USER INSTRUCTIONS
TRIPLE FOLDING ALUMINIUM ROLLATOR
S20744 Triple Folding Aluminium Rollator
General Safety Warning
Please make sure that you read and follow these
instructions carefully. Keep these instructions in a
safe place for future reference.

136kg
1. INTENDED USE
The lightweight triple folding aluminium rollator has been designed to give support and aid to those who cannot, or
who lack the confidence to, walk without some level of guidance. This product is intended for indoor and outdoor use.
2. SAFETY
Warning: Do not exceed the maximum user
weight of 136kg (21st).
DO NOT use the rollator on stairs or escalators and take
care on steep hills.
DO NOT hang items from the handles as this may affect
the stability of the rollator.
MAKE SURE the rollator is locked in the open position
before use.
ONLY use as a walking aid in the forward direction.
DO NOT move or adjust the rollator when the seat is
occupied.
DO NOT sit on the seat when the rollator is on an
incline.
DO NOT sit on the seat without locking the brakes first.
DO NOT use the seat without the backrest in place.
DO NOT use the seat to transport people or objects.
Loads should only be transported using the bag
supplied (maximum load 5kg).

3. UNPACKING
Note: This product is supplied fully assembled.
Remove the packaging and check all parts carefully.
Contact your supplier immediately if parts are missing or
damaged and do not try to use the product.
4. ASSEMBLY/INSTALLATION
4.1 Unfold the Front Wheels:
1. Unscrew and remove the front wheel hand-wheel
screws fully on both sides of the rollator.
2. Unfold the front wheels and align the hand-wheel
screw holes.
3. Insert the two hand-wheel screws and re-tighten on
both sides.
Note: Make sure the two hand-wheel screws are fully
tightened before use.

4.2 Unfolding the Rear Legs
4. Remove the Velcro straps on both sides to release
the rear legs.
5. Unscrew and remove the rear leg hand-wheel
screws fully on both sides of the rollator.
6. Unfold the rear legs and align the hand-wheel
screw fixing holes.
7. Insert the two hand-wheel screws and re-tighten on
both sides.
Note: Make sure the two hand-wheels screws are fully
tightened before use.
4.3 Unfolding the Rollator
1. Pull the two handles apart to unfold the rollator.
2. Press down firmly on the seat to lock into place.
Note: Make sure the rollator is fully secure before use.
4.4 Handle Height Adjustment
Adjust the rollator handle height so that when the user’s
arm is down to their side, the hand-grip is at wrist height.
This will ensure the arms are at an approximate 20°-30°
bend when using the rollator.
1. Push in the button-clip and adjust the handles to the
required height
2. Repeat for the opposite handle.
Note: Make sure both handles have been set to the
same height.

4.5 Fitting the Bag
1. Fit the bag loops over the seat tubes.
Note: Make sure each bag loop has been securely fitted
over each tube flange.
5. USING THE ROLLATOR
5.1 Brake Operation
The brakes must be checked before first use,
failure to do so can result in injury.
1. To slow down or stop the rollator, pull both brake
handles up.
2. To apply the parking brake, push the brake handles
down until they lock into place.
Note: Make sure both brake handles have been applied.
3. Pull both handles up to release the parking brakes.
If the brakes fail to stop or lock the wheels,
stop using the rollator immediately. Do not
use the rollator again until the brakes have
been checked and correctly adjusted. Refer to
Section 6.1.
5.3 Folding the Rollator
Note: Make sure all items have been removed from the
bag before folding.
1. Pull the seat handle up to release from the locked
position.
2. Push the handles together.
3. Reverse the steps in section 4.2 to fold and secure
the rear legs.
4. Reverse the steps in section 4.1 to fold and secure
the front wheels.
Note: Make sure the rollator is fully secure before
attempting to lift.
6. MAINTENANCE
Please contact your supplier if you require
assistance with the maintenance of the rollator.
Incorrect adjustments can result in serious
injury.
1. Check all button clips are fully clicked in position and
that all hand-wheels are tight and secure.
2. Check the wheels can rotate freely.
3. Check for general wear or damage. Any suspected
faults or damage should immediately be reported to
the supplier and the product taken out of use.
4. Make sure the brakes are functioning correctly.
When the brake levers are squeezed, the two rear
wheels should not be able to rotate.
6.1 Brake Adjustment
The following section requires some technical
ability, do not attempt to carry out the
adjustment unless you are confident to do so.
Incorrectly adjusted brakes can lead to injury,
please contact your supplier if you require
assistance.

Locking Nut
Adjustment Nut
1. The brake adjustment nut is located at the bottom
of the brake cable, above the rear wheel on both
sides.
2. Use a spanner to loosen the locking nut in an anti-
clockwise direction.
3. Use a spanner to adjust the brake tension. To
tighten the brakes, turn the adjustment nut in an
anti-clockwise direction.
Note: There must be a small gap between the
brake mechanism and the wheel, when the brake
lever is released.
4. Use a spanner to tighten the locking nut in a
clockwise direction.
Note: Use the spanner to make sure the
adjustment nut remains in position, while tightening
the locking nut.
5. Test the brakes in accordance with Section 5.1.
7. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS.
Make sure that all dirt and debris is removed from
around the wheels, axle and brakes.
To clean the bag wipe with a damp cloth. Do not
machine wash.
Clean the frame regularly, using a general purpose,
neutral detergent and warm water.
Please check the suitability of the cleaning products
before use. Do not use abrasive cleaners or cloths
as these could permanently damage the surface and
invalidate any warranty.
Always allow the product to dry thoroughly prior to use
or storage
8. PRODUCT DISPOSAL
This product must be thoroughly cleaned/sterilised prior
to disposal.
This product is manufactured from metal and plastic and
can be disposed of through Local Authority Household
Waste and Recycling Centres or through Local Trade
Waste Collectors.
9. PRODUCT GUARANTEE
NRS Healthcare guarantee this product for a period of
12 months, from the date of purchase, against faulty
materials and workmanship.
This guarantee does not cover; fair wear & tear, abuse,
misuse, interference or tampering with any part of the
product.
Any guarantee issued by NRS Healthcare does not
affect your statutory rights.
