●長時間の使用は身体に負担をかけすぎるおそれが
ありますので、目安の時間・揺れ幅を守ってご使用
くださ い。
●1回の運動は最長90秒以内としてください。
●下を向いてご使用にならないでください。本来の
運動ができなくなったり振動によりスウィングバー
が落 下 す るお そ れ が ありま す 。
●途中で揺れがとまってしまっても、もう一度振り直
せば十分運動効果はあります。
●
カレーなど色の濃い食品を食べた後に使用すると色移り
する場合がありますが、品質上の問題はございません。

通常の運動の目安
1 . マウスピ ースをくわえます 。

首を上下に振り両端にあるウェイトを上下に
揺らします 。
マウスピースは歯ではなく唇で支えてくだ
さい。
鏡を見ながらまっすぐ正面を向いて運動す
ることをおすすめします。
★ ポ イ ント
首や肩に力が入りすぎるとかえって動かしづらくなることが
あります。リラックスして少しずつ振ってみてください。
• まわりに物がないこと、人またはペットがいないこと
を確認してください。
• 各部品が取り付け不十分なままご使用にならないで
ください。ケガや破損の原因になります。
• 下を向いてご使用にならないでください。本来の運
動ができなくなったり、振動によりスウィングバーが
落 下 するお そ れが あります 。
• 使用中や使用後に異常や痛みがあらわれた場合、直
ちに使用を中止し、専門医にご相談ください。
• 急激に使用時間を増やしたり、激しく動かしたりしな
いでください 。
• 使用効果には個人差があります。
• 揺れ幅の目安を守ってご使用ください。揺れ幅を大
きくしすぎると振 動によりマウスピースとスウィング
バーがずれてしまい、落下の原因や左右対称の正し
い動きができなくなります。
• 使い 始めはバランスウェイトが鼻 からあご下まで振 れるよう目
安を持ってください。
• 慣れてきたら揺れ幅を大きくしたり、バランスウェイトを重くす
ると運動の負荷は上がります。
• 揺れ幅の目安は、眉の高さから首のつけねあたりです。

年です。補修用性能部品とは、その製品の機能を維持するた

お買い上げになってから1年間は保証書記載の内容に
基づき無償修理いたします。お買い上げの販売店、または
（株）ＭＴＧお客様相談室まで保証書をご提示のうえ、ご依
頼ください 。
○保証期間（1 年間）が過ぎているとき
保証期間経過後の修理については、お買い上げの販売店、
または（株）ＭＴＧお客様相談室までお問い合わせくださ
い。お客様のご要望により有償修理いたします。
１. 取扱説明書の注意書きに従った正常な使用状態で保証期
間内に故障した場合には、無償修理させていただきます。
イ ）無償修理をご依頼になる場合には、保証期間内にお
買い上げの販売店に本品と本書をご持参、ご提示いた
だきお申しつけください 。
ロ ） お買い上げの販売店で無償修理をご依頼できない場
合には、（株）MTG お客様相談室にお問い合わせ
ください 。
2.ご転居後の修理のご依頼先は、お買い上げの販売店、また

3.ご贈答品などで保証書に記載されている販売店に修理が

4.保証期間内でも次の場合には有償修理になります。

故障及び損傷。
ロ）お買い上げ後の輸送、落下などによる故障及び損傷。
ハ）火災、地震、水害、落雷、その他天災地変、公害などに
よる故障及び損傷。
ニ）本書のご提示がない場合。
ホ）本書にお買い上げ年月日、お客様名、販売店名の記入
のない場合、あるいは字句を書き替えられた場合。

取扱説明書に記載されていない方法で使用した場合の
外的要因による損傷。

ご使用後のお手入れを怠ったことによる故障及び損傷。

• Using the product after having foods with strong colors
such as curry may cause staining on the product.

Recommended Range for Normal Exercises
1. Hold the mouthpiece with your lips.
2. Shake your head up and down to swing the
weights on both sides.
Please hold the mouthpiece with your lips
instead of teeth.
It is recommended to exercise directly in
front of a mirror.
It may be difficult to exercise if you strain your neck or
shoulders too much. Try to keep your neck and shoulders
relaxed, swing gently.
• Please verify that there is no object, person or pet
around you.
• Do not use the product unless each part is properly
attached. Otherwise, it may cause injuries or
damages.
• Do not use the product with your head down. You
may not be able to obtain a desired effect after
exercising or the swing bar may fall down.
• If a pain or discomfort occurred during or after use,
stop using immediately and consult with a medical
specialist.
• Do not increase the duration or intensity of
exercise rapidly.
•
The effects of the product vary from person to person.
• Swing the balance weights within the
recommended range. If you make an excessive
swing, the mouthpiece may be disconnected from
the swing bar, preventing the weights from properly
moving symmetrically.
• When you use the product for the rst time, it is recommended
to swing the balance weights within the range between your nose
and below your chin.
• When you are ready for normal exercise, you may increase the
intensity of exercise by increasing the swing range or attaching
heavier balance weights.
• The target range is between your eyebrows and the base of your
neck.

• The mouthpiece is an expendable item. If deterioration
due to long-term usage compromises the proper
exercise, please purchase a new mouthpiece.
• Please do not use alcohol to sterilize the mouthpiece.
Due to the nature of the material, any use of alcohol may
cause deformation.

Be sure to ll in the date of purchase, store name, and other
requested information, verify that information, read the
warranty, then store it away carefully.
Warranty period
The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase.
*If any abnormality occurs during use, please consult your
local agent customer service station or importer.
Minimum retention period for service repair parts
The minimum retention period of service repair parts for this
product is 5 years from the termination of manufacture. "Service
repair parts” means parts that are required to maintain the
functionality of this product.
When requesting repairs
• During warranty period
For 1 year from purchase, free repairs will be provided based
on the details on the warranty certicate. Present the warranty
certicate at the local agent customer service station or importer
and request repair.
• After the end of the warranty period (1 year)
For repairs after the end of the warranty period, consult your
local agent customer service station or importer. Any repairs
required by the customer will be provided for a fee.
1. If this product fails within the warranty period when
used correctly in accordance with the precautions in the
instruction manual, free repairs will be provided.
a) When requesting a free repair, bring this document
and the product to the store of purchase within the
warranty period and present them with your request.
b) If the store of purchase cannot provide free repair,
please contact the local agent customer service
station or importer.
2. If you have moved, please consult your local agent
customer service station or importer for the best place
to request repair.
3. When you cannot request repair at a store listed on the
warranty certicate, for example because you received
this product as a gift, consult your local agent customer

g) Damage produced by using in a manner other than
described in the instruction manual.
h) Product failure or damage due to neglect of care
after use.
i) Product failure or damage that occurs when used
other than in an ordinary residence (for example,
commercial use).
5. This warranty card is only valid in the country or area of
purchase.
6. The warranty will not be reissued. Store it carefully.

(name, address, and telephone number) that you as
the customer enter on the warranty form may be used
for service activities during the warranty period and for
safety inspection activities afterwards.
* The warranty on page 8 promises free repairs during
the period and under the conditions given in the

not limit the legal rights of the customer with regard to
the party issuing this warranty (the party responsible
