Introduction
Overview
•T e ‘Kessebo mer LeMans II Package’ from Solid Setup adds t e Kessebo mer LeMans II unit to Cabinet Vision
Solid.
•It provides drilling for t e column and brackets, in t e cabinet ends, top and deck for CNC output.
•It also adds 3d grap ics for t e s elves, column and brackets.
•T e kit is added wit descriptions for reporting purposes.

LeMans II Usage
Setting up the Cabinet.
•Start wit a standard un-s aped Base or Tall cabinet.
•Cabinet must ave a deck.
•Cabinet must ave a full top or a orizontal top rail at t e front of t e cabinet.
•If using a top rail it must be a minimum of 100mm wide but preferably 110mm.
•T e top or rail must be flus wit t e cabinet top (no scribes).
•T e deck must be flus wit t e bottom of t e face (no scribes).
•T e opening between t e deck and top must be a minimum of 650mm.
•Cabinet internal dept minimum is 500mm.
•Cabinet internal widt minimums are:
•800mm for Lemans 45.
•910mm for Lemans 50.
•960mm for Lemans 60.
•Door opening for Frameless cabinets are:
•411-418mm for Lemans 45.
•461-468mm for Lemans 50.
•561-568mm for Lemans 60.
Cabinet Parameter
To use t e LeMans II unit in a cabinet you must add a parameter to t e cabinet:
•Take t e cabinet into t e cabinet editor, click on t e Object Tree.
•Press “ADD” and type LEMANS2 in capitals for t e name.
Enter 1 as t e value:
•Press OK

Cabinet Attributes
T e LeMans II Shelf? Attribute will now appear on t e cabinet.
Use t e drop down list to select t e LeMans II Unit required:
45 Lh
45 Rh
50 Lh
50 Rh
60 Lh
60 Rh
T e LeMans II unit selected will be added to t e cabinet.
T e following attributes will also be added to t e cabinet:
LeMans2 Pole? Use t is to select w ic pole size.
Auto Pole size will be automatic based on the distance between the base and top as follows:
600-750 opening will use pole type A for (600-750) openings
750-900 opening will use pole type B for (720-900) openings
1265 or ig er, will use t e ig board pole wit 4 s elves.
(Or eac of t e above pole sizes can be selected manually)
LeMans2 Height Use t is to adjust t e top bracket position if required.
LeMans2 Style? Select Arena or Classic s elf styles (affects material for kit for reports only)
LeMans2 Open? Use t is to s ow t e s elves in t e open position.
LeMans2 Frame? Select Faceframe(S im) if you wis to use a s im on t e side bracket w ic will move
everyt ing over 29mm.
LeMans2 Br tPos 1 Use t is to adjust t e lower side/front bracket Y position if required.
LeMans2 Br tPos 2 Use t is to adjust t e upper side/front bracket Y position if required.
LeMans2 Pole Br t Use t is to select w ic bracket to use on t e pole
Top(53mm) Uses t e top bracket for fixing to top or rail or s elf etc. Pole is 53mm in from front (T is option is
disabled for ig board wit 4 s elves.
Front(26mm) Uses t e side bracket for fixing to front panel. Pole is 26mm in from front.
Side(53mm) Uses t e side bracket for fixing to Mullion or Stile etc. Pole is 53mm in from front.
Side(38mm) Uses t e side bracket for fixing to Mullion or Stile etc. Pole is 38mm in from front.
Front(51mm) Uses a 51mm bracket for fixing to front panel. Pole is 51mm in from front.(new Aug 2015 revision 2)
NOTE: When using the pole side brac ets, the brac ets for the pole must be mounted on a mullion or stile. It must be
added to the cabinet by you, and is not added by this pac age.

UCS Public Variables
T ere are 6 Public Variables in t e “{ SHELF } -- Kessebohmer LeMans II “ UCS.
•To c ange t ese variables go to t e Utilities – Edit User Created Standards from t e Room Plan or Elevation
views
•T en click on t e “{ SHELF } -- Kessebohmer LeMans II” UCS.
•On t e top rig t and side of t e screen you will see t e Public Variables list:
Bot Brac et hole diameter =Diameter of T roug Holes in t e cabinet deck for t e bottom bracket.
End Brac et Hole Depth = Dept of Holes in t e cabinet end.
End Brac et hole diameter = Diameter of Holes in t e cabinet end.
Highboard Hole Depth = Dept of Holes in t e cabinet mullion or front panel for t e Hig board brackets.
Highboard hole diameter = Diameter of Holes for t e Hig board brackets.
Top Brac et Hole Diameter = Diameter of t roug Holes in t e cabinet top or top rail for t e top bracket.

•If your system is set to mm, Edit t e values in t e Imp() brackets to t e diameter and dept s you require.
•If your system is set to inc es, simply replace t e w ole imp() wit t e imperial measurement instead.
•Eg: Imp(3) mig t become 1/8
Once you ave c anged t ese values to your requirements, you can close t e UCS editor.

Tools Required
•T e drill diameters you c oose in t e UCS User Definable Variables above are all required for t is package to
work. Also t ere are 5mm oles required for t e cabinet top and bottom brackets. You must ave t ese tool
diameters in your tool catalog and in your mac ine.
