Leviton warrants to the original consumer purchaser and not for the benet of anyone else that this product at the time of its sale by Leviton is free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal and

Sensor Coverage
1. Remove surface cover. 2. Wire the device as shown below.
NOTE: Outlet box required.

3. Install the light body with two screws. 4. Install surface cover to light body. Ensure lock marks are aligned.
7. Install surface cover to light body. Ensure lock marks are aligned.6. Once the light body is in place install the two 1/2 in. screws to secure light
body to the bracket.
NOTE: Screws should go through light body then through the bracket.
NOTE: Sensing coverage is directly proportional to installation height.
