TO PLACE INTERNAL CALL Pick up handset, then dial 3-digit extension
number.
TO PLACE OUTSIDE CALL Pick up handset, press 9, then dial the phone
number.
MICROPHONE Press the MIC key. A lit MIC LED indicates that the MIC is
on. If you are on a speaker conversation, turning the MIC on
and off will mute and un-mute your speaker. If you are on a
handset call, turning the MIC on and off will also mute and un-
mute your conversation.
HOLD Press HOLD key. To retrieve, press flashing green button. To
put on hold with no reminder tone, and to prevent anyone else
picking up your held call, press the FEATURE key then the
HOLD key.
TRANSFER While connected to a call, press TRANSFER, receive transfer
dial tone. Dial extension number and hang-up. Call does not
complete until you hang up so you can stay on line to announce
caller if you wish.
-OR-
To transfer a caller directly to someone’s voicemail, press
TRANSFER then the person’s extension number, then 7.
PARK While connected to a call, press the PARK key. Choose a
PARK location (0-9). Hang up.
RETRIEVE To RETRIEVE a parked call, press the RETRIEVE key plus
PARK location number.
GROUP LISTEN While you are on a handset call, press the SPEAKER key and
the caller’s side of the conversation will be broadcast over your
speaker. To turn off GROUP LISTEN, press the SPEAKER
key again
REDIAL To display the last 10 numbers that you’ve dialed, press the
REDIAL key until the number you want is displayed then press
the *key.
AUTOMATIC If you receive a busy when dialing an outside number
REDIAL and you wish to have the system retry that number for you,
before you hang up press Auto-RD. The system will continue
to try that number for the next 10 minutes. When the line
becomes available, your phone will ring. If it does not become
available, your SPEAKER light will go out.
If you call a station internal and you wish that person to call you
back as soon as they get off the phone, press ACB after dialing
extension and receiving busy tone. When the person hangs up
their phone, your phone will ring and then their phone will ring.
DO NOT DISTURB Press the DND key to set and to cancel.
PAGE Lift handset, press PAGE and begin speaking after the tone.
CONFERENCE To build a conference call, with the first caller on the line, press
CONF, then dial the next party. When they have answered,
press the CONF key to join everyone. Repeat to add more
callers. You can only have a total of 3 people in the conference.
VOICE OVER/ If you dial an extension internally and you receive a
REPLY busy tone, press VO to over-ride the existing conversation. The
outside caller will not hear you and you will not hear
Either person until the inside user you have voice over'd chooses
to reply. To reply to a user who has used this feature to reach
you, press the REPLY key on your phone. The key will light up
when you conversing with the internal caller and will not light
when you are conversing with your external caller. The external
caller never hears either side of the conversation.
DIRECTORY The DIRECTORY key is a Caller ID scroll key. Press the
DIRECTORY key to display up to 30 incoming calls. Ais for
calls that you’ve answered and Mare ones that you missed.
SPEED DIAL To use the Speed Dial, press the SYS or the STA key
(TO USE) in the display of your phone, then press the UP or DOWN key to
scroll to the number you wish. Once the number is displayed,
pick up the phone. To search for a number by name, press the
SYS or the STA key in the display of your phone, then using the
key pad on your phone, press the number with the corresponding
first letter of the name you are looking for and then press the UP
or DOWN key to start the search. Once the number is displayed,
pick up the phone to complete the call. If you know the 2 digit
buffer number where you number is stored, you can press
REDIAL and then the 2-digit number to dial.
SPEED DIAL (Station)
PROGRAM 1. Press the FEATURE key
2. Press the REDIAL key.
3. Dial the Speed Dial Memory location 80~99.
4. Dial the trunk access code, i.e. 9 (if necessary).
5. Dial the telephone number to be stored (24 digits
maximum).
6. Press the HOLD key (if entering a name) and dial
the name of the party (13 letters maximum). Use the
# key to move to the next character if it is on the same
key or press the # key twice to create a space.
7. Press the FEATURE key again

ELITEMAIL STARTUP
From your phone, press the MESSAGE key then pick up your handset.
The FIRST TIME you enter your Voice Mailbox, the System will assist you in setting
up your Mailbox. Please follow the directions carefully. This set up conversation will
only happen the first time you use your Mailbox.
The Set Up Options are as follows:
1 = YES, 2 = NO, * = SAVE & SKIP FORWARD, # = BACKUP/REPEAT ONE
STEP
1. Enter Default Security Code of 0327.
2. Set a new Security Code: Enter 4-10 digits of your choice (using numbers 0-9),
then PRESS *. Re-enter the same number to confirm, then PRESS *.
3. State your name: STATE ONLY FIRST AND LAST NAME. (PRESS * to stop
recording.)
4. To add your name to the Phone Directory, PRESS 1
5. Record a Greeting using the following suggested format:
You have reached the voice mail of (your name). Unfortunately I am
notavailable at this time to take your call. If you would like to leave a
message, please begin speaking after the tone. If you would prefer to leave
a message with our operator or to speak with someone else, please press
zero. Thank you for calling.
6. If you are happy with everything you have set up, PRESS 1 when prompted.
7. Your Mailbox is now set up and ready to use.
To use your Mailbox, press the MESSAGE key. The System will prompt you for your
security code. The System will welcome you and play a list of options for you to
choose from if you do not have a display phone. Make your selection and follow the
directions. If you have a display phone, your choices will be on the display of the
phone. Press the corresponding key under your selection to use your mailbox.
To ERASE or SAVE/ARCHIVE messages as you are listening to them:
Press the ARCHIVE key on your display or dial 27 to ARCHIVE (Save) the message;
press the DELETE key on your display or dial 26 to immediately DELETE (Erase)
this message (it’s now gone forever),
