units (FRUs). FRUs are illustrated at the end of these publications.

To order a field replaceable unit (FRU), proceed as follows:
1. Find the appropriate FRU item number from the illustrations at the end of this publication.
2. From the FRU table on Page 5, match the FRU item number to the FRU part number.
3. Obtain the serial number of your printer (on the back of the printer).

EXPEDITE FEE POLICY
It is the policy of Output Technology to charge a $50 Expedite Fee for guaranteed same day shipment,
provided stock is available and confirming order is received via fax by 12:00pm, Pacific Time.
For confirming orders received after 12:00pm, Pacific Time, a $50 Expedite Fee will guarantee next day
shipment, provided stock is available.
