。
YGL-G control type: timer control and PLC control。
Only new lubricant shall be used.
YGL-GA is designed for intermittent lubricating. The interval can be set up from 1 to 999
(unit：second/minute/hour/count)；The lubrication time can be set up from 1 to 999 (unit：
second/minute). iSHAN default setting of time unit for interval is minute and for lubrication is
second. The operator can adjust intermittence and lubrication time depends on the application.
YGL-G max. output volume is up to 16ml/min. The lubrication unit contains a pressure
relief valve in order to prevent injury, death, or property damage. The pressure relief sets on
100 kgf/cm2。
*Before installing, read the manual for the correct connection of the power. To prevent
chance of serious injury, death or property damage, disconnect the product from main
power supply before working on it.
*Comply with the specifications on the rating plate of the motor or the electrical
components..
*iSHAN products must only be used for their intended purpose. The described product is
for supplying centralized lubrication systems with lubricant and is intended for use in
centralized lubrication systems. Any other use of this product constitutes improper use.
2-1.2 Before lubricant filling
* You must observe the machinery manufacturer's information on the lubricantsto be used
in the machinery.
* Use only new oil with a permitted range of grease grade No. 00/000.(Model with
spring-loaded follower plate can use No. 0，1 grease)

* Only clean lubricant may be added.Please never fill with used oil.Never fill with
chemical substances, water or hazardous fluids.
* All components of the lubrication line system - including reservoir, pipes, hoses, cut-off
valves, control valves, fittings, and so on - must be carefully cleaned before installation.
2-1.3 Control panel safety information
* In order to avoid disorders of the control panel, never let it have contact with water or
oil.
2-1.4 Faults
*Only qualified, instructed specialists who are authorized by iSHAN may repair
lubricators and must use the original spare parts.

2-4.1 Positioning and mounting
Installation holes for the attachment of the compact unit to the wall must be made in
accordance with the stipulations of the section mounting dimensions. (Fig.2)
The lubrication unit is attached to the intended mounting location using appropriate
fastening materials.(Fig.3)
The installation location should be spaced between 0.6m to 1.7m above the ground.

Recommend filling by grease gun through grease
nozzle(Fig. 3) until the follower plate move to the MAX
mark. Use only new oil with a permitted range of grease
grade No.00/000.(Model with spring-loaded follower
plate can use No.0,1 grease)
Warning! Prohibit filling from the top of grease
reservoir.
Remove the plug from the lubrication unit first. Use
thread seal tape attached on the adapter(1). (Fig. 5)
Solderless tube connection (double tapered sleeves) can
be used. The tube must go through compressed bushing
and double tapered sleeve. To avoid any leaking during
running service time, it should be observed up to 1mm
distance between the tube(4) end to the double sleeve(2).
Insert tube end into counterbored port (1) up to the
stop. First tighten compressed bushing(3) finger-tight by
hand. Then turn another 11/2 turns.

2-4.4 Wiring and alarm
Warning !! To prevent chance of serious injury, death or property damage, disconnect
the product from main power supply before working on it.
Install a fuse between the power supply and the product is strongly recommended!
The electrical circuit diagram of the lubrication unit is affixed inside the unit and can be
accessed by removing the cap.
Remove the cap (Fig.6) and inside you can see terminal plate and cable gland nut.
Loosen cable gland (Fig.7) and then insert cable through the cable gland hole (Fig.8) to wire
up.

Wiring must comply with the electrical circuit diagram (Fig.9) of the lubrication unit
affixed inside the unit. Otherwise, property damage or serious injury can occur. Then fix the
cable gland to the housing (Fig.10) to prevent any pulling.
After the electrical connection is finished, tighten the cable gland and fix the cover. Then
turn on the power and the power indicator on the panel will lamp and start to pump if the
electrical connection is correct.
2-4.5 Deaerating

3 General information
Warning !To prevent chance of serious injury, death or property damage, disconnect the
product from main power supply before working on it.
Warning !Interval of startup remains at least 20 seconds up.
Warning !Intermittence time is at least 5 times of lubrication time.(Intermittence time
remains at least 3 minutes up).

The lubricant may only be conveyed if it is free
from bubbles. Fill the lubricant reservoir - if used -with
clean lubricant without allowing any bubbles to form.
For deaerating the compact unit/centralized lubrication
system, start running the compact unit until bubble-free
lubricant escapes from vent valve.
The process of deaerating the centralized
lubrication system is facilitated by:
1.Unscrew vent bolt(Fig. 11) until bubble-free
lubricant escapes from vent valve.
2.Filling longer pipe sections before connecting
the system to the lubricating point.
