Important Safety Instructions
1. Read all instructions.
2. Disconnect the power plug before dismantling, assembling or before cleaning.
3. Avoid touching mobile parts of the unit.
4. Make sure the fan is on a dry and even surface.
5. Never insert fingers, pencils or any other objects through the guards whenever
the power plug is connected, especially while running.
6. The appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons unless
they have been adequately supervised by a responsible person to ensure that
they can use the appliance safely.
7. Young children or infirm persons should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
8. Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than its intended use.
9. The fan must not be used if the guards are not fastened according to
instructions.
10. When the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
11. Do not use your appliance with an extension cord unless it has been checked
and tested by a qualified electrician or electrical supplier.

Assembly Instructions
1. Remove all items of packaging from the
tower fan.
2. Turn the tower body upside down and
position the rear base (9) onto the
support posts of the front base (8) to
create the base assembly.
3. Pass the power cord through the hole in
the middle of the base assembly.
4. Position the base assembly onto the
pedestal tube (7). The front base has a
hole that corresponds with a round lug on
the pedestal tube.
5. Position the power cord into the provided
cord track in the rear base.
6. Screw the base assembly onto the
pedestal tube with the supplied screws
7. Turn the tower fan back to an upright
position. It is now ready for use.

Remote control
1. Use in a dry place, free of excessive
humidity and water.
2. This unit can be operated by the
control panel on the fan or by remote
control in the same manner.
ON/OFF: Press this button to turn the fan on or off.
OSC: Press the oscillation button to commence horizontal oscillation. The first press
will oscillate for 90O, press again for 180O, and the third press will activate
360Ooscillation. Press for a fourth time to turn this function off. It will be
indicated on the LCD display as follows:
MODE: Press once to active Natural airflow. Press twice to activate Sleep airflow.
Press for a third time to deactivate the function and have Normal airflow. The
function will be indicated by the illuminated light on the LCD display as
follows:
When Natural or Sleep airflows are selected the fan will continually cycle
through Low, Medium and High fan settings.
TIMER: Press the timer button to activate the timer-off function. Each time the button
is pressed the timer will be increased by 1 hour up to a maximum of 12
hours. Press for the thirteenth time to deactivate the function.
ION: Press the button to activate the ionizer. The ionizer will help purify the air in
the room and assist in the removal of odours. Press the button again to
deactivate.
“ – ” and “ + ”: Press these buttons to adjust the speed of the fan (+ to increase, -
to decrease).
HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT: Loosen the screw (10) on the pedestal tube, raise or lower
the fan to the desired height and retighten the screw. Take care not to over
tighten.

Care and Maintenance
1. Always disconnect the cord from the electrical outlet when cleaning your fan.
2. Light accumulated dust may be removed from the fan with a soft cloth or vacuum
cleaner using the dusting brush attachment.
3. Wipe the exterior surfaces of the fan occasionally with a cloth moistened (not
dripping wet) with a mild soap solution. Dry the case thoroughly with a soft dry
cloth before operating the fan.
4. Avoid the use of gasoline, benzine, thinner etc as they may result in damage to
the fan.
5. Store the fan in a clean dry place when not in use.
CAUTION! Do not immerse the unit in water or allow water to drip into
the interior of the fan housing as this could create a fire or electric
shock hazard.
WARNING! Do not attempt to open or repair the unit yourself. Doing so
could void the warranty and cause damage or personal injury.
