Electret Gooseneck Microphone
These instructions are intended for users with-
out any specific technical knowledge. Please
read these instructions carefully prior to oper-
ation and keep them for later reference.
1 Applications
This gooseneck microphone for high speech intel-
ligibility is ideally suited for announcements, lec-
tures or any other voice transmission requiring a
stationary microphone. It can directly be inserted
into a XLR microphone connection (e.g. on mix-
ers) or be used as a desk microphone (together
with a microphone base DMS-… from the range of
MONACOR). For operation of the microphone, a
phantom power (⎓9–48V) will be required.
2 Important Notes
The microphone corresponds to all relevant direc-
tives of the EU and is therefore marked with .
•
The microphone is suitable for indoor use only.
Protect it against humidity and heat (admissible
ambient temperature range 0–40°C).
•
For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth; never use
water or chemicals.
•
No guarantee claims for the microphone and no
liability for any resulting personal damage or
material damage will be accepted if the micro-
phone is used for other purposes than originally
intended, if it is not correctly connected, or if it is
not repaired in an expert way.
If the microphone is to be put out of
operation definitively, take it to a local
recycling plant for a disposal which will
not be harmful to the environment.
3 Operation
1) Place the windshield/pop protection supplied
onto the microphone.
2) Insert the microphone into a XLR microphone
connection or a microphone base. The micro-
phone input must provide a phantom power
(⎓9–48V). If not, connect the microphone via
a separate phantom power supply unit (e.g.
EMA-3 or EMA-200 from IMG STAGELINE) to the
audio unit.
3) Adjust the gooseneck for an optimum position of
the microphone.

1 Possibilités d’utilisation
Ce microphone col de cygne avec une très bonne
compréhension de la parole est spécialement conçu
pour des annonces, conférences ou toute autre
transmission de paroles lorsque un microphone fixe
est nécessaire. Il peut être positionné directement
sur une connexion micro XLR (p.ex. sur une table
de mixage) ou utilisé comme microphone de table
avec un pied micro DMS-… de la gamme MONACOR.
Pour le fonctionnement du microphone, une alimen-
tation fantôme (⎓9–48V) est nécessaire.
2 Conseils importants d’utilisation
Le microphone répond à toutes les directives né-
cessaires de l’Union européenne et porte donc le
symbole .
•
Le microphone n’est conçu que pour une utilisa-
tion en intérieur. Protégez-le de l’humidité et de
la chaleur (plage de température de fonctionne-
ment autorisée: 0–40°C).
•
Pour le nettoyer, utilisez uniquement un chiffon
sec et doux, en aucun cas de produits chimiques
ou d’eau.
•
Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas de dom-
mages matériels ou corporels résultants si le micro-
phone est utilisé dans un but autre que celui pour
lequel il a été conçu, s’il n’est pas correctement bran-
ché ou s’il n’est pas réparé par une personne ha-
bilitée; en outre, la garantie deviendrait caduque.
Lorsque le microphone est définitivement
retiré du service, vous devez le déposer
dans une usine de recyclage adaptée
pour contribuer à son élimination non
polluante.
3 Utilisation
1) Placez la bonnette de protection anti-vent/anti-
pop sur le microphone.
2) Branchez le microphone sur une connexion micro
XLR ou sur un pied micro. L’entrée micro doit dé-
livrer une alimentation fantôme (⎓9–48V). Si
ce n’est pas le cas, reliez le microphone via une
alimentation fantôme séparée (p.ex. EMA-3 ou
EMA-200 de IMG STAGELINE) à l’appareil audio.
3) Orientez le microphone de manière optimale en
pliant le col de cygne.

Diese Bedienungsanleitung richtet sich an Be-
nutzer ohne besondere Fachkenntnisse. Bitte
lesen Sie die Anleitung vor dem Betrieb gründ-
lich durch und heben Sie sie für ein späteres
Nachlesen auf.
1 Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Dieses Schwanenhalsmikrofon mit sehr guter
Sprachverständlichkeit ist speziell für Durchsagen,
Vorträge oder sonstige Sprachübertragung geeig-
net, bei denen ein feststehendes Mikrofon benötigt
wird. Es lässt sich direkt auf einen XLR-Mikrofon-
anschluss stecken (z.B. bei Mischpulten) oder zu-
sammen mit einem Mikrofonfuß DMS-… aus dem
Sortiment von MONACOR als Tischmikrofon einset-
zen. Zum Betrieb des Mikrofons ist eine Phantom-
speisung (⎓9–48V) erforderlich.
2 Wichtige Hinweise für den Gebrauch
Das Mikrofon entspricht allen relevanten Richt-
linien der EU und trägt deshalb das -Zeichen.
•
Setzen Sie das Mikrofon nur im Innenbereich ein.
Schützen Sie es vor Feuchtigkeit und Hitze (zuläs-
siger Einsatztemperaturbereich 0–40°C).
•
Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen nur ein trockenes,
weiches Tuch, auf keinen Fall Chemikalien oder
Wasser.
•
Wird das Mikrofon zweckentfremdet, falsch an-
geschlossen oder nicht fachgerecht repariert,
kann keine Haftung für daraus resultierende
Sach- oder Personenschäden und keine Garantie
für das Mikrofon übernommen werden.
Soll das Mikrofon endgültig aus dem
Betrieb genommen werden, übergeben
Sie es zur umweltgerechten Entsorgung
einem örtlichen Recyclingbetrieb.
3 Inbetriebnahme
1) Den beiliegenden Wind-/Poppschutz auf das
Mikrofon setzen.
2) Das Mikrofon auf einen XLR-Mikrofonanschluss
oder auf einen Mikrofonfuß stecken. Der Mi-
krofoneingang muss eine Phantomspeisung
(⎓ 9 –48 V) bereitstellen. Ist dies nicht der Fall,
das Mikrofon über ein separates Phantomspei-
sungsgerät (z.B. EMA-3 oder EMA-200 von IMG
STAGELINE) an das Audiogerät anschließen.
3) Das Mikrofon durch Biegen des Schwanenhalses
optimal ausrichten.

Mikrofon elektretowy na gęsiej szyi
Niniejsza instrukcja przeznaczona jest dla
użytkowników, którzy nie posiadają wiedzy
i doświadczenia technicznego. Przed rozpo-
częciem użytkowania proszę zapoznać się z
instrukcją, a następnie zachować ją do wglądu.
1 Zastosowanie
Niniejszy mikrofon na gęsiej szyi przeznaczony jest
do aplikacji wymagających wysokiej zrozumiałości
mowy takich, jak: komunikaty głosowe, wykłady.
Spełnia również rolę zwykłego mikrofonu stacjo-
narnego. Może być podłączany bezpośrednio do
wejścia mikrofonowego z gniazdem XLR (np. w
mikserze) lub pracować jako mikrofon pulpitowy
(wraz z podstawką DMS-… marki MONACOR). Do
pracy mikrofonu wymagane jest zasilanie phantom
(⎓9–48V).
2 Środki bezpieczeństwa
Mikrofon spełnia wszystkie wymagania norm UE,
dlatego został oznaczony symbolem .
•
Urządzenie przeznaczone jest wyłącznie do pracy
wewnątrz pomieszczeń. Należy chronić je przed
działaniem wody, wysokiej wilgotności oraz wy-
sokiej temperatury (dopuszczalny zakres wynosi
0–40°C).
•
Do czyszczenia używać suchej miękkiej ściereczki.
Nie stosować wody i środków chemicznych.
•
Producent ani dostawca nie ponoszą odpowie-
dzialności za uszkodzenie sprzętu bądź obrażenia
użytkownika, jeżeli urządzenie było używane nie-
zgodnie z przeznaczeniem, zostało nieodpowied-
nio podłączone lub poddane nieautoryzowanej
naprawie.
Po całkowitym zakończeniu eksploatacji,
należy oddać urządzenie do punktu recy-
klingu, aby nie zaśmiecać środowiska.
3 Obsługa
1) Założyć wiatrochron/osłonę na mikrofon.
2) Zamontować mikrofon w złączu XLR lub w pod-
stawce mikrofonowej. Wejście, do którego pod-
łączany jest mikrofon musi posiadać zasilanie
phantom (⎓9–48V). Jeśli nie, należy zastosować
zewnętrzny zasilacz phantom (np. EMA-3 oraz
EMA-200 marki IMG STAGELINE).
3) Ustawić gęsią szyję tak, aby wkładka mikrofonu
znajdowała się w optymalnej pozycji, w pobliżu
ust.

teriores.
1 Aplicaciones
Este micrófono de cuello de cisne para gran inteli-
gibilidad está adecuado especialmente para anun-
cios, lecturas o para cualquier otra transmisión
de voz que necesite un micrófono inmóvil. Puede
insertarse directamente en una conexión XLR de
micrófono (p.ej. en mezcladores) o puede utilizarse
como micrófono de sobremesa (junto con una base
de micrófono DMS-… de la gama de productos de
MONACOR). Para utilizar el micrófono se necesita
una alimentación phantom (⎓9–48V).
2 Notas Importantes
El micrófono cumple con todas las directivas rele-
vantes de la UE y por lo tanto está marcado con el
símbolo .
•
El micrófono está adecuado para su utilización
sólo en interiores. Protéjalo de la humedad y del
calor (temperatura ambiente admisible: 0–40ºC).
•
Utilice sólo un paño suave y seco para la limpieza;
no utilice nunca ni agua ni productos químicos.
•
No podrá reclamarse garantía o responsabilidad
alguna por cualquier daño personal o material
resultante si se utiliza el micrófono para otros
fines diferentes a los originalmente concebidos,
si no se conecta adecuadamente o no se repara
por expertos.
Si va a poner el micrófono fuera de servi-
cio definitivamente, llévelo a la planta de
reciclaje más cercana para que su elimi-
nación no sea perjudicial para el medio-
ambiente.
3 Funcionamiento
1) Coloque la espuma antiviento en el micrófono.
2) Inserte el micrófono en una conexión de micró-
fono XLR o en una base de micrófono. La entrada
de micrófono ha de tener una alimentación
phantom (⎓9–48V). Si no, conecte el micró-
fono mediante un alimentador phantom (p.ej.
EMA-3 o EMA-200 de IMG STAGELINE) al aparato
de audio.
3) Ajuste el cuello de cisne para una posición
óptima del micrófono.

Queste istruzioni sono rivolte all’utente senza
conoscenze tecniche specifiche. Vi preghiamo
di leggerle attentamente prima della messa in
funzione e di conservarle per un uso futuro.
1 Possibilità d’impiego
Questo microfono a collo di cigno con ottima com-
prensione delle lingua parlata è adatto in modo
particolare per avvisi, conferenze o altre applica-
zioni di lingua parlata dove è richiesto un micro-
fono fisso. Può essere inserito direttamente su
un contatto XLR per microfoni (p.es. con i mixer)
oppure, insieme alla base DMS-… del programma
di MONACOR può essere usato come microfono da
tavolo. Per farlo funzionare è richiesta un’alimen-
tazione phantom (⎓9–48V).
2 Avvertenze importanti per l’uso
Il microfono è conforme a tutte le direttive rilevanti
dell’UE e pertanto porta la sigla .
•
Usare il microfono solo all’interno di locali. Pro-
teggerlo dall’ umidità e dal calore (temperatura
d’impiego ammessa fra 0 e 40°C).
•
Per la pulizia usare solo un panno morbido,
asciutto; non impiegare in nessun caso prodotti
chimici o acqua.
•
Nel caso d’uso improprio, di collegamenti sba-
gliati o di riparazione non a regola d’arte del
microfono, non si assume nessuna responsabilità
per eventuali danni consequenziali a persone o
a cose e non si assume nessuna garanzia per il
microfono.
Se si desidera eliminare il microfono de-
finitivamente, consegnarlo per lo smal-
timento ad un’istituzione locale per il
riciclaggio.
3 Messa in funzione
1) Sistemare sul microfono la spugna antivento in
dotazione.
2) Inserire il microfono su un contatto XLR per
microfono o su una base per microfono. L’in-
gresso del microfono deve mettere a disposi-
zione un’alimentazione phantom (⎓9–48V).
Altrimenti occorre collegare il microfono con
l’apparecchio audio attraverso un alimentatore
phantom separato (p.es. EMA-3 o EMA-200 di
IMG STAGELINE).
3) Orientare secondo necessità il microfono, pie-
gando il collo di cigno.
