Operating Instructions cont’d)
NATURE
NATURAL BREEZE MODE: This mode has up to five types of air cycles from 1 (soft
breezes) to 5 (strong breezes). It simulates natural wind cycles or rhythms and
varies according to the set fan speed (see Level details on Page 9).
`
♦Press the MODE button once on the manual controls or the remote control
and then use the “⊕”to increase or “Θ” to decrease the breeze strength
setting between1 and 5.
♦Use in conjunction with TIMER or PRESET and OSC functions. The natural
breeze will continue to fluctuate according to the speed level set until the
timer duration is reached. (eg: Level 1 speed varies between 5 1 and stop;
Level 2 speed randomly fluctuates between 10 6 and stop, etc).
♦The NATURE/Mountain icon will be displayed during the selection process.
When no button is pressed for 3 secs the selection will be set. The digital

preferred selection ~ see Page 9 for Speed Level details. Use in conjunction
with TIMER, PRESET or OSC.
Like the Breeze mode, Sleep mode has five types of air cycles from 1 (soft
breezes) to 5 (strong breezes). They simulate natural wind cycles or rhythms
and varies according to the set level. Sleep mode reduces speed over time.
Whatever speed is chosen the fan will operate mostly at the highest level
and fluctuate within the speed level set, then it will step down after 30 mins
through each level to the lowest in the range and finally to a halt; it will then
return to the highest chosen speed and repeat this circle continuously or until
the timer duration is reached.
♦At the medium setting 3, medium winds will fluctuate randomly between
speeds 15 11 for 30 mins, then the fan will step down to speeds
between 14 11 for another 30 mins, then between 13 11 for another
30 mins, etc and finally to a stop. It will then return to 15 to 11 wind
speeds for 30 mins, then 14 to 11 speeds, etc. This cycle will continue
indefinitely until manually powered off or the timer duration is reached.
