5. Using plosiic pipetfes, rinse prism ond sample well
with distilled or deionized woter. Wipe dry. Ihe
instrumenl is reody for lhe next somple.

' Nole: Solutions obove é0% Brix need to be
vigorously siirred or shoken ond heoted in
o woter both to roughly 4û "C {'l04 "F).
Remove solution frorrr both when sucrose
hos dissolüed. Cool completely belore use.
