WARRANTY INFORMATION
At Les Mills merchandise limited (Les Mills) we stand behind our materials and manufacturing and
offer customers who purchase a mbx mat a warranty for manufacturing faults caused by materials or
labour that occur during the one year warranty period. Les Mills and its local MBX MATTM distributor
will, at their discretion, either repair or replace a faulty MBX MATTM in accordance with the conditions
set out below.
PERSONAL USE CUSTOMERS ONLY
As a consumer, you are entitled to the applicable legal rights stated in your national legislation
concerning the commerce of consumer goods. This warranty does not restrict these rights.
WARRANTY TERMS
This warranty is only valid in countries where Les Mills has an authorized MBX MATTM distributor.
It covers manufacturing faults occurring during the warranty period in MBX MATTM purchased from Les
Mills or a distributor authorized by Les Mills. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and
does not cover second hand or re-sold MBX MATTM. The MBX MATTM must remain in the possession
of the original buyer/owner and bear the original manufacturer’s batch code. The one year warranty
period commences from the date on which the original buyer purchases the MBX MATTM. Warranty
repairs will not extend the warranty period.
You can nd the batch code details for your MBX MATTM as a series of embroidered lines located
on the stitched Les Mills label.
EXCLUSIONS
This warranty covers only failures due to manufacturing faults that occur during normal use.
This warranty does not extend to faults resulting from normal wear, misuse, abuse, damage incurred
during loading or transportation, where the MBX MATTM has been used other than as recommended
by Les Mills (see the instructions below and our guidelines for using the MBX MATTM at www.lesmills.
com/merchandise/equipment/care) or modied without the consent of Les Mills, or improper storage.
This warranty is invalid where the MBX MATTM equipment does not bear its original batch code. The
warranty is invalid where the MBX MATTM that is the subject of the warranty claim has been disposed
of prior to a warranty claim being closed by Les Mills.
Neither Les Mills nor its authorized local MBX MATTM distributor will be liable for any defects due to
reasons beyond their control or for consequential damages or for breach of any implied warranty on
the MBX MATTM.
CLAIM PROCESS
For enquiries, or to make a warranty claim, either contact your local Les Mills authorized MBX MATTM
distributor, visit our website www.lesmills.com/merchandise/equipment/warranty/or email Les Mills at
[email protected].
Please
keep
your
invoice
as
proof
of
pur
chase
as
you
will
need
this
to
submit
a warranty claim.
You will also need to include the following details about the faulty MBX MATTM: the batch code,
date of delivery, information about the place and conditions of use of the faulty MBX MATTM and a
precise description of the fault (including photographs). The Les Mills’ local MBX MATTM distributor will
liaise with Les Mills to assess the issue and determine if the warranty applies. We will then work with
our local MBX MATTM distributor to repair or replace the MBX MATTM. If we ask you to return the faulty
MBX MATTM, we will cover the cost of doing so.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE, STORAGE AND CARE

Do not store the MBX MATTM in extreme temperatures (<5 degrees celcius ; >50 degrees celcius).
Keep product stored away from moisture or direct heat.
Regularly clean the MBX MATTM by gently washing with water and a few drops of mild dish soap using
a soft sponge.
Do not use or store the MBX MATTM outside or on non-standard gym/studio ooring.
Store indoors on an MBX storage rack or fold or roll to store on the ground.
Keep the MBX MATTM away from sharp items.
If you are wearing shoes when using the MBX MATTM, ensure they are clean and do not have any sharp
items within the tread.
Wear soft material when using the MBX MATTM and avoid hard or sharp accessories such as metal
buttons, rivets, zippers etc. That may damage the MBX MATTM.
Hang the MBX MATTM to dry. Ensure the MBX MATTM is fully dry before rolling or folding to store it.
Do not apply any heat to dry the mat.
If you are not wearing shoes when using the MBX MATTM, ensure your hands and feet are clean.
Do not store product near sharp items.
Do not put other items on top of the MBX MATTM.
Dual use instructions:
The red side of the MBX MATTM is designed for use with our BODYBALANCE™ program and yoga
exercise with hands and bare feet. Shoes cannot be worn when using the red side of the MBX MATTM.
The grey side of the mbx mat is designed for use with our CXWORX™ program and functional exercise
where shoes may be worn.
