Your machine is a piece of power equipment and needs to be used with the care and caution required
of all power equipment & tools.Never let an adult,child or pet ride in your machine due to the risk of
possible harm or injury.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES allow your young children 16 years of age or younger to operate the
machine.Youth 16-18 years of age should ONLY be allowed to use this machine with adult
supervision.Failure to use caution while operating the machine could cause injury to others and damage to
property.
Always turn the power switch to the OFF position when machine isn’t in use.
Operateyourmachinewiththesamecareaswhatis required with any pieced of power equipment.
Read through all the cautions and warnings below to insure a long,safe,and satisfactory relationship with
your machine.

the best way to avoid possible harm and injury.Collisions with objects can result in damage to the object
and/or your machine.

Carefully read,understand and follow all safety instructions in this manual.
This is the safety alert symbol.When you see this symbol,look for one of the following signal words.
DANGER indicates a hazardous situation which,if not avoided,will result in death or
serious injury.
WARNING indicates a hazardous situation wich,if not avoided,will result in death or
serious injury.
CAUTION ,used with the safety alert symbol,indicates a hazardous situation which,if not
avoided,could result in minor or moderate injury.
NOTICE is used to address practices not related to personal injury.
Read these warnings carefully.Know the application and limitations of the machine.Failure to follow these
warnings could result in serious bodily injury and/or property damage.

Never allow people,children or pets to ride in your machine.Doing so may cause injury
or harm to them.
Never modify the electrical system.Alterations may cause serious injury and could ruin
or permanently damage the components.Use of your machine components in any other products or
applications could cause overhearing,fire or explosion resulting in harm,damage or injury to others of
property.
This machine should never be immersed in water.Immersing the drive system or
electrical components can cause operational failure of your machine and possible electrical shock.
Never use any components other than those supplied with your machine to charge the
batteries.Use of other cables,chargers or any non-approved electrical equipment can cause electrical shock
& fire resulting in possible harm and/or serious personal injury to you or others.
Only use AGM sealed type batteries.Non-sealed batteries can leak battery acid causing
damage to property and harm to people or pets.
Never allow children to charge the battery.Battery charging must be done by adults
only.A child could be injured by the electricity involved in charging the battery.
The battery must be handled by adults only.The battery is heavy and contains sulfuric
acid(electrolyte).Dropping the battery could result in an acid leak and result in serious personal injury.If skin
contact is made with battery acid-wash immediately with soap and water.If irritation continues seek medical
attention.
Never operate your machine in an overloaded condition.Stacking material above the
dumper box rim or over the sides of the dumper box can cause the machine to be uncontrollably out of
balance resulting in harm or injury to you others,and damage the property.
Never operate your machine in an overweight condition.(500kgs maximum load
capacity)Weight capacity can also be limited by physical capacity of the operator.Most healthy adults can
operate the machine safely with loads of up to 400kgs.Operating with loads over 400kgs is a personal
decision and only you can judge your capability.Under no circumstances should you attempt to move a
load weight over 500kgs.

Never touch the drive motor of axels after prolonged machine use.It is normal for the
drive components to get warm to the touch,even not,after prolonged use.Failure to remember this can
result in injury.
Never operate your machine or allow others to operate it while under the influence of
drugs or alcohol.
Never under any circumstance tow the machine behind a vehicle.
Never use the machine indoors,it is designed for outdoor use only.Indoor use may
cause damage to flooring or other household items.
Never operate your machine without having both hands firmly grasping the
handles.Failure to do this will cause loss of control,resulting in harm or injury to others and possible
damage to property.
Neveroperateyourmachineonaslopemorethan20
°,or else machine maybe difficult
to get up or even turn over for the unsteady center of gravity,resulting in harm or injury to operator or
others.
During snowy or rainy weather,the machine should be stored inside or under a
protective cover.

CONTENTS SUPPLIED
The machine comes partially assembled and is shipped in carefully packed package. After all the parts have
been removed from the package, you should have:
1.Main Frame
2.Electrical box
3.Handle bar
4.Tool box
5. 5.Wheels
6. 6.Universal wheels
ASSEMBLY
1.Mount the universal wheels using the
φ20x300 shaft and separately x2
washer φ16 and bolt M16 .
2.Mount the two wheels with separately
x4 nut M16 .
3.Connect the electrical wires refer to attachment 1.

4.Mount the electrical box using x4 bolt
M5x12 and φ5 bigger and small washer.
5.Mount the handle bar using separately
X4 bolt M8x40 and washer φ8.
6.Fasten the brake cable and parking
cable to the position showed in left
picture using bolt M6x45 and φ6
washer and nut M6.

7.Fasten the tipping cable according
to left picture using the fixed bolt.
8.Assemble the batteries refer to attachment 2.

Parking Handle
Pull back this handle when you want to park the machine to make sure it won’t move any more .
Safety Handle

Squeeze this handle before you want machine to move,if you want to cut off the power,release this
handle,but this may fail to stop the machine to move,especially on a down slope ,you need to squeeze the
Brake Handle or pull back the Parking Handle .
F&R Optional Button
Press “F” position down when you want to move forward,and press “R” down when you wan to reverse.
Brake Handle
Squeeze this handle when you want to stop the machine ,power will be cut off in the mean time.
Power Control Handle
Slowly turn this handle rightly when you want machine to move.Keep slow turning speed at the very
beginning of starting.
ON&OFF Switch
Insert the key then turn it to the relevant positions showed bellow to gain different function.
Motor OFF Motor ON Light ON
Tipping Handle
Squeeze this handle when you want to tip the dumper box,only after locking the handle then you can go to
tip the box. Detailed operations please refer to following instructions.
Charging outlet
When machine is out of power,connect the charger connector to this outlet and the other plug to the wall
outlet,then machine starts to be charged.
Universal wheels
When you want to turn right or left,firmly hold the handle bar to control the universal wheels to turn right
or left.

OPERATIONS
This machine is similar to any other power driven tools,although very easy to operate it will take some
familiarity with the controls and balance to master it fully.Before your any operations to it,it’s a good idea to
get well familiar with the controlling of it,look through the whole operation manual firstly.
Using the machine on or near steep inclines may cause it to be uncontrollable and
cause injury to yourself &others and/or damage to property,the suggested and safe slope is 20%.And at all
times keep your feet firmly on the ground and two hands on the handle bar to maintain controls.
Charging the batteries
Your machine comes with partially charged batteries,(normally 60 to 70%),and it should operate normally
once assembled.When show board “L.V” light turns red,machine should be charged for further use.Refer to
bellow pictures for detailed operations:
1.Open up the tool box,lay out
the charger face up as shown.
2.Install the proper charger plug to the battery box plug ,
and the other plug to the outlet as shown.
3.When outlet power is ON,the power light(upper) and charging light(down)on the charger are both in
red,when fully charged,the charging light turns green,then pull the plugs from outlet and battery box
plug.Machine can be operated.
Start your machine
1.Insert the key and turn it to “ON”position.

2.Squeeze the Safety Handle ,release the Parking Handle and press the F&R Optional Button to “F”
position(take moving forward for example),then slowly turn the Power Control Handle rightly.
You can move the machine with power off,just release the Parking Handle,then you can
pull or push it to a large open outside area,but this is only suggested when machine is no-load.If
loaded,cannot move anymore ,keep your mind to turn the Power Control Handle slowly enough,and firmly
grasp the handle bar with your hands.
Control the speed
You should adjust the turning of Power Control Handle by your right hand to control the moving
speed.Light turning will be lower speed and heavy turning will be higher speed.
Braking
The braking system in fact is the same function to cut power off.When you squeeze the Braking
Handle,power will be cut off meantime.If on a downward slope,machine can slide forward if Parking Handle
fails to pull back.Always pay attention to this aspect.
Stop and re-start your machine
Normally when you release the Safety Handle ,power will be cut off immediately and machine stops.But if
in a slope ,you should pull back the Parking Handle meantime.This is suggested in every stop for sure safety.
Squeeze the Safety Handle and release the Parking Handle to re-start your machine.
Move forward and backward
Press F&R Optional Button to control this procedure.
Tipping
Before tipping,make sure the Parking Handle has been pulled back,your machine has been fully
stopped,then follow bellow steps to tip the dumper box:
1.Squeeze the Tipping Handle ,subsequently press
down the locking button as shown rightly.
Then you can tip the dumper box manually.
2.Squeeze again the Tipping Handle when you want
dumper box back ,the Locking button will automatic

unlock,then dumper box can be pull back.
MAINTENANCE
Charger:Regularly examine the charger for damage to the cord,plug,housing or other parts that may result
in the risk of fire,electric shock or injury.In the event of any damage,do not use the charger until the
damage has been properly repaired.
Battery:Regularly examine the batteries,always keep them clean and dry.It is recommended to fully charge
your batteries installed in your machine before each use.Always charge the batteries in the upright
position.For best results,charge the batteries while installed in your machine.When in storage keep the
battery box and/or machine in an upright position with the machine drive wheels and both support legs flat
on level ground.
Cold weather storage:for prolonged storage in bellow freezing temperatures,it is recommended to unplug
remove the battery box from the main chassis.During long winter storage,it is recommended to periodically
recharge the batteries using the enclosed charger to ensure long life.
Your machine comes with high quality,safety sealed,AGM type batteries.Like all batteries they contain
battery acid.Your batteries meet the AGM safety standard.This means they have extra protection to insure
they stay sealed.However,if they are dropped or misused they may crack or break allowing for an acid
leak.Inspect your batteries regularly to insure there is no sign of acid leak.
Never charge the machine in a wet or moist environment.Never charge your machine
while is in contact with water.
If acid comes in contract with skin or eyes,flush immediately with water for at least 15
minutes and if irritation persists call a physician.
If acid is internally ingested,give water,milk of magnesia or egg whites
immediately.Never give emetics or induce vomiting.Seek professional medical help immediately.
If a battery leak develops,avoid contact with the leaking acid and place the damaged
battery in a plastic bag.See”Battery Disposal”for proper disposal.
Before charging the battery,examine the battery case for cracks and other damage
which may cause battery sulfuric acid(electrolyte) to leak during the charging process. If damage is
detected ,do not charge the battery or use it in your machine.Battery acid is very corrosive and can cause
severe damage to surface it contacts.Using acid resistant gloves-put the leaking battery in a heavy plastic
bag and dispose in accordance with local regulations.It is unlawful to dispose of your batteries in normal
municipal trash services.Batteries mush be taken to an authorized battery return operations.Most retail
