TRACTOR/MOWER PREPARATION
CAUTION
To avoid personal injury:
• Park the machine ona firm and level surface.
• Apply the parkingbrake.
• Stop the engine and remove the key.
• Dischargedeflectormustremain installed atall
times.
BOOT KIT INSTALLATION
NOTE:

1. Install the deckstay tothe mowerdeck with the M8
semsbolts andthe nuts.
(1) Deck stay <5>
(2) M8 x 25 sems bolt <6>
(3) M8 nut <7>

2. Install the fulcrumstay and mowerplate tothe mower
deckwith the M8 SQL), neckbolts,washers,nuts, M10
semsbolt andthe nut.
(1) Fulcrum stay <2>
(2) Mower plate <8>
(3) MS SQU, neck bolt <9>
(4) M8 nut <7> and washer <10>
(5) M10 x 20 sems bolt <14>
(6) M10nut<15>

1. Install the deckstay tothe mowerdeck with theM8
sems bolts andthe nuts.

(2) M8 x 25 sems bolt <6>
(3) M8nut<7>
Install the mowerplate tothe mowerdeckwith a M8
sems bolt, M8 SOU. neckbolt,washer anda nut. And
theninstall the fulcrumstay tothe mowerplatewith the
M8 SQU.neckbolts,washers and nuts.

(3) M8 SQU. neck bolt <9>
(4) M8 nut <7> and washer <10>
(5) M8 x 25 sems bolt <6>

3. Install the boot with the pins.

NOTE:
• Makesure the bootstay is installed atthe position (A).
If not, reinstall the bootstay atthe position (A).
•Ifthe boot is hard to fit,loosen the M8 x25 semsbolts
(4) and reposition the bootstay upand down.

As shown inthe figure, setthe bootsealonto the boot
inlet.

5. Install the chute 1 tothe boot inlet and blowercase
inlet with hoseclamps.

6.To convert the mowerdeck tothe sidedischarge.
(1) Remove the pins.
(2) Remove the bootassembly.
(3) Remove the mower plate.
