operators of this equipment shall be aware that the use and subsequent repair of this equipment may require special
training and knowledge. It is recommended that an annual inspection be done by qualified personnel and that any
missing or damaged parts, decals, warning / safety labels or signs be replaced with factory authorized replacement
parts only. Any jack that appears to be damaged in any way, is worn or operates abnormally shall be removed from
serviceimmediately untilsuch timeas repairs can be made.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Omega Air Actuated Bottle Jacks on Wheels are designed forlifting, but not sustaining, loads ranging up to 20
tons. They can be used vertically or angled to 5 degrees from vertical position. After lifting, loads must be
immediatelysupportedby appropriate means. They aresuitable foruse in an appropriately ratedand designed
vertical or bench press structure. These jacks arenot recommended for use in lifting or positioning houses and/or
other building structures. These jacks comply with applicable ASME / ANSI - PALDStandards. For air actuated
use, ensure that your air source can dedicate 7.8 CFM @ 90 - 175PSI to each jack operated. To ensure dependable,
troublefreeoperation anair dryer andoiler isrecommended.
BEFOREUSE
1. Verify that the product and the application are
compatible,if in doubtcall Omega Technical Service
(888)332-6419.
2.Before using thisproduct, readthe instruction manual
completelyandfamiliarize yourselfthoroughlywith
the product and the hazards associated with its
improperuse.
3.Openthe releasevalve(counter-clockwise nomore
than2 fullturns).
4.With ramfullyretracted, locateandremove theoil
fillerscrew. Insertthe handle intothe handlesleeve,
then pump 6 to 8 strokes. This will help release any
pressurized air which may be trapped within the
reservoir.Ensure the oillevel is just below theoil filler
screw hole. Reinstall the oil filler screw.

5. Pour a teaspoon of good quality, air tool lubricant into
theair supply inletof thelift control valve(See
Illustration).Connect toair supplyand operatefor 3
seconds to evenly distribute lubricant.
6. Check to ensure that jack rolls freely (if so equipped)
andthat the pumpoperates smoothlybefore putting
intoservice. Replaceworn ordamaged partsand
assemblies with Omega Authorized Replacement
Parts only.
7. This product is fitted to accept the popular 1/4" PT air
nipple.When installing 1/4"PT nippleof your choice,
ensure that thread tape or compound is used when
servicingconnections.
8. Inspect before each use. Do not use if bent, broken or
cracked components are noted.
