SAFETY & WARNINGS
Ensure to read all instructions and warnings in this user guide prior to assembly and use.
Retain for future reference.
•Do not use power tools to assemble these stools. They can cause damage to the
components and hardware.
•Do not stand on this stool.
•Only one person is permitted to sit on this stool at any time.
•Do not use this stool unless all screws are firmly secured.
•Failure to follow these instructions/warnings may result in serious injury.
•Make periodic checks at least every 4 months to ensure all screws remain tight.
•If components are missing, broken, damaged or worn, stop using stool and contact
help.MattBlatt.com.au for assistance.
•Never fully tighten the screws until it is certain that the components belong
together.
•The most common mistakes made during assembly are using the wrong hardware
or getting components back to front. Ensure to check all components before using
them during assembly.
•Use a soft surface (such as carpet or cardboard) when assembling the stool to
avoid scratching or damaging the surface of the stool.
•Keep the stool out of direct sunlight.

Hardware
A12mm M6 screw (x4)
B35mm M6 screw (x8)
CAllen key (x1)

ASSEMBLY
Step 1: Insert the back frames (2) into the bottom frame (1). Secure the components
together by inserting 12mm M6 screws (A) through the bottom frame (1).Tighten with
the Allen key (C).
This creates the frame assembly.

Step 2: Align the holes of the seat (3) to the holes on the base of the frame assembly.
Secure the seat (3) to the frame assembly by inserting 35mm M6 screws (B) through the
holes. Tighten with the Allen key (C).

Step 3: Align the holes of the back (4) to the holes on the back frames (2). Secure the
back (4) to the back frames (2) by inserting 35mm M6 screws (B) through the holes.
Tighten with the Allen key (C).

CLEANING & CARE
This stool contains rattan. Rattan is a natural material that will respond to humidity in
the environment. Low humidity may cause the rattan to shrink. High humidity may
cause the rattan to absorb moisture and expand, causing the weaving to look loose
and wavy. This is normal.
To clean the stool, gently wipe with a dry cloth.
Keep the stool out of direct sunlight.
