Gerätesicherheit
• Lassen Sie das Gerät während des Betriebs nicht unbeaufsichtigt. Wenn Sie das Gerät unbeaufsichtigt
lassen, schalten Sie es vorher aus bzw. ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.
• Halten Sie das Gerät von Wärmequellen, direkter Sonneneinstrahlung, Feuchtigkeit (das Gerät nie in eine
Flüssigkeit tauchen) und scharfen Kanten fern. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nie mit feuchten Händen. Falls
das Gerät feucht oder nass ist, ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker.
• Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen.
• Überprüfen Sie das Gerät und das Netzkabel regelmäßig auf Schäden hin. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht,
wenn es beschädigt ist.
• Versuchen Sie nicht, das Gerät selbst zu reparieren. Wenden Sie sich an einen befähigten Techniker, um

Spezielle Sicherheitshinweise
• Verwenden Sie den Toaster nicht ohne die Krümelschublade. Reinigen Sie die Krümelschublade regelmä-
ßig.
• Verwenden Sie den Toaster nicht mit Lebensmitteln, die Zucker enthalten oder die mit Marmelade, Kon-
fitüre usw. bestrichen sind.
• Brot kann anbrennen. Verwenden Sie daher den Toaster nicht in der Nähe von entzündbaren Gegenstän-
den wie Gardinen.
• Versuchen Sie nicht, feststeckenden Toast, Muffins, Bagels oder andere Lebensmittel mit einem Messer
oder anderen Gegenständen zu entfernen. Der Kontakt mit stromführenden Elementen kann zu einem
lebensgefährlichen Stromschlag führen.

Benutzung
Vor der Benutzung
1. Entfernen Sie das Packungsmaterial. Achten Sie darauf, dass sich keine Verpackungsteile in den
Toastschlitzen finden.
2. Führen Sie die Brötchenschublade in den Toaster ein.
3. Platzieren Sie den Toaster auf einer geeigneten Oberfläche:
◦eben und hitzebeständig
◦mind. 10 cm seitlichen Abstand in jede Richtung sicherherstellen
◦mind. 30 cm Abstand nach oben
◦nicht in der Nähe entflammbarer Materialien (Vorhänge etc.)
◦nicht in der Nähe eines Gasofens
4. Verbinden Sie den Toaster mit einer Steckdose (220-240V, 50Hz).
Reinigung
Reinigen Sie den Toaster regelmäßig. Dieses Gerät enthält keine zu wartenden Teile im Gehäuse und benötigt
keine Wartung. Überlassen Sie die Reparatur dem qualifizierten Kundendienst.
Warnung: Verbrennungsgefahr
Das Gitter, die Heizdrähte und die Toastschlitze und das Gehäuse werden heiß. Nehmen Sie das
Röstgut vorsichtig heraus.
Warnung: Gefahr eines Stromschlags
Tauchen Sie den Toaster nicht in Wasser.
Ziehen Sie vor der Reinigung den Netzstecker.
Verwendung
1. Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie eine Scheibe Brot mit dem passenden Zuschnitt nehmen (max. 100 mm x
100 mm x 10 mm)
2. Legen Sie das Brotstück mittig in einem Toastschlitz ein.
3. Wählen Sie den gewünschten Bräunungsgrad und aktivieren Sie eine der Sonderfunktionen (Auftauen,
Erwärmen). Drücken Sie den Schiebehebel nach unten.
4. Der Erhitzungsvorgang wird nun automatisch gestartet und kann durch Drücken der Stopp-Taste manuell
abgebrochen werden. Andernfalls endet der Aufwärmvorgang mit dem Auswurf der Brotscheibe.

Reinigung des Gehäuses
Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker und lassen Sie den Toaster völlig abkühlen. Ziehen Sie die Krümelschublade her-
aus und entsorgen Sie die Brotkrümel. Setzen Sie anschließend die Krümelschublade wieder ein.
Wischen Sie das Außengehäuse mit einem leicht feuchten weichen Tuch oder Schwamm. Trocknen Sie die
Oberfläche mit einem Stoff- oder Papiertuch. Verwenden Sie keine scharfen Reinigungsmittel oder Scheu-

• Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you should leave the workplace, always turn off ma-
chine or remove the plug from the socket.

Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately.
• When cleaning or putting it away, turn off the appliance and always pull out the plug from the socket if the
appliance is not being used and remove the attached accessories.
• Check the appliance and the cable for damage on a regular basis. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged.
• Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an authorized technician. To avoid the
exposure to danger, cable be replaced only by the manufacturer, by our customer service or by a qualified
person and with a cable of the same type.

• In order to ensure your children’s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.)

• In order to protect children or frail individuals from the hazards of electrical equipment, please ensure that
this device is only used under supervision. This device is not a toy. Do not allow small children to play with
it.
Special safety notes
• Do not use the toaster without the slide out crumb tray in place. The crumb tray should be cleaned regu-
larly. Do not allow crumbs to build up in the tray.
• Do not use this appliance with any foodstuff product containing sugar content or with products containing
jam or preserves.
• The bread may burn, therefore do not use the toaster near or below combustible material, such as curtains.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly quali-
fied persons in order to avoid a hazard.

Usage
Before use
1. Remove all packaging material, labels and/or stickers from your toaster. Make sure there is no packaging
material remaining in the slots.
2. Insert the removable crumb tray into the crumb tray slot.
3. Select a location for the toaster. The location should be:
◦A flat, heat-resistant, non-flammable surface
◦At least 3 inches away from walls or back of the worktops
◦At least one foot away from cabinet or shelving that may be above the toaster
◦Away from flammable materials, such as curtains and wall fabric
◦Away from a gas stove flame or electric element
4. Plug the power cord into 220-240Volt, 50Hz AC outlet. To minimize cord clutter on kitchen countertops,
use Cord Wrap located under the toaster.
Cleaning
Clean the toaster regularly. This appliance contains no user serviceable parts and requires little maintenance.
Leave any servicing or repair to qualified personnel.
Warning: Risk of scalding
The surface of the net, the heating element, the toasting slots or the side cover is hot, so, removing
the toasted bread must be carefully.
Warning: Risk of electric shock
Do not immerse the toaster in water. After use and before cleaning, unplug the toaster power cord
from the power outlet.
Operation
1. Most types of the breads can be toasted. However, the slice should not be approximately 100 mm x 100
mm x 10 mm, otherwise taking out is related with a risk of burning.
2. The slice should be placed in the centre of slot.
3. After insert the bread into the slots, select the designed darkness setting(toasting time) by the Bread
Browning Lever and press the Push knob down until it locked. The auto-adjusting bread guides (located
inside the toasting slots) will automatically centre the bread for even browning. After the designed darkness
setting is over, the bread will pop up automatically and the Push knob and auto-adjusting bread guides will
return to its original position.

Cleaning the outside surfaces:
Unplug the toaster and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Withdraw the bread crumbs tray below
and clean the bread crumbs, then put the tray back. To clean, wipe the exterior with a slightly dampened soft
cloth or sponge and dry with a cloth or paper towel. Do not use strong cleaners or abrasives that may scratch
surface, and never spray cleaners directly onto the toaster.

Sécurité de l’appareil
• Ne pas laisser l’appareil fonctionner sans surveillance. Si l’appareil doit rester sans surveillance, l’éteindre
ou le débrancher.

• Éteindre et débrancher l’appareil avant de le nettoyer.

• Ne pas essayer de réparer l’appareil soi-même. Contacter un technicien qualifié pour éviter de s’exposer à

Enfants dans le foyer
• Pour garantir la sécurité des enfants, tenir les éléments d’emballage (sacs plastiques, cartons, mousses)
hors de leur portée.

Consignes spécifiques de sécurité
• Ne pas utiliser le grille-pain sans le tiroir ramasse-miettes. Nettoyer régulièrement le tiroir.
• Ne pas utiliser le grille-pain avec des aliments comportant du sucre ou des tranches de pain tartinées de
marmelade, de confiture etc.
• Le pain peut brûler. C’est pourquoi, ne pas utiliser le grille-pain à proximité d’objets inflammables tels que
des rideaux.
• Ne pas essayer de retirer les tartines, les muffins, les bagels ou d’autres aliments coincés dans le grille-pain
avec un couteau ou un autre objet. Le contact avec les éléments conducteurs d’électricité peuvent provo-

Utilisation
Avant utilisation
1. Retirer les éléments d’emballage. Veiller à ce qu’aucun élément d’emballage ne se trouve dans les fentes
du grille-pain.
2. Introduire le tiroir ramasse-miettes dans le grille-pain.
3. Placer le grille-pain sur une surface adaptée
◦plane et résistante à la chaleur
◦avec un espace libre d’au minimum 10 cm tout autour de l’appareil
◦avec un espace libre de 30 cm au-dessus de lui
◦à l’écart de tissus inflammables (rideaux etc.)
◦à l’écart de toute cuisinière au gaz
4. Brancher le grille-pain à une prise électrique (220-240 V, 50 Hz).
Nettoyage
Nettoyer régulièrement le grille-pain. Cet appareil ne contient dans son boîtier de pièces nécessitant un en-
tretien. Faire réparer l’appareil uniquement par un technicien du service après-vente.
Attention : risques de brûlure
La grille, les éléments chauffants, les fentes du grille-pain et le boîtier peuvent devenir chauds. Sortir
les aliments grillés avec grande précaution.
Attention : risques d’électrocution
Ne pas plonger le grille-pain dans l’eau.
Débrancher l’appareil avant de le nettoyer.
Utilisation
1. Veiller à ce que l’épaisseur des tranches de pain soit adaptée à la largeur des fentes (max. 100 mm x 100
mm x 10 mm).
2. Centrer la tranche de pain dans une des fentes.
3. Sélectionner le degré de dorage souhaité et activer les fonctions supplémentaires (décongélation,
réchauffement). Pousser le levier vers le bas.
4. Le processus de chauffage démarre automatiquement et peut être interrompu manuellement en
actionnant la touche Stop. Sinon, le processus de chauffage s’arrête lorsque les tranches de pain sont
éjectées.

Nettoyage du boîtier
Débrancher la fiche d’alimentation et laisser le grille-pain refroidir complètement. Sortir le tiroir ra-
masse-miettes et jeter les miettes de pain. Puis réintroduire le tiroir ramasse-miettes dans l’appareil.
Nettoyer la surface externe de l’appareil avec un chiffon ou une éponge humidifiés. Sécher le avec un chiffon
sec. Ne pas utiliser de produit d’entretien abrasif ou de matériel abrasif pour ne pas endommager la surface
de l’appareil. Ne jamais asperger de produit d’entretien directement sur l’appareil.

Utilizzo sicuro del dispositivo
• Non lasciare il dispositivo incustodito mentre è in funzione. Se si lascia il dispositivo incustodito, spegnerlo
e staccare la spina.
• Tenere il dispositivo lontano da fonti di calore, dalla luce diretta del sole, dall’umidità (non immergere il
dispositivo in acqua) e da spigoli vivi. Non utilizzare il dispositivo con le mani bagnate. Se il dispositivo è
umido o bagnato, scollegare immediatamente il cavo di alimentazione.
• Spegnere il dispositivo e scollegare il cavo di alimentazione prima di eseguire la pulizia.
• Controllare regolarmente che il dispositivo e il cavo di alimentazione non siano danneggiati. Non utilizzare
il dispositivo se è danneggiato.
• Non tentare di riparare il dispositivo da soli bensì rivolgersi ad un tecnico qualificato.
Bambini in casa
• Per garantire la sicurezza dei bambini, tenere il materiale di imballaggio (involucro in plastica, confezione)
fuori dalla loro portata.
• Per proteggere i bambini o le persone più deboli da eventuali pericoli, assicurarsi che utilizzino il dispositivo
solo sotto supervisione. Questo dispositivo non è un giocattolo. Prestare attenzione che i bambini non
giochino con il dispositivo.
Avvertenze di sicurezza speciali
• Non utilizzare il tostapane senza il raccoglibriciole e pulirlo regolarmente.
• Non introdurre nel tostapane alimenti contenenti zuccheri o alimenti spalmati con marmellate ecc.
• Il pane si può bruciare: non usare il tostapane in prossimità di oggetti infiammabili come ad esempio tende.
• Non tentare di rimuovere i residui di alimenti con un coltello o con altri oggetti. Il contatto con elementi
sotto tensione può causare pericolose scosse elettriche.

Utilizzo
Prima dell’utilizzo
1. Rimuovere il materiale di imballaggio. Assicurarsi che non ci sia materiale di imballaggio nelle fessure del
tostapane.
2. Inserire il raccoglibriciole rimovibile.
3. Collocare il tostapane su una superficie adatta:
◦piana e resistente al calore
◦distante almeno 10 cm su ogni lato con altri oggetti
◦distante almeno 30 cm con altri oggetti sulla parte superiore
◦lontana da materiali infiammabili (tende ecc)
◦lontana da forni a gas
4. Collegare il tostapane ad una presa di corrente (220-240V, 50 Hz).
Pulizia
Pulire regolarmente il tostapane. Il dispositivo non contiene parti che necessitano di manutenzione. Per le
riparazioni rivolgersi al servizio clienti.
Attenzione: pericolo di incendio
La griglia, l’elemento riscaldante, le fessure e la parte esterna diventano calde. Estrarre con cautela
gli alimenti dal tostapane.
Attenzione: pericolo di scosse elettriche
Non immergere mai il dispositivo in acqua.
Prima di eseguire la pulizia, staccare la spina.
Utilizzo
1. Introdurre nel tostapane una fetta di pane di dimensioni adatte (max. 100 mm x 100 mm x 10 mm).
2. Centrare la fetta di pane nella fessura.
3. Selezionare il grado di doratura desiderato e attivare una delle funzioni (scongelamento/riscaldamento).
Abbassare la levetta.
4. Il processo di riscaldamento si avvia automaticamente e può essere interrotto premendo il tasto di arresto.
Altrimenti, l‘operazione di riscaldamento termina con l‘espulsione della fetta di pane.
