Precauzioni e suggerimenti
per la vostra sicurezza
(per i modelli Atlasmotor e Ampiamotor)
Togliere sempre il cavo di alimentazione prima di
applicare o rimuovere il motore dalla macchina.
Scollegare sempre l’apparecchio
dall’alimentazione se lasciato incustodito e
prima di montarlo, smontarlo o pulirlo.
Non posizionare la macchina in prossimità di
fonti di calore (es. fornelli) o in in presenza di
acqua (es. lavelli).
Usare questo apparecchio solo per l’uso
descritto in questo manuale, per un tempo
massimo di 15 minuti ininterrottamente.
Non rimuovere il cavo di alimentazione con mani
umide o bagnate.
Usare solamente il cavo fornito in dotazione e
prolunghe adeguate alla corrente indicata sulla
targa del motore.
Questo prodotto è studiato per l’utilizzo in
ambienti domestici o all’interno di aree di lavoro
come: aree attrezzate a cucina all’interno di
negozi, uci ed altri luoghi di lavoro, hotel ed
altre strutture turistiche, cucine di ristoranti.
Durante il lavoro con macchine dotate di motori,
evitare di indossare cravatte, sciarpe o lunghe
collane. Ricordare inoltre di raccogliere i capelli.
La pulizia e la manutenzione non possono essere
eettuate da dei bambini, se non sotto stretta
supervisione di un adulto.

Tutte le riparazioni che coinvolgono le
componenti elettriche devono essere condotte
da personale qualificato. È proibito accedere
alle parti interne al motore al personale non
autorizzato.
Attenzione!
Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato
dai bambini di età dagli 8 anni in su se sono
sorvegliati oppure se hanno ricevuto istruzioni
riguardo l’utilizzo dell’apparecchio in sicurezza
e se ne hanno capito i pericoli implicati. Le
operazioni di pulizia e manutenzione eettuate
da parte dall’utilizzatore non devono essere
eseguite dai bambini, a meno che non abbiano
un’età superiore agli 8 anni e operino sotto
sorveglianza. Tenere l’apparecchio ed il suo
cavo fuori dalla portata dei bambini con età
inferiore agli 8 anni. Gli apparecchi possono
essere utilizzati da persone con ridotte capacità
fisiche, sensoriali o mentali o con mancanza di
esperienza e di conoscenza se sono sorvegliati
oppure se hanno ricevuto istruzioni riguardo
l’utilizzo in sicurezza dell’apparecchio e se ne

Preparare la macchina
all’uso
Fissare la macchina al piano di
lavoro inserendo il morsetto
nell’apposito foro (fig. 1 ) inserire
la manovella e ruotarla sempre in
senso orario (fig. 2 ).
Inserire lo scivolo
Se si è in possesso di Atlas Slide,
inserire lo scivolo nelle apposite
guide (fig. 3 ).
Agganciare il motore
Se si è in possesso di Atlasmotor o
Ampiamotor agganciare il motore
nel lato della macchina come
mostrato in figura 4 .
Se si utilizza la macchina per
la prima volta, pulire i rulli con
un panno umido e in seguito
far passare tra di essi un po’ di
impasto che successivamente
verrà eliminato.
Tirare verso l’esterno il regolatore
e ruotarlo fino alla posizione n° 0
(fig. 5 ).
Una volta preparato l’impasto
passarlo più volte alla posizione
n° 0, piegando la sfoglia a metà e
infarinandola ad ogni passaggio,
fino ad ottenere una forma
regolare e compatta (fig. 6 ).
Successivamente passare
l’impasto una volta per ogni
numero fino a raggiungere lo
spessore desiderato.
Una volta ottenuta la sfoglia,
tagliarla in pezzi lunghi circa
25 cm e infarinarIi leggermente
su entrambi i lati. Spostare la
manovella nel foro dei rulli da
taglio e passare la sfoglia per
ottenere il formato di pasta scelto.
Cura e manutenzione
Non lavare la macchina e
gli accessori in acqua o in
lavastoviglie.
Per la pulizia utilizzare un panno e un
pennello (fig. 7 ).
I pettini sotto i rulli da taglio sono
removibili, questo permette una
maggior pulizia dell’accessorio.
Come pulire i pettini:
• Premere l’asta verso il basso
e spingerla lateralmente per
rimuoverla (fig. 8 ).
• Inserire l’asta nel foro centrale
del pettine ed estrarlo dalla
sede (fig. 9 ).
• Pulire i rulli e il pettine con un
pennello o un panno.
• Per reinserire il tutto ripetere
le operazioni sopra descritte al
contrario.
In caso di cigolii, inserire alcune
gocce di olio di vaselina idonea al
contatto alimentare alle estrmità dei
rulli (fig. 10 ).

Ricetta base per pasta
fresca
Ingredienti per 5 persone:
• 250g farina 00
• 250g semola rimacinata di
grano duro
• 5 uova intere
Disporre la farina a fontana in una
spianatoia e rompere le uova nel
mezzo. Mescolare con una forchetta
fino ad amalgamare completamente
le uova alla farina. Lavorare con
le mani l’impasto ottenuto per
renderlo elastico e omogeneo.
Se l’impasto è troppo asciutto
aggiungere dell’acqua, se è troppo
molle aggiungere della farina.
Un ottimo impasto non deve
attaccarsi alle dita.

Precautions and tips for your
safety
(for Atlasmotor and Ampiamotor models)
Always unplug the power cord prior
to applying or removing the motor from the
machine.
Never remove the electrical plug with wet or
damp hands.
Do not leave the machine unattended,
especially when it is plugged into the mains.
Do not use the machine in proximity to heat
sources (e.g. stoves) or in areas where there
may be water (e.g. sinks).
Use this device only as described in this manual
and for a maximum uninterrupted work time of
15 minutes.
Use only the cable supplied with the equipment
and extensions suited to the current indicated
in the motor rating plate.
This product is intended for use in a domestic
environment and at workplaces such as:
kitchen areas of shops, oces and other
workplaces, hotels and other tourist facilities,
restaurant kitchens.
When working with the machine equipped
with motor, avoid wearing ties, scarves or long
chains; also remember to pull back your hair
and hold it with a clip.
Cleaning and maintenance cannot be carried
out by children, unless under adult supervision.
Any repairs to the electrical system must be

carried out by skilled personnel. It is forbidden
for unauthorized individuals to access the
internal part of the motor.
Important safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic
safety precautions should always be followen
including the following:
1. Read all the instructions.
2. To protect against risk of electrical shock do
not put (the machine or the motor) in water
or other liquid.
3. Close supervision is necessary when any
appliance is used by or near children.
4. Turn the appliance OFF, then unplug
from the outlet when not in use, before
assembling or disassembling parts and
before cleaning. To unplug, grasp the plug
and pull from the outlet. Never pull from the
power cord.
5. Avoid contacting moving parts.
6. Never feed food by hand. Always use food
pusher.
7. Do not operate any appliance with a
damaged cord or plug or after the appliance
malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in
any manner. Return appliance to the nearest
authorized service facility for examination,
repair or electrical or mechanical

Save these instructions
This appliance has a polarized plug (one
blade is wide than other). To reduce the risk of
electrical shock, the plug will fit in a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully
in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does
not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not
modify the plug in any way.
The presence of a crossed o wheelie-
binindicates that, within the European
Union, the product is subject to separate
collection at the end of its useful life.
These products must not be disposed of
together with regular municipal waste.

How to prepare the
machine for use
Fix the machine to the work
surface by inserting the clamp
in the appropriate hole (fig. 1 )
insert the crank and always turn it
clockwise (fig. 2 ).
Inserting the slide
If you have Atlas Slide, insert the
slide in the appropriate guides
(fig. 3 ).
Connect the motor
If you have Atlasmotor or
Ampiamotor connect the motor on
the side of the machine as shown
in figure 4 .
If you are using the machine for
the first time, clean the rollers
with a damp cloth and then pass a
little dough between them which
will then be eliminated.
Pull the regulator outwards and
turn it to position No. 0 (fig. 5 ).
Once the dough is prepared, pass
it several times in the position
No. 0, folding the sheet in half
and flouring it at each step, until
obtaining a regular and compact
shape (fig. 6 ).
Then pass the sheet once for each
number until reaching the desired
thickness.
Once the desired sheet thickness
is obtained, cut it into pieces
about 25 cm long and lightly flour
it on both sides.

Move the crank into the hole of
the cutting rollers and pass the
sheet to obtain the chosen pasta
format.
Care and
maintenance
Do not wash the machine and
accessories in water or in the
dishwasher.
To clean use a cloth and a brush
(fig. 7 ).
The combs under the cutting
rollers are removable, this
allows a greater cleaning of the
accessory.
How to clean the combs:
• Press the rod downwards and
push it sideways to remove it
(fig. 8 ).
• Insert the rod into the central
hole of the comb and remove it
from the seat (fig. 9 ).
• Clean the rollers and the comb
with a brush or cloth.
• To reinsert everything, repeat
the above operations in reverse.
In case of squeaking, insert a few
drops of Vaseline oil suitable for
food contact at the ends of the
rollers (fig. 10 ).
Warranty
Marcato products are manufactured
with the best materials available
and undergo continuous quality
checks. For this reason, we
guarantee assistance for 10 years
against manufacturing defects
(except for the Atlasmotor and
Ampiamotor products which are
guaranteed for 2 years from the
date of purchase). However, the
warranty does not cover damage
caused by improper use or use
other than that illustrated in this
manual.

Basic recipe for fresh
pasta
Ingredients for 5 people:
• 250g of 00 flour,
• 250g re-milled durum wheat
semolina,
• 5 eggs
Place the flour on a board. Make
a well in the centre and crack the
eggs into it. Beat the eggs with
a fork and mix with the flour,
incorporating a little at a time, until
everything is combined. Work the
obtained dough with your hands to
make it elastic and homogeneous.
If the dough is too dry add water, if
it is too soft add flour. An excellent
dough should not stick to your
fingers.

des zones où il pourrait y avoir présence de
chaleur (ex. lavabos).
Utiliser ce dispositif uniquement comme décrit

1. Lisez soigneusement toutes les instructions.
2. Pour éviter les risques d’électrocution, ne
mettez jamais la machine ou son moteur dans
l’eau pu dans un autre liquide.
3. Une supervision attentive est nécessaire
lorqu’un appareil est utilisé par des enfants ou
dans leur voisinage.
4. Éteignez l’appareil, ensuite débranchez-le
de la prise lorqu’il n’est plus utilisé, avant le
montage ou le démontage de ses composants
ou avant son nettoyage. Pour débrancher
l’appareil, saississez la fiche et tirez-la pour
l’extraire de la prise.Ne tirez jamais sur le
cordon d’alimentation.

mais utilisez le poussoir.
