Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Das Elektret-Instrumentenmikrofon ECM-300D ist
für den Einsatz auf der Bühne vorgesehen und eig-
net sich optimal für die Schallabnahme am Schlag-
zeug.
Das Mikrofon ist speziell für die Aufnahme von
Tom-Toms konzipiert. Es läßt sich mit der Klemm-
halterungeinfachaufderTrommelmontieren(siehe
Abbildung „Befestigung des Mikrofons“). Die zum
Betrieb erforderliche Speisespannung erhält das
Mikrofon über das angeschlossene Audiogerät,
d.h. der Mikrofoneingang amAudiogerät muß über
eine Phantomspeisung (9–48V ) verfügen. Für
den Anschluß des Mikrofons wird der optional
erhältliche Phantomspeisungsadapter EMA-300P
aus dem Programm von „img Stage Line“ benötigt.
Hinweise für den sicheren Gebrauch
Das Mikrofon entspricht der EMV-Richtlinie für elek-
tromagnetische Verträglichkeit 89/336/EWG.
●Das Mikrofon ist nur zur Verwendung im Innen-
bereich geeignet. Schützen Sie es vor Feuchtig-
keit und Hitze (zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbe-
reich 0–40°C).
●Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung nur ein trocke-
nes, weiches Tuch, auf keinen Fall Chemikalien
oder Wasser.
●Wird das Mikrofon zweckentfremdet, falsch an-
geschlossen oder nicht fachgerecht repariert,
kannfüreventuelle Schäden keine Haftung über-
nommen werden.
●Soll das Mikrofon endgültig aus dem Betrieb
genommen werden, übergeben Sie es zur Ent-
sorgung einem örtlichen Recyclingbetrieb.
Inbetriebnahme
1) Die Feststellschraube der Mikrofonhalterung lö-
sen, die Halterung an der gewünschten Stelle
festklemmen und durch Anziehen der Feststell-
schraube arretieren.
2) Für den Anschluß des Mikrofons an das Audio-
gerät (z.B. Mischpult, Verstärker) wird der Adap-
terEMA-300PausdemProgrammvon„imgStage
Line“benötigt.(BeidemMikrofonsetDRUM-2SET
liegt dieser Adapter jedem Mikrofon ECM-300D
bei.)
Das Mikrofonkabel an den Mini-XLR-Stecker
desAdaptersanschließen,undden XLR-Stecker
des Adapters mit einem symmetrischen XLR-
Mikrofoneingang am Audiogerät verbinden. Der
Mikrofoneingang muß mit einer Phantomspei-
sung von 9–48V ausgestattet sein, anderen-
falls ist kein Mikrofonbetrieb möglich.

Applications
The electret instrument microphone ECM-300D is
provided for stage applications and is ideally suited
for the sound pick-up at the drums.
The microphone is especially designed for tom-
toms. It can easily be mounted with the clamping
support on the drum (see figure “Fixing of the micro-
phone”). Power supply of the microphone is effect-
edvia the connected audio unit, i.e.themicrophone
input on the audio unit must be provided with a
phantom power (9–48V ). For connecting the
microphone, the phantom power adapter EMA-
300P is required which can be ordered separately
from the “img Stage Line” range.
Safety Notes
The microphone corresponds to the directive for
electromagnetic compatibility 89/336/EEC.
●The microphone is only suitable for indoor appli-
cations. Protect it against humidity and heat (ad-
missible ambient temperature range 0–40°C).
●For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth, by no
means chemicals or water.
●If the microphone is used for purposes other than
originally intended, if it is not connected correctly
or not repaired in a qualified way, no liability can
be assumed for possible damage.
●If the microphone is to be put out of operation
definitively, it must be disposed of in a local re-
cycling plant.
Setting into Operation
1) Releasethe setscrew of the microphone support,
tightly clamp the support at the desired place and
fix it by tightening the setscrew.
2) For connecting the microphone to the audio unit
(e.g. mixer, amplifier), the adapter EMA-300P
from the “img Stage Line” range is required.
(In case of microphone set DRUM-2SET this
adapter is supplied with each microphone ECM-
300D.)
Connect the microphone cable to the mini
XLR plug of the adapter and connect the XLR
plug of the adapter to a balanced XLR micro-
phone input on the audio unit. The microphone
input must be provided with a phantom power of
9–48V , otherwise operation of the micro-
phone will be impossible.

Possibilités d’utilisation
Le microphone électret pour instrument ECM-300D
est conçu pour une utilisation sur scène et est par-
ticulièrement bien adapté pour la prise de son sur
des tambours.
Lemicroestadapté particulièrementàlaprise de
sondetom-toms.Il se fixetrèsfacilementsurletam-
bour à l’aide d’un support à pince (voir fig. “Fixation
du micro”). Le micro reçoit la tension d’alimentation
nécessaire pour le fonctionnement via l’appareil au-
dio relié: l’entrée micro sur l’appareil audio doit dis-
poser d’une alimentation fantôme (9–48V ). Pour
connecter le micro, il est nécessaire d’utiliser l’adap-
tateur d’alimentation fantôme EMA-300P disponible
en option de la gamme “img Stage Line”.
Conseils d’utilisation
Le microphone ECM-300D répond à la norme
européenne 89/336/CEE relative à la compatibilité
électromagnétique.
●Le microphone n’est conçu que pour une utilisa-
tion en intérieur; protégez-le de l’humidité et de
la chaleur (température d’utilisation admissible
0–40°C).
●Pour le nettoyer, utilisez un chiffon sec et doux,
en aucun cas de produits chimiques et d’eau.
●Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas de
dommagesilemicrophoneest utilisé dansunbut
autrequeceluipourlequelilaété conçu, s’il n’est
pas correctement branché ou réparé d’une ma-
nière appropriée.
●Lorsque le microphone est définitivement retiré
du service, vous devez le déposer dans une
usine de recyclage adaptée.
Fonctionnement
1) Desserrez la vis de fixation du support micro,
fixez le support à l’endroit souhaité puis revissez.
2) Pour brancher le micro à l’appareil audio (par
exemple, table de mixage, amplificateur), l’adap-
tateur EMA-300P de la gamme “img Stage Line”
est nécessaire. (Dans le set micro DRUM-2SET,
cet adaptateur est fourni avec chaque micro
ECM-300D.)
Reliez le cordon micro à la mini fiche XLR de
l’adaptateur, et la fiche XLR de l’adaptateur à
une entrée micro XLR symétrique sur l’appareil
audio. L’entrée micro doit être équipée d’une ali-
mentation fantôme de 9–48V , sinon le micro
ne fonctionne pas.

Possibilità d’impiego
Il microfono all’elettrete per strumenti musicali
ECM-300D è previsto per l’impiego sul palcosce-
nico ed è indicato particolarmente per la batteria.
Il microfono è stato realizzato specialmente per la
riproduzione di tom-tom. Per il fissaggio è presente
un morsetto che permette il fissaggio direttamente
sul tamburo (vedi illustrazione “Fissaggio del micro-
fono”). La tensione di alimentazione viene dall’appa-
recchio audio collegato; ciò significa che l’ingresso
microfono dell’apparecchio audio dev’essere equi-
paggiato con alimentazione phantom (9–48V ).
Per il collegamento del microfono è richiesto l’adat-
tatore per alimentazione phantom EMA-300P dispo-
nibile come accessorio nel programma “img Stage
Line”.
Avvertenze di sicurezza
Questo microfono corrisponde alla direttiva CE
89/336/CEE sulla compatibilità elettromagnetica.
●Lo strumento è previsto solo per l’uso all’interno
di locali. Proteggerlo dall’umidità e dal calore
(temperatura d’impiego ammessa fra 0°C e
40°C).
●Per la pulizia usare solo un panno morbido,
asciutto; non impiegare in nessun caso prodotti
chimici o acqua.
●Nel caso d’uso improprio, di collegamenti sba-
gliati o di riparazione scorretta non si assume
nessuna responsabilità per eventuali danni.
●Se si desidera eliminare il microfono definitiva-
mente,consegnarloperlosmaltimentoad un’isti-
tuzione locale per il riciclaggio.
Messa in funzione
1) Allentare la vite di bloccaggio del morsetto, posi-
zionare il morsetto nel punto desiderato e bloc-
carlo stringendo di nuovo la vite.
2) Per il collegamento del microfono con l’appa-
recchio audio (p.es. mixer, amplificatore) è ri-
chiesto l’adattatore per alimentazione phantom
EMA-300P disponibile come accessorio nel pro-
gramma “img Stage Line”. (Nel set DRUM-2SET,
l’adattatore è in dotazione con ogni microfono.)
Inserire il cavo del microfono nella presa
mini-XLR dell’adattatore e collegare la presa
XLR dell’adattatore con un ingresso microfono
XLR simmetrico sull’apparecchio audio. L’in-
gresso microfono deve essere equipaggiato con
un’alimentazione phantom 9–48V , altrimenti
il microfono non può funzionare.
