1. Open the battery compartment cover (C2).
2. Insert three C batteries, following the polarity marks (+) and (-).
3. Replace the battery compartment cover (C2).

After the batteries are inserted, the clock will automatically start to
search for the WWVB time signal. The radio control icon J(A1) will

• The icon will be visible on the display if Daylight Saving Time
has been activated (B7).
SECTION 4
• In time display mode, press and hold the MODE button (B3) for
three seconds to enter the Clock/Calendar setting mode.
• The setting sequence is as follows: 12/24-hour, RCC ON/OFF,
Time zone, Weekday language, Hour, Minutes, Seconds, Year,
Month, Date, DST ON/OFF, Temperature units and Alarm duration.
• Press the ▲ (B1) or the ▼ (B5) button to adjust the values, then
press the MODE button (B3)
• (By pressing and holding the ▲ (B1) or the ▼ (B5) button, the
process can be accelerated to reach the desired value faster.)
• To display the time in 12-hour or 24-hour format, press the 12/24
button (B6).
• The day of the week and the month can be displayed in one of
three languages: English, French or Spanish.
Note:
1. The clock will automatically exit the setting mode after 15 seconds
if no button is pressed.
2. Alarm sound duration: there are two options available, “1 minute”
and “2 minutes”.
3. The seconds can only be adjusted to 0.
4. If the area can receive the WWVB signal, and if both the RCC
function and the DST function are ON, Nwill be visible on
the display during Daylight Saving Time.

• Press the MODE button (B3) to select the alarm time. ALARM
• While viewing the alarm time, press and hold the MODE button
(B3) for three seconds to enter the alarm time setting mode. Press
the ▲ (B1) or the ▼ (B5) button to set the alarm time. Press the

• Press the ALARM ON/OFF button (B2) to activate or deactivate
the alarm. If the alarm is activated, the alarm icon Kwill be visible
on the display.
• When the alarm sounds, press any button to stop the alarm.
Otherwise, the alarm will be heard for one or two minutes
(depending on to the alarm setting) before stopping automatically.

• Indoor measurable range: 14.1 °F to 122 °F.
• If the temperature is outside of the measurable range, LL.L
(beyond the minimum temperature) or HH.H (beyond the maximum
temperature) will be shown on the display.

• Indoor measurable range: 20% to 99%.
• If the humidity is lower than 20%, will be shown on the display.
If it is higher than 99%, will be shown on the display.
SECTION 8
• The clock will lose its settings when the batteries are removed.
• Do not expose the clock to direct sunlight, heavy heat, cold, high
humidity or wet areas.
• Never clean the clock using abrasive or corrosive materials or
products. Abrasive cleaning agents may scratch the plastic parts
and corrode the electronic circuits.

• Place your clock on a stable surface, away from direct
sunlight, excessive heat, or moisture.
• Clean the clock with a soft cloth moistened using only mild
soap and water. Stronger agents such as benzene, thinner, or
similar materials can damage the surface of the unit.

harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference
received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

in material and workmanship under normal use in accordance with
care and usage instructions for 2 years from date of purchase from an
authorized retailer. This warranty excludes damage from misuse, abuse
or any irregular application. Return the item to us properly packaged
accompanied with the original bill of sale. Please contact Customer
Service at 1-800-822-4329 to obtain the shipping address. If we conrm
a defect, we will replace it with the same item or one of similar value
and return it to you at no charge.
