SAFETY INFORMATION & WARNINGS
PLEASE READ AND SAVE THESE IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always
be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to
persons, including the following:
●Read ALL instructions before using this unit.
●WARNING: Risk of fire - keep combustible material such as furniture, papers,
clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0. 9m) from the front of heater and
away from the sides and rear.
●WARNING: Risk of Electric Shock. DO NOT open or try to repair the heater
yourself.
●This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot
surfaces. Do not move this heater when still hot.
●CAUTION: Mount with bottom of heater at least 240cm from floor, 25cm
from the side wall, 50cm from ceiling.
●DO NOT place towels or other objects on the heater.
●DO NOT operate any heater with a damaged cord, if the heater
malfunctions, has been dropped or has been damaged in any manner.
Return heater for authorized examination, electrical or mechanical
adjustment, or repair.
●DO NOT touch the control panel or plug in with wet hands.
●DO NOT run cord under carpeting.
●DO NOT cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange
cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
●DO NOT insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust
opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire or damage the heater.
●DO NOT immerse in water or other liquids to protect against electrical
hazards.
●DO NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on
this unit, doing so will void your warranty, The inside of the unit contains no
user serviceable parts. Only qualified personnel should perform all servicing
only.
●Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or
invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
●Always unplug heater when not in use.
●This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar
Indoor locations. Never locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub or
other water container.
●To disconnect heater, turn controls to OFF, then remove plug from outlet.

●To prevent a possible fire, DO NOT block the air intakes or exhaust in any
manner, DO NOT use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may
become blocked.
●A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas
where gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.
●Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not
recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury
to persons. The use of attachments not recommend or sold by unauthorized
dealers may cause hazards.
●Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an
extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
●Avoid use of an extension cord as the extension cord may overheat and
cause a risk of fire. However, if you have to use an extension cord, the cord
should be in compliance with the No.14 AWG minimum size and rated no
less than 1875W.
●This unit is designed for a 120V AC electrical outlet connection ONLY.
●Connect to properly grounded outlets only.
●Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
WARNING
●The appliances must be grounded.
●Before installing or replacing the bulb, the appliance must be always being
disconnected from the 120V supply.
●The appliance must be disconnected from the 120V supply before the lid is
opened.
●The appliance must be installed exclusively in perfect horizontal position.
Please take a few moments to thoroughly read the instructions and
familiarize yourself with all the operational aspects of your new heater.
●Unpack the outdoor wall heater making sure that all the items are present
and that there are no components left in the box and that the heater is free
from any packing material.
●Using the detailed drawing, follow the steps for assembling your heater.
●Do not connect the heater to electrical supply until the assembly is
complete.
●Do not connect the heater to electrical supply if any of the components or
the power cord is damaged in any way.
●If in doubt contact your supplier.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
For best results from the appliance please ensure that the installation is done
by a qualified electrician in accordance with the following instructions and
taking full account of current regulations.
When using the heater, please carefully follow the instructions and
recommendations below.
WALL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
●When installing the heater to a wall, make sure it is faced in the upright
position. In the upright position, the control panel is on the right and the
hinges are at the bottom, so that the lid hangs down in the open position.
●Clearing requirements:
o500mm(50cm) from the side wall
o500mm(50cm) from the ceiling
o70 in (180cm) from the floor
●Only use the wall heater on a firm solid vertical wall where the Mounting Bar
is in contact with the wall.
●Wiring procedures and connections must be in accordance with national and
local jurisdiction. Consult your certified electrician.
●Never install or place heater near flammable or combustible materials.

●Generally, heaters must be placed at a safe distance (clearance space) of at
least 2.0m (6.5 ft.) from combustible materials and glass walls.
●If the heaters are placed in areas where painting of any kind is taking place,
they should not be used during the painting process.
●To reduce the risk of fire, do not store or use gasoline or other flammable
vapors and liquids in the vicinity of the heater.
INSTALLATION ACCESSORIES
To Install the heater to a wall, use the included wall-mounting bracket and
other installation accessories. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to
secure the heater in place.

WALL MOUNT INSTALLATION
Step 1: Put 4 Self-Tapping screws or 4 Expansion bolts, M6x50①, into the wall
as shown below.
Step 2: Take off the nuts, spring lock washers and plain washers from the four
expansion bolts. Keep them for the next step.
Step 3: Install the heater onto the mount using the nuts, spring lock washers
and plan washers from the four expansion bolts.

Complete!
Note: To adjust the wall bracket, loosen the two M6x10 screws to change the
direction of the heat. Then retighten them.
WALL ARM MOUNT INSTALLATION
Step 1: Put 4 Self Tapping Screws or 4 Expansion bolts, M6x50, into the wall as
shown below.
Step 2: Take off the nuts, spring lock washers and plain washers from the four
expansion bolts. Keep them for the next step.

Step 3: Mount the wall arm mount onto the expansion bolts and screw in the
nuts, spring lock washers and plain washers onto the expansion bolts.
Step 4: Remove the preinstalled mount from the wall heater.

Step 5: Align the mounting hole of the U-plate with the mounting hole of the
heater as shown below and lock with the M6 screws.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Connect the power cable to a 120V 16A supply which should be located in a
safe, dry area. The switch on the heater is used to control the heater. When the
position is on the ON position the indicator light will turn red and the heater
will be in standby mode. The OFF position will turn off the heater.
●Although the wall heater is waterproof, do not use when raining or in wet
conditions.
●Never connect the power cable from the electrical supply, when the wall
heater is not in use.
THE PANEL CONTROL
●The switch is changed to “I”; the heater is on standby.
●Touch “ ” on the panel once for the 1500W for the heater.
●Touch “ ” again on the panel and the heater power off.
●Touch the “ ”, for the timer function to turn on and the heater will turn
off after 2 hours.
REMOTE CONTROL
●Press the “ ”, to turn on the 1500W heater.
●Press the “ ”, for the timer function to turn on and the
heater will turn off after 2 hours.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
●Unplug the unit and let it cool completely.
●Outer shell may be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. You may use a mild
detergent if necessary. After cleaning, dry the unit with a soft cloth.
●DO NOT use alcohol, gasoline, abrasive powders, furniture polish, or rough
brushes to clean the heater. This may cause damage or deterioration to the
surface of the heater.
●Although this heater is outdoor approved, DO NOT immerse the heater in
water for your safety.
●Wait until the unit is completely dry before use.
STORAGE
When not in use, store this unit in a cool, dry location. To prevent dust and dirt
build-up, use the original packaging to repack this unit.

If this unit does not operate properly, please check the following before repair

LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
This appliance is covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty. For one year
from the original date of purchase, the manufacturer will repair or replace any
parts of this appliance that prove to be defective in materials and
workmanship, provided the appliance has been used under normal operating
conditions as intended by the manufacturer.
Warranty Terms:
During the first year, any components of this appliance found to be defective
due to materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced, at the
manufacturer’s discretion, at no charge to the original purchaser. The
purchaser will be responsible for any removal or transportation costs.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty will not apply if damage is caused by any of the following:
●Power failure
●Damage in transit or when moving the appliance
●Improper power supply such as low voltage, defective household
wiring or inadequate fuses
●Accident, alteration, misuse or abuse of the appliance such as using
non-approved accessories, inadequate air circulation in the room or
abnormal operating conditions (extreme temperatures)
●Use in commercial or industrial applications
●Fire, water damage, theft, war, riot, hostility or acts of God such as
hurricanes, floods, etc.
●Use of force or damage caused by external influences
●Partially or completely dismantled appliances
●Excess wear and tear by the user
Obtaining Service:
When making a warranty claim, please have the original bill of purchase with
the purchase date available. Once confirmed that your appliance is eligible for
warranty service, all repairs will be performed by a NewAir™ authorized repair
facility. The purchaser will be responsible for any removal or transportation
costs. Replacement parts and/or units will be new, re-manufactured or
refurbished and is subject to the manufacturer’s discretion. For technical
