Description
The following assembly procedure can be used for the multidiscussion systems B-1000Ti-2, B-1000Ti-3, B-
1000Ti-5 and B-1000Ti-10. The assembly sequence is identical for all systems.
The microscope is a precision scientic instrument designed for long lasting life with a minimal maintenance, be-
ing built following the best optical and mechanical standards and developed for a daily use. Optika reminds that
the present manual contains important informations for a safe use and a correct maintenance of the instrument.
It has to be available for each user.
Optika declines any responsibility deriving from instrument uses that do not comply with this manual.
Unpacking and assembly
The multidiscussion system is housed in a moulded Styrofoam container. Remove the tape from the edge of
the container and lift the upper part of the container. Take care not to let optical items fall out end get damaged.
Remove each part from the housing and place them of a sturdy table.
2.1 Install the microscope body as indicated in the specic instruction manual.
Do not install the observation head.
2.2 Place the splitter attachment of the multidiscussion system and tighten the lock screw on the right side
of the microscope (Fig. 1).
2.3 In order to use the arrow which will be used as a pointer, connect the 5Vdc power supply to the rear Jack
of the splitter attachment. (Fig. 2). Now use the pointer position controller (1) or the pointer intensity con-
troller (2) to adjust the position and intensity of the pointer.

2.4 Begin to place the connection tubes on both sides
of the splitter attachment. Firmly screw the black
ring nut. (Fig. 3-4).
• Every connection is identied by a letter
printed on both sides of the connection. Make
sure to match the letters in order to correctly
assemble the microscope.
2.5 Repeat the same procedure on the other side of
the splitter.
2.6 Insert the second part of the extension tube (Fig.
6).
• Attheendoftherstextensiontubethereis
a lens (Fig. 5). Make sure it is free from dirt,
dust or other contaminants before to proceed
withtheassemblingofthesecondextension
tube.
2.7 Fully insert the second extension tube in
the right position. Using the provided Allen
wrench (small one) lock the xing screws
(1) to block the extension tube (Fig. 6).

2.8 Adjust the height of the multi-head holder. Loos-
en the base xing knob (1), unscrew the base (2)
in order to reach the desired height, then lock the
knob. (Fig. 7).
Make sure that each extension tube is perfectly
horizontal.
2.9 Insert the optical head (always matching the refer-
ence letters) and screw the black xing ring.
(Fig. 8).
2.10 Insert the binocular heads, matching the reference letters
(Fig. 9).
2.11 Insert the provided eyepieces (WF10X/20) into
binocular heads. (Fig. 10).

2.12 Repeat all these operations for all the
other observation points.
2.13 (only B-1000Ti-10) mount the second splitter
attachment over the pointer attachment, then
x the extension tube rotating the black ring
nut (always following the coupling catters):

2.14 (only B-1000Ti-10) repeat for the 5 back heads the same procedure of the front heads, always following
the coupling letters and numbers.

2.15 Install the trinocular head over the splitter, directly onto
the microscope body. (Fig. 14)

Descripción
A continuación le mostramos el proceso de montaje para los multi-cabezales de la serie B-1000Ti-2; B-
1000-Ti-3; B-1000Ti-5 y B-1000Ti-10. Las secuencias de montaje es idéntica para todos los sistemas.
El microscopio es un instrumento cientíco de precisión diseñado para una larga y duradera vida con un
mantenimiento mínimo. Está construido siguiendo los estándares ópticos, mecánicos y desarrollado para su
utilización y uso diario. Optika recuerda que el presente manual contiene información importante para trabajar
con el equipo de forma segura además de un correcto mantenimiento del instrumento. Aconsejamos que esté
disponible y accesible para cada usuario.
Optika declina toda responsabilidad derivada de la utilización del equipo y que no haya sido descrito en éste
manual.
Desembalaje y montaje
El sistema multi-discusión se suministra embalado dentro de una caja de poliestireno (Porexpan) moldeado.
Retire la cinta que rodea la caja y levante la tapa superior. Tenga cuidado que los elementos ópticos no se
caigan y dañen. Retire cada parte del equipo, los accesorios, y colóquelos sobre una mesa estable.
2.1 Instale el estativo del microscopio tal y como se indica en el manual de instrucciones especíco para
éste modelo. (B-1000)
2.2 Coloque el módulo divisor del sistema multidiscusión y apriete el tornillo de bloqueo en el lado derecho
del microscopio (g.1)
2.3 Para poder trabajar con el puntero, conecte el transformador de 5Vdc a la parte trasera del módulo di-
visor (g. 2). Utilice el mando de control de posición del puntero (1) o el mando de control de intensidad
de luz (2) para ayudarle a ajustar la posición y la intensidad del puntero.

2.4 Comenzar a colocar los tubos de conexión en
ambos lados del módulo divisor. Enrosque rme-
mente el anillo negro. (g. 3-4)
• Cadaconexiónestáidenticadaporunaletra
en ambos lados o terminales. Asegúrese que
las letras se correspondan para un correcto
ensamblaje del microscopio.
2.5 Repita el mismo procedimiento con el otro lado
del módulo divisor.
2.6 Inserte la segunda parte del tubo de extensión
(g. 6)
• Alnaldelprimertubodeextensiónhayuna
lente (g.5).Asegúrese de que está libre de
suciedad, polvo u otros contaminantes antes
de proceder con el montaje del segundo tubo
deextensión.
2.7 Inserte el segundo tubo de extensión en la
posición correcta utilizando la llave allen
suministrada (pequeña) para bloquear los
tornillos de jación (1) y asegurarse que el
tubo de extensión quede bien jado (g.6)

2.8 Ajuste la altura del soporte del multi-cabezal. Af-
loje el tornillo, tipo perilla, de jación de la base
(1), desenroscar la base (2) con el n de llegar a
la altura deseada, a continuación, volver a girar
el tornillo para jar la altura deseada. (Figura 7)
Asegúrese de que cada tubo de extensión esta
perfectamente en horizontal.
2.9 Inserte el cabezal óptico (siempre teniendo en
cuenta que coincidan las letras de los tubos para
una posición correcta) y el tornillo de jación de
aro negro. (gura 8)
2.10 Insertar los cabezales binoculares, teniendo en cuenta
que coincidan las letras de la base del cabezal (gura 9)
2.11 Introducir los oculares (WF10x/20) en los tubos
porta-oculares de los cabezales (gura 10)
