Your safety is of the utmost importance to our company. Please make sure that you read this
instruction booklet before attempting to install or use the appliance. If you are unsure of any of
the information contained in this booklet, please contact the Consumer service support hotline.

physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children or minors.
●Children aged from 3-8 years should not be allowed to load and unload refrigerating appliance without
strict supervision or attendance by an adult that are familiar with the safe use of the appliance and to
ensure they ensure children do not play with or around the appliance .
●This appliance is intended for HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY and not for commercial or industrial use.
● Keep ventilation openings, in the appliance enclosure or in the built-in structure, clear of
obstruction.
● Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process, other than
those recommended by the manufacturer.
● Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
●Do not use/store electrical appliances inside the storage compartments of the wine cooler.
●Make sure that the appliance is connected to a power supply in accordance with and matching the
electrical specifications detailed on the product Rating label.
●Use an independent earthed Domestic Power Outlet to connect your appliance to, do not use in
conjunction with adaptors, powerboards or extension leads.
●Do not modify the appliance electrical supply cord and plug.
●Ensure appliance supply cord/plug is fully inserted into Domestic power outlet before switching outlet On
to remove any risk of fire.
●Supply cord plug and domestic power outlet it is plugged into must remain accessible in the event of an
incident, where it can be easily disconnected/isolated from the power supply, this is particular important
where appliance is built-in/enclosed with cabinets.
●Do not store or burn gasoline or other inflammables near the appliance in case of possible fire.
● Do not store inflammables, explosives, acid & alkaline liquids etc. in the compartment of the
appliance.

Child Safety
●Do not allow children to play around or inside the appliance to avoid accidental entrapment.
●Do not allow children to hang on open doors that may cause appliance to tip over.
●Do not allow children to play around or access the rear of the appliance and touch components to
avoid potential injury .
Keep away from water
●Do not spray or pour water over the appliance or allow it stand in water, doing so may result in an
electrical hazard and electric shock.
Be careful of freezing
●Do not touch surfaces within the refrigeration compartment with wet hands, doing so may result in
touch freezing of skin and potential injury when appliance is operating.
Do not open the door for long periods
● Opening the door for long periods can cause a significant increase of the temperature in the
compartments of the appliance.
Modification on the appliance not allowed
●Do not attempt to make any modification to the appliance, electrically or constructionally than can
compromise the safety integrity of the appliance and doing so will void the warranty.
Unplug the appliance under certain conditions
● Unplug the appliance before cleaning & maintenance.
● Unplug the appliance when power cut occurred.
Disposal of the appliance
●Please dispose of the appliance at end of life in accordance with local regulation, this product may
contain remaining refrigerant that requires for it to be environmentally safe removed and contained.
●Before you dispose of appliance, remove the door to prevent potential child entrapment.
● Send the appliance to the designated disposal location.
Do not damage the power cord
● Do not disconnect the appliance from the power supply by pulling on the cord, only remove with firm
grip of the plug.
●Do not trap/jam any part of the power supply cord/plug on installation of the appliance that may
accidentally damage the cord and create an electrical safety hazard.
●Ensure to route and retain the power supply cord/plug in a safe manner when moving or installing the
appliance to avoid any accidental damage that may compromise the electrical safety.
When the power cord is damaged
●Do not install or use the appliance with a damaged power supply cord/plug set, have it replaced with
an electrically approved and rated cord set and conducted by a qualified electrician.

Installation:
Position:
Do not lean the appliance over 45°when moving it to
position.
The appliance must be put on flat,firm & dry floor or
similar noncombustible pad; do not use the package
foam pad.
Do not put the appliance in a damp/wet place.
Do not use the appliance where it is exposed to
freezing weather conditions
Do not use the appliance outdoor where it is
exposed direct sunlight and weather conditions.
The appliance must be positioned/installed where it
maintains proper ventilation to the sides and rear of
the appliance.
It is normal for the sides of the appliance cabinet to
get warm when it is operating.
When this appliance is installed and starting to
operate, allow to stand for an hour to cool down
before placing the wine bottles in the cooling
compartments.

1. Parts for door reversing:
①Door hinge cover ②Flange screw ③Door hinge ④Cap ⑤Lower door hinge
2. Reversing the door:
Our wine coolers are delivered with the door opening from left to right. To reverse the
opening direction:
1. Close the door
2.Take off the door hinge cover
Part(1)on the upper right corner; Unscrew the flange screws(part(2); Take off the
door hinge(3); Remove the upper left side cap(4)
3. Lift the door up until the door clears the lower door hinge spigot (5)
4. Unscrew the lower door hinge.
5. Fit the lower door hinge(5) to the down left corner; Reposition the door and lower it onto the
lower door hinge spigot.
6. Fit the door hinge(3) to the upper left corner and screw in the flange screws to secure(2); Put on
the door hinge cover(1); Put the cap to the up right side(4).

Operation:
1. Cleaning the compartment
Before powering on, clean inside of the appliance and check the drainage pipe is properly connected.
(For details, please refer to the “Maintenance and cleaning”)
2. Direct after installation, having leveled the appliance and being positioned on a dry an firm floor, DO NOT
power On the appliance, allow for the refrigerant in the cooling circuit to settle for at least 30 minutes .
3. Power on
The appliance should start cooling and check to confirm that temperature is dropping after 1 Hour, when all
OK, you can start placing the wine bottles in the cooling compartments.
ON/OFF
1. Keep pressing the key 3 seconds, power down, goes to stand-by mode.
2. Keep pressing the key again 3 seconds to return back to normal working.
Light
Press the key, turn on or turn off the LED lights inside. In stand-by mode, the key is invalid.
Zone switch
Press the key to switch between upper zone and lower zone for selecting which zone to set the
temperature for. Press the key once, the LED display of selected zone flashes regularly. Press up and
down key to set temperature. Press the key again to lock in the selected temperature: Switch to other
zone and repeat process to set temperature.
UP
Press the key once, LED display flashes and and is showing current set temperature. Continue
pressing to adjust set temperature. The LED Display flashes for 5 seconds only and you must adjust
the temperature during this time or it reverts back to the actual temperature in the cooling
compartment and previous selected temperature and not save your intended set temperature.
Down
Press the key once, LED Display flashes and is showing current set temperature. Continue pressing to
adjust set temperature, each press of this button decreases temperature by 1℃. The LED Display
flashes for 5 seconds only and you must adjust the temperature during this time or it reverts back to the
actual temperature in the cooling compartment and previous selected temperature and not save your
intended set temperature.
Child Lock(Combination key)
1. Lock: Press both keys at the same time for 3 seconds to lock.
2. Unlock: Press both keys at the same time for 3 seconds to unlock
Fahrenheit/Celsius display interchange
Switch temperature display between Fahrenheit and Celsius by pressing and holding the key for 3
seconds.
1. The default factory set temperature of this product is 12℃, and the corresponding temperature range
needs to be set accoding to the actual wine.
2. For both upper and lower zone, the cooling temperature could be set from 5℃ -22℃. But lower zone
temperature will be equal to or be higher than upper zone.
Control Panel
All keys would be invalid in lock mode. Please unlock first.

3. Alarm sound: when a system malfunction
occur and alarm sound, press any key on the
control panel to cancel the alarm sound.
4. Error Code:
When the temperature sensor of upper zone
failure occur, error code displays: E1 for open
circuit; E2 for short circuit.
When the temperature sensor of lower zone
failure occur, error code displays: E5 for open
circuit; E6 for short circuit.
Wine storage
The appliance is equipped with
sufficient shelves to allow your collection of
wine to mature quietly and peacefully.
Full shelves loading capacity: 49
bottles (standard Bordeaux with 750ml ).
Loading capacity will vary in terms of
different way of bottle arrangement or
different bottle sizes.
Each shelf is designed to put on 1 or
2 layers of wine bottles. More than 2 layers of
bottle arrangement on one shelf are not
recommended.
Each shelf can be pulled out
partially to store wine bottles easily.
Open the door fully before pulling out
shelves.
Avoid positioning a shelf directly in
front of the fan to avoid blocking the air
inlet and affecting the cooling efficiency.
If the wine cooler would have no load
for a long time, it is recommended to power it
off, clean it carefully, and open the door for
ventilation..
Below table is the recommended temperature
for wine storing & drinking:
Red Wine 15-18℃
White Wine 9-14℃
Rose wine 10-11℃
Champagne & sparkling wine 5- 8℃

Troubleshooting:
The appliance makes lots of
noise?
Please adjust the front foot, keep the appliance
level.
Please keep the appliance a bit clear from walls.
Liquid flowing sound
inside the cabinet?
It is normal because of the refrigerant working
inside.
The appliance does not
start?
Make sure the appliance is connected to the power
properly.
Make sure switch on the power.
The compressor re-starts after 5 minutes for a
power cut.
Compressor runs
continuously?
If no cold is being produced, call the retailer's
supplier's after-sale service.
Door does not seal
tightly?
After long time use, the door seal might get stiff &
distorted partially.
1. Heat the door seal with hot-hair dryer or hot
towel.
2. The door seal will soften and then close the door.
The appliance does not
cool sufficiently?
Please adjust temperature setting.
Keep the appliance away from sunlight or heat.
Please do not open the door frequently.
Unpleasant smells inside
cabinet?
A little bit plastic smell for newly-buy appliance is
normal and will disappear after a short time.
Clean the compartment and ventilate it for a few
hours.
Condensate on the glass
door?
Please do not open the door frequently or for a
long time.
Please do not set the temperature too low.
High ambient temperature and humidity would
cause condensate.
The light is not working? Check the power supply first.
Call the supplier's after-sale service if the light is
broken.

Maintenance and cleaning:
Disconnect the appliance before cleaning. Clean the
appliance with soft cloth or sponge by water.
Do not use organic solvents, alkaline detergent,
boiling water, washing powder or acid liquid etc. Do
not flush the compartment of the appliance. Clean
regularly surfaces that can come in contact with
accessible drainage systems.
The below items will damage the surface of wine
cooler:
Power cut:
Most power cuts could be resolved within a short
time. To protect your wines during a power cut,
avoid opening the door as much as possible. During
very long power cuts, take the necessary measures
to protect your wine.
Out of service for long time:
Remove all bottles from the appliance, switch off,
defrost, clean, dry, and leave the door open to
prevent mould developing within the appliance.
If the appliance is disconnected or if there is a
power cut, you must wait at least five minutes
before re-starting.
Moving the appliance:
Cut off the power supply and unplug the appliance.
Remove all bottles from the appliance.
When moving the appliance, do not lean the
appliance over 45°

Consumer Guarantees means the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law;

You means the Consumer.

Nothing in this warranty affects any person’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The benefits to
any Consumer under this warranty are in addition to the rights and remedies available under any
Consumer Guarantees.
1.3
Subject to the other clauses ofthis warranty, the Company warrants to the Consumer that the Mistral product will
be free of manufacturing defects and will perform to the Company’s specifications.
1.4
The benefit ofthis warranty extends only to the Consumer asoriginal purchaser ofa Mistral product
which is installed in a domectic household area.

1.5
This product comes with a 2 Year replacement/refund warranty, be sure to retain your user manual and
receipt.
1.6 If within the Warranty Period a manufacturing defect is discovered in the Mistral product or it fails to
perform to the Company’s specifications as a result ofsome defect inmaterials, components or workmanship
(Defect) then the Company will, at its option, repair the Mistral product or supply a replacement Mistral product
free ofcharge. A replacement Mistral product may differ from the original product purchased bythe Consumer.
1.7
This warranty will not apply to any Mistral product:
1.7.1
Installed by any person other than a qualified tradesperson; or
1.7.2
Subjected to misuse, neglect, negligence or accidental damage; or
1.7.3
Operated in any way contrary to any operating or maintenance instructions; or
1.7.4
Improperly handled, installed or maintained; or
1.7.5
Altered or modified prior to or after installation; or
1.7.6
Damaged directly or indirectly by power surges, electrical storm damage or connection to
incorrect power supply
1.7.7
Industrial and or Commercial usage is inclusive of staff areas in office/ shop environments, hotel/
motel or other similar accommodation or rental type properties including Bed and Breakfast
establishments.
