JKU With OE Hardtop using OE
Hardware JKU Without OE Hardtop
JLU using OE hardware
2. JKU with OE Hardtop - Please note hole
orientation.
Install mounts to the tub of the Jeep. Use M8 x
1.25mm Hex Head Cap Bolt with 22mm flat and
locking washers, thread into the body of the Jeep.
NOTE: Factory OE hardtop hardware can be used
instead. DO NOT fully tighten at this time, will need
to adjust.
JKU without OE Hardtop - Please note hole
orientation.
Install mounts to the tub of the Jeep. Use provided
M8 X 1.25mm Hex Head Cap Bolt, 22mm flat
washer, lock washer and M8 X 1.25mm Hex Head
Nut. DO NOT fully tighten at this time, will need to
adjust.
JLU - Please note hole orientation.
Install mounts to the tub of the Jeep. Use M8 x
1.25mm Hex Head Cap Bolt with 22mm flat and
locking washers, thread into the body of the Jeep.
NOTE: Factory OE hardtop hardware can be used
instead. DO NOT fully tighten at this time, will need
to adjust.
Install basket side to the tub of the Jeep. Use M8 x
35mm long bolt with flat and locking washers,
thread into the body of the Jeep. l need to adjust.
1. Apply the black foam pads to the base of the
mounts.
Note: Foam is side specific.

3..Position the center basket into place and
use M8 x 1.25mm Button Head Hex Bolt with
16mm flat washer and serrated flange nuts. Use
three on each side. Tighten making sure the
basket and mounts are not binding, it may
require an assistant to help hold in place.
4..Make adjustments and assure basket is even
and square to the body. First tighten hardware
holding basket to mounts, then tighten mounts to
vehicle.
5.Attach Off-road jack using provided plastic knobs.
