Safety Precautions
•This monitor is manufactured and tested on the principle that a user’s
safety comes first. Improper use or installation may result danger to the
monitor as ell as to the user. Carefully go over the follo ing WARNINGS
before installation and keep this guide handy.
•This monitor should be operated only at the correct po er sources
indicated on the label on the rear end of the monitor. If you’re unsure of
the po er supply in your residence, consult ith your po er company.
•Do not try to repair the monitor yourself as it contains no user-serviceable
parts. The monitor should only be repaired by a qualified Kogan
technician.
•Do not remove the monitor cabinet. There is high-voltage parts inside that
may cause electric shock to human bodies, even hen the po er cord is
disconnected.
•Stop using the monitor if the cabinet is damaged. Contact the Kogan
customer support team for advice.
•Put your monitor in a clean, dry environment. Unplug the monitor
immediately if gets et and contact the Kogan customer support team.
•Al ays unplug the monitor before cleaning it. Clean the cabinet ith a
clean, dry cloth. Apply non-ammonia based cleaner onto the cloth, not
directly onto the glass screen.
•Keep the monitor a ay from magnetic objects, motors, TV sets, and
transformers.
•Do not place heavy objects on the cable or po er cord.
•For displays ith glossy bezels the user should consider the placement of
the displays as the bezel may cause disturbing reflections from
surrounding light and bright surfaces.
•Due to safety concerns, if the VESA mounting kit is purchased separately,
please make sure the mounting kit is UL-Listed, and replaceable only by
service personnel.

According to WEEE regulation, this monitor can't be handled as normal trash in
Australia when it is out of usage. Please refer to the recycle information from our
website to handle it.

Every monitor produces a strain of blue spectrum light that is one

Press the VOL- hotkey to display the LOW BLU RAY menu hen
the main menu is turned off, then press VOL+ or VOL- to adjust.

Care and Maintenance
•Avoid exposing your monitor directly to sunlight or other heat sources. Place your
monitor a ay from the sun to reduce glare.
•Put your monitor in a ell ventilated area.
•Do not place any heavy things on top of your monitor.
•Make certain your monitor is installed in a clean, moisture-free area.
•Keep your monitor a ay from magnets, motors, transformers, speakers, and TV sets.
Safety Tips
•If smoke, abnormal noises or odours came out from your monitor, you should remove the
po er cord immediately and contact the Kogan customer support team.
•Never remove the rear cover of your monitor cabinet. The display unit inside contains
high-voltage parts and may cause electric shock to human bodies.
•Never try to repair your monitor yourself. Al ays call the Kogan customer support team
for information.
Troubleshooting
No Po er •Make sure the AC po er cord is securely connected to the
po er adapter and the po er supply is firmly connected to
the monitor.
•Plug another electrical device into the po er outlet to verify
that the outlet is orking.
•Make sure all signal cables are connected.
Po er on but no screen
image
•Make sure the video cable supplied ith the monitor is tightly
connected to the video output on the back of the computer.
•Adjust the brightness.
Wrong or abnormal
colours
•If any colours (red, green, blue) are missing, check the video
cable to ensure it is securely connected. Loose or broken pins
in the cable connector can cause an improper connection.
•Connect the monitor to another computer.
