LT-3900RF is a multi-function RGB controller that built-in 32 modes. Adopting advanced
PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) control technique, Changing effect is smooth without
flicker. Adopting hi-power MOS driver, RGB 3 channels output and total current up to 18A,
Unique touch technique, Controller has 8 touch buttons, Which are used for choosing
power on or off, pause, modes changed, speed, LED brightness, etc. Also can use RF
wireless remote control for long-distance control. The controller has learning function,
Which suits remote control with different mode & coded address, Automatically adapt to
DC12-24V voltage input, Suitable for major & conventional LED products, Such as LED
strip, LED module. Etc. Simply put, As long as low voltage LED lights whose current
limited by resister. Then LT-3900RF can control.

3. Detailed key functions
These 8 buttons correspond to the first 8 buttons on remote control.
There are 8 touching function buttons on the controller:

Button Description
Remote control sign
PAUSE Press it to rest at current color.
Press it again, it will continue to change
Turn on/off the Led light
Press button ON/OFF on the controller for 3 seconds, it is on the state of
addressing when RF green indicator light is on. Then press any button on remote
control, the indicator light turns off, the controlling between the remote control and
controller is activated. Press again the button ON/OFF on controller for 5 seconds.
The RF green indicator light is on and then off, Press any button on remote control,
the RF green indicator light start flickering, it means the controlling between
remote control and controller is cancelled.
MODE+ MODE-/
Press them to select next mode or back to previous mode
Press MODE+ or press MODE- in 3s to enter cycle mode
SPEED+/SPEED-
Press them to quicken or slower speed, press SPEED+ or
SPEED- in 3s, current speed is restored to default status
Press them to increase or decrease brightness, press any
one in 3s, current brightness is restored to default status
BRT+/BRT-
Pressed-in 3s, the controller will save the present changing
mode automatically. Can save 4 modes, can be saved
repeatedly. Press “PLAY” key to play cycle modes (merely
play the dynamic effects, the static effects will be skipped
automatically).

7. Warranty Agreement
1. The product shall be installed and serviced by a qualified person.
2. This product is non-waterproof. Please avoid the sun and rain. When installed outdoors please ensure it is
mounted in a water proof enclosure.
3. Good heat dissipation will prolong the working life of the controller. Please ensure good ventilation.
4. Please check if the output voltage of any LED power supplies used comply with the working voltage of the product.
5. Please ensure that adequate sized cable is used from the controller to the LED lights to carry the current. Please
also ensure that the cable is secured tightly in the connector to avoid the accidents due to overheat and poor
contact on the wire.
6. Ensure all wire connections and polarities are correct before applying power to avoid any damages to the LED lights.
7. If a fault occurs please return the product to your supplier. Do not attempt to fix this product by yourself.
1. We provide lifelong technical assistance with this product:
A 3 year warranty is given from the date of purchase. The warranty is for free repair or replacement and covers
manufacturing faults only.
For faults beyond the 3 year warranty we reserve the right to charge for time and parts.
2. Warranty exclusions below:
Any man-made damages caused from improper operation, or connecting to excess voltage and overloading.
The product appears to have excessive physical damage.
Damage due to natural disasters and force majeure.
Warranty label, fragile label and unique barcode label have been damaged.
The product has been replaced by a brand new product.
3. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy to the customer. Ltech shall not be
liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any stipulation in this warranty.
4. Any amendment or adjustment to this warranty must be approved in writing by Ltech only.
