RS-232C Cable
Allows connection of the printer to a PC or
hand-held terminal.
Installation
1. Lift up the RS-232C port cover (1) on the printer
to expose the port.
2. Plug the RS-232C cable (2) firmly into the port.
Make sure that the arrow mark on the connector
of the RS-232C connector matches with the
arrow mark (3) by the side of the printer’s port.
3. Plug the other end of the RS-232C cable into the
corresponding RS-232C connector of the
computer or hand-held terminal. For information
on the host device RS-232C connector, refer to
the relevant instruction manual.

Installation
1. Localisez le couvercle du port d'interface
RS-232C (1) et ouvrez-le pour accéder au port
.
2. Branchez une extrémité du câble RS-232C (2)
dans le port. Assurez-vous que la flèche (2)
indiquée sur le connecteur du câble RS-232C est
alignée avec la flèche (3) du connecteur de
l'imprimante.
3. Branchez l'autre extrémité du câble RS-232C
dans le connecteur RS-232C correspondant de
l'ordinateur ou du terminal. Pour des
renseignements sur le connecteur RS-232C du
dispositif hôte, consultez le manuel d'instructions
approprié.

Permite conectar la impresora a la computadora o a
un terminal portátil.
Instalación
1. Ubique la tapa del puerto de la interfaz RS-232C
(1) y ábrala para tener acceso al puerto.
2. Enchufe un extremo del cable RS-232C (2)
firmemente en el puerto. Asegúrese de que la
flecha (3) del conector del cable RS-232C
concuerde con la flecha del puerto de la
impresora.
3. Enchufe el otro extremo del cable RS-232C en el
conector RS-232C correspondiente de la
computadora o terminal portátil. Para información
sobre el conector RS-232C del dispositivo host
refiérase al manual pertinente.
