sing intelligent networking technology, NetComm’s ProSwitch
pinpoints the exact recipient of a packet of data and delivers that
data directly to it, whereas an ordinary network hub simply
“sprays” the data to everyone, clogging up the system with
network traffic.
NetComm’s workgroup ProSwitch provides 24 high-speed
10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet ports capable of automatically
sensing the line speed and negotiating the operation mode with
any connected node.
The 24-port ProSwitch uses Store-&-Forward switching along
with back pressure flow control for half and full duplex modes,
thus preventing packet loss.
To further increase reliability and up-time, Netcomm has utilised the
latest in low power IC circuit design to reduce component count and
eliminate the need for an internal cooling fan – making ProSwitch the
quietest switch available.
Easy to install and use
NetComm’s self-powered ProSwitch is so smart it’s a pleasure to
install. And, once installed, you never need approach it again.
ProSwitch has been designed to be a full Plug & Play solution with
no drivers to install so installation is quick and simple.
