Elvärmaren ska monteras liggande enligt ritning, så att den alltid är helt vattenfylld.
Värmaren får aldrig startas eller vara påslagen utan att vara helt vattenfylld (brandrisk).
Om värmaren placeras mot brännbart material, skall en brandsäker skiva eller liknande placeras mellan värmare och vägg.
Skivan skall täcka 10 cm utanför värmarens yttre mått.
Värmaren får ej övertäckas.
Dosering av klor, syra eller liknande måste göras efter värmaren för att undvika korrosion.
Garantin gäller ej om värmaren har installerats felaktigt eller använts på oriktigt sätt.
OBS! Värmaren är i standardutförande ej avsedd att användas i aggressivt vatten, saltvatten eller i pooler med klormaskin/salt-
generator. I sådana sammanhang krävs Elvärmare Aqua HL line titan.
”Personer med begränsad fysisk eller mental förmåga (inkl barn) får inte använda apparaten utan instruktioner om hur den
används på ett säkert sätt”, enligt IEC 60335-1.

Installation rör
Värmaren skall installeras på returledningen till poolen EFTER ltret, se installationsritning.
Installera ej avstängningsventil mellan värmaren och poolen. Om ventil erfordras, installera en backventil.
Om placeringen av värmaren är sådan att frysrisk nns skall installationen vara så utförd att värmaren kan tömmas på allt vatten.
Elvärmarens utlopp får inte anslutas till någon annan kran eller koppling än vad kopplingsritningen anger.

Installation el
Den elektriska installationen får endast utföras av behörig elinstallatör.
Elinstallationen görs efter färdig rörinstallation.
Om externt motorskydd saknas måste anslutningarna plint P1 och P2 vara sammankopplade (byglade).
Finns motorskyddshjälprelä till cirkulationspump, skall detta kopplas in på plint P1 och P2, se bifogat elschema för respektive
spänning och antal faser. När motorskyddet är tillslaget skall den kretsen vara sluten, potentialfri växlande kontakt.
Kontrollera att anslutningsledningen ej kan komma i kontakt med elementets varma delar.

Start
1. Starta pumpen till poolvattencirkulationen.
Kontrollera att vattnet cirkulerar normalt i anläggningen innan strömmen till värmaren slås på.
Värmaren skall vara helt vattenfylld innan strömmen slås på.
2. Slå på strömmen till värmaren.
3. Ställ in önskad pooltemperatur.
4. Kontrollera ödesvakten genom att stänga av vattenödet genom värmaren med en avstängningsventil.
Kontaktorn skall då slå ifrån.
5. Sätt på vattnet igen. Kontaktorn skall nu slå på (efter 15 sekunder).
6. Värmaren värmer nu poolvattnet till önskad temperatur.
Temperaturinställning
Tryck en gång (på blå eller röd piltangent) - displayen börjar blinka och inställd temperatur visas.
Ändra den inställda temperaturen upp eller ned med piltangenterna till önskad pooltemperatur.
Röd = varmare, blå = kallare i steg om 0,5°C.
Efter avslutad tryckning återgår displayen till att visa den verkliga pooltemperaturen med fast sken.
Drift
För att värmaren skall fungera måste poolvattnet cirkulera.
Den gula dioden märkt ”Heating” lyser när värmaren arbetar och slocknar när rätt temperatur uppnåtts.
I displayen visas hela tiden vattnets nuvarande temperatur. Inställd temperatur kan ändras när som helst
vid behov (se Temperaturinställning).
För att se inställd temperatur: tryck en gång (visas blinkande).
Vid ev. strömavbrott behålls den inställda temperaturen i minnet.
OBS! Vid backspolning och rengöring av ltret skall
strömmen till värmaren alltid slås ifrån.
Felsökning
1. Kontrollera säkringarna.
2. Överhettningsskyddet kan ha löst ut:
-Tag bort skyddshuven, se bild bredvid.
-Tryck in återställningsknappen på kopplingsboxen.
-Sätt på skyddet igen.
3. Kontrollera ödet.
Flödesvakten i värmaren är avsedd för minimiöde 90 liter/minut.
4. Ställ om termostaten till en högre temperatur.

The electric heater must be installed horizontally as shown on the drawing, so that it is always full of water. The heater must
never be started or left switched on unless it is completely full of water (re risk).
If the heater is positioned against combustible material, a reproof panel or similar must be placed between the heater and
the wall.
The panel must extend 10 cm outside the outer dimensions of the heater.
Do not cover the heater.
Dosage of chlorine, acid or similar, must be done after the heater to avoid corrosion.
The warranty is void if the heater has been incorrectly installed or used.
Important! The standard heater must not be used in aggressive water, salt water or for pools with a chlorinator/salt generator.
In such circumstances an Electric heater Aqua HL line titanium is required.
“Persons with limited physical or mental capacity (including children) must not use the device without instructions on how to use
it safely”, according to IEC 60335-1.

Pipe installation
The heater must be installed in the return line to the pool AFTER the lter; see the installation drawing.
Do not install a shut-off valve between the heater and the pool. If a valve is required, install a check valve. If there is a risk of
freezing where the heater is located, the installation must allow all water to be drained from the heater.
The outlet of the electric heater must not be connected to any tap or coupling other than in accordance with the installation
drawing.

Electrical Installation
The electrical installation work must only be performed by a qualied electrician.
The plumbing installation must be complete before the electrical installation work is done.
If no external motor protector is present, connection blocks P1 and P2 must be connected together (strapped).
If the circulation pump is tted with a protective motor auxiliary relay, this must be connected to connection blocks P1 and P2;
refer to the schematic diagram for the respective voltage and number of phases. When the motor protector is engaged,
the circuit shall be closed with a oating-voltage change-over contact.
Make sure that the connecting wire cannot come into contact with the hot parts of the element.

Starting
1. Start the pool water circulation pump.
Check that the water is circulating normally in the installation before switching on the heater. The heater must be completely
full of water before the power is switched on.
2. Switch on the power to the heater.
3. Set the desired pool temperature.
4. Check the ow switch by turning off the ow of water through the heater with a shut-off valve. The contactor should trip.
5. Turn on the water. The contactor should now close (after 15 sec.).
6. The heater will now heat the pool water to the desired temperature.
Setting the temperature
Press once (on the blue or red arrow key) - the display starts to ash and the set temperature is displayed.
Change the temperature up and down with the arrow keys until the required temperature is set.
Red = warmer, blue = colder in steps of 0,5°C.
After the setting is completed, the display will return to showing the actual pool temperature with
a xed light.
Operation
For the heater to work, the pool water must be circulating.
The yellow LED marked “Heating” is lit when the heater is working and goes out when the correct temperature has been reached.
The display constantly shows the current temperature of the water. The set temperature can be changed at any time (see Setting
the temperature). To see the set temperature, press once
(the display ashes). NOTE: The set temperature is retained in the
memory after a power failure.
NOTE: Always switch off the power to the heater before
backwashing and before cleaning the lter.
Trouble shooting
If the heater does not start:
1. Check the fuses
2. The overheating protection may have tripped:
-Losen the protective cap, see g beside.
-Press the reset button on the connection box.
-Put the cap back.
3. Check the ow rate. The ow switch in the heater is designed
for a minimum ow of 90 litres/min.
4. Set the thermostat to a higher temperature.

E2 = pool sensor
E7 = control circuit contactor, overheating limit control

Der Elektroheizer muss entsprechend der Zeichnung liegend eingebaut werden, sodass er ständig ganz mit Wasser gefüllt ist.
Der Heizer darf nie gestartet oder eingeschaltet sein, ohne dass er vollständig mit Wasser gefüllt ist (Brandgefahr).
Wird der Heizer gegen brennbares Material montiert, muss eine feuersichere Platte oder dergleichen zwischen Heizer und
Wand eingebaut werden. Diese Platte muss einen Bereich abdecken, der 10 cm über die äußeren Abmessungen des Heizers
hinausreicht.
Der Heizer darf nie abgedeckt werden.
Um Korrosion zu vermeiden, muss die Zugabe von Chlor, Säuren oder ähnlichen chemischen Zusätzen in Durchussrichtung
hinter dem Elektroheizer erfolgen.
Diese Garantie verliert ihre Gültigkeit, wenn der Heizer falsch montiert oder nicht ordnungsgemäß verwendet wird.
Wichtig! Der Elektroheizer Aqua HL line Standard ist nicht für den Einsatz aggressives Wasser, Salzwasser oder in Pools mit
Chlor-maschine/Salzgenerator geeignet. Bei diesen Verhältnissen wird einen Elektroheizer Aqua HL line Titan erfordert.
„Personen mit begrenztem physischen oder psychischen Vermögen (einschl. Kinder) dürfen das Gerät nicht ohne Anleitung
für die ordnungsgemäße Handhabung benutzen“, so IEC 60335-1.

Rohrinstallation
Der Heizer muss an der Rücklaueitung zum Pool NACH dem Filter eingebaut werden, siehe Einbauzeichnung.
Kein Abschaltventil zwischen Heizer und Pool einbauen. Wird ein Ventil benötigt, ist eine Rückschlagklappe zu montieren.
Wenn der Heizer so eingebaut wird, dass Einfriergefahr besteht, muss der Einbau immer so erfolgen, dass man das gesamte
Wasser aus dem Heizer ablassen kann.
Der Ablauf des Elektroheizers darf nie an einen anderen Hahn oder einen anderen Anschluss angeschlossen werden, als was
die Anschlusszeichnung angibt.

Einbau Elektrizität
Die elektrische Installation ist ausschließlich durch eine anerkannte Elektrofachkraft durchzuführen.
Die elektrische Installation wird nach erfolgter Rohrinstallation durchgeführt.
Wenn ein externer Motorschutz fehlt, sind die Anschlüsse der Klemmen P1 und P2 zusammenzuschalten (verbrückt).
Ist ein Motorschutzhilfsrelais für die Umwälzpumpe vorhanden, ist dieses an die Klemmen P1 und P2 anzuschließen, siehe
beigefügten Schaltplan für die entsprechende Spannung und Anzahl Phasen. Wenn der Motorschutz eingeschaltet ist, muss der
Stromkreis geschlossen sein und die Umschaltung über einen potenzialfreien Kontakt erfolgen.
Sicherstellen, dass das Verbindungskabel nicht mit heißen Teilen des Elements in Kontakt kommen kann.

Start
1. Die Pumpe zur Pool-Wasserzirkulation starten.
Überprüfen, dass das Wasser normal in der Anlage zirkuliert, bevor die Heizung eingeschaltet wird. Der Heizer muss ganz
mit Wasser gefüllt sein, bevor der Strom eingeschaltet wird.
2. Strom zum Heizer einschalten.
3. Gewünschte Pooltemperatur einstellen.
4. Den Durchusswächter überprüfen, indem der Wasserdurchuss durch den Heizer mit einem Absperrventil geschlossen wird.
Der Kontaktor muss sich danach abschalten.
5. Wasser wieder einschalten. Der Kontaktor muss jetzt wieder einschalten (nach 15 Sek.).
6. Der Heizer erwärmt nun das Poolwasser auf die gewünschte Temperatur.
Temperatureinstellung
Einmal drücken (auf blaue oder rote Pfeiltaste) – Display beginnt zu blinken und eingestellt Temperatur wird
jetzt angezeigt.
Temperatur mit den Pfeiltasten auf die gewünschte Pooltemperatur verstellen. Rot = wärmer,
blau = kälter, Schritt mit 0,5°C
Nach beendeter Tastenbetätigung schaltet das Display auf die Anzeige der aktuellen Pooltemperatur
zurück, die dann fest aueuchtet.
Betrieb
Damit der Heizer funktionieren kann, muss das Poolwasser zirkulieren.
Die gelbe Diode mit der Kennzeichnung “Heating” leuchtet, während der Heizer arbeitet und erlischt, nachdem die richtige Temperatur
erreicht ist.
Im Display wird konsequent die aktuelle Temperatur des Wassers angezeigt. Die eingestellte Temperatur lässt sich jederzeit ändern
(siehe Temperatureinstellung).
Um die eingestellte Temperatur aufzurufen: Einmal drücken (blinkende Anzeige). Bei einer eventuellen Unterbrechung der Strom-
versorgung bleibt die eingestellte Temperatur gespeichert.
HINWEIS! Beim Rückspülen und Reinigen des Filters muss der
Strom zum Heizer immer abgeschaltet sein.
Fehlersuche
Wenn der Heizer nicht startet:
1. Die Sicherungen überprüfen.
2. Der Überhitzungsschutz kann ausgelöst haben.
-Den schwarzen Schutz wegnehmen.
-Die Rückstelltaste an der Anschlussdose eindrücken.
-Den Schutz wieder aufsetzen.
3. Durchuss überprüfen. Der Durchusswächter im Heizer ist bis
zu einem Mindestdurchuss von 90 Liter/min ausgelegt.
4. Den Thermostat auf eine höhere Temperatur einstellen.

Электронагреватель монтируется в горизонтальном положении, как это показано на схеме, так чтобы он всегда был
заполнен водой.
Нагреватель нельзя активировать или допускать, чтобы он работал, если он полностью не заполнен водой (риск сгорания).
Если нагреватель устанавливается возле огнеопасного материала, то необходимо разместить огнеупорную плиту или

Плита должна отстоять не менее чем на 10 см от корпуса самого нагревателя.
Нагреватель нельзя накрывать.
Гарантия не действует, если нагреватель был установлен или использовался неверно.
Во избежание коррозии дозировка хлора, кислоты или т.п. реактивов должна осуществляться в системе бассейна
после нагревателя.
Внимание! Нельзя использовать этот нагреватель в агрессивной воде, солёной воде и в бассейнах, где применяется
солевой хлоратор.
В таких случаях нужно использовать титановый электронагреватель Aqua HL line Tитaн.
Согласно IEC 60335-1 «Лицам с ограниченными физическими и умственными способностями, а также детям,
нельзя пользоваться аппаратом без соответствующих инструкций о его безопасном использовании».

Трубная проводка
Нагреватель следует устанавливать на обратной трубе к бассейну ПОСЛЕ фильтра, см. схему. Нельзя устанавливать
запорный клапан между нагревателем и бассейном. Если клапан необходим, установите обратный клапан.
При работе в климатических условиях с минусовыми температурами, нагреватель должен устанавливаться таким образом,
чтобы из него можно было слить воду.
Нельзя подключать выход электронагревателя к какому-нибудь крану или подключению, которые не указаны в схеме
подключения.

Подключение к электросети
Подключение к электросети должно осуществляться только квалифицированным специалистом.
Электрическая инсталляция производится только после полностью выполненной трубной проводки. Если защитное
реле мотора отсутствует, то контакты Р1 и Р2 должны быть замкнуты (соединены перемычкой).
Если циркуляционный насос имеет защитное реле, то оно должно быть подключено к контактам Р1 и Р2, см.
прилагаемую электросхему для соответствующего напряжения и количества фаз. При включенном защитном реле
мотора цепь будет замкнута.
Проконтролируйте, чтобы подключаемые провода не соприкасались с теплыми частями нагревателя.

Порядок работы
1. Запустите насос, чтобы вода в бассейне начала циркулировать. Прежде чем включить нагреватель, проверьте
нормально ли циркулирует вода в бассейне. Нагреватель должен быть полностью заполнен водой, прежде чем будет
подключено электричество.
2. Включите нагреватель.
3. Установите желаемую температуру бассейна.
4. Проверьте работу реле потока перекрыв поток воды, идущий через нагреватель, с помощью запорного клапана.
В этом случае контактор должен обесточиться.
5. Включите опять воду. Контактор теперь должен подключиться. в течение 15 секунд.
6. Сейчас нагреватель нагревает воду до желаемой температуры.
Выбор температуры
Нажмите один раз (на синий или красный треугольник) – дисплей начнёт мигать, при этом
высвечивается´установленная температура.
Вы можете изменять желаемую температуру нажатием на один из треугольников.
Красный – теплее, синий – холоднее на 0,5 °С.
По окончании регулировки на дисплее высветится актуальная температура воды бассейна.
Эксплуатация
Для работы нагревателя необходима постоянная циркуляция воды в бассейне.
жёлтый диод с отметкой ”Heating”(подогрев) загорается, когда нагреватель работает и выключается, когда заданная
температура достигнута.
На дисплее всегда отражается актуальная температура в данный момент. При необходимости можно в любое время
изменить
заданную температуру (см. Выбор температуры) . Чтобы увидеть заданную температуру - нажмите один раз (показание
замигает).
При случайном отключении электричества заданная температура
сохраняется в памяти.
Внимание! При обратной промывке и очистке фильтра
подаваемое на нагреватель напряжение должно быть
выключено.
Поиск неисправности.
Если нагреватель не запускается:
1. Проверьте предохранители.
2. Сработало реле защиты от перегрева:
-Подденьте защитную крышку инструментом
-Нажмите на кнопку перезагрузки в соединительной коробке
-Установите обратно защитную крышку
3. Проверьте поток. Реле потока предусмотрено для работы при минимальном потоке 90 л/мин.
4. Переустановите термостат на более высокую температуру.

E7 = контур управления контакторами/защитой от перегрева

Le réchauffeur électrique doit être monté conformément au schéma, de façon à ce qu’il soit toujours entièrement rempli d’eau.
Le réchauffeur ne doit jamais être démarré ou être en service sans être entièrement rempli d’eau (risques d’incendie).
Si le réchauffeur doit être installé contre un matériau combustible, une plaque ignifuge ou similaire doit être placée entre le
réchauffeur et la paroi. La plaque doit couvrir 10 cm tout autour du réchauffeur.
Le réchauffeur ne doit pas être recouvert.
Le dosage de chlore, d’acide ou similaire doit être effectué après le réchauffeur pour éviter tout risque de corrosion.
La garantie perd sa validité si le réchauffeur est installé ou utilisé incorrectement.
Important Le réchauffeur de standard ne doit pas être utilisé dans de l’eau agressive, l’eau salée, ni dans des piscines qui uti-
lisent un chlorinateur/générateur de sel. Dans une telle circonstance, un réchauffeur électrique “Aqua HL titane” est nécessaire.
« Les personnes ayant des capacités mentales ou physiques limitées (les enfants inclus) ne sont pas autorisées à utiliser
l’appareil sans avoir reçu des instructions sur comment l’utiliser de façon sûre », conformément à IEC 60335-1.

Installation de la tuyauterie
Le réchauffeur doit être installé sur le conduit de retour à la piscine APRÈS le ltre, voir le schéma d’installation.
N’installez pas de vanne de fermeture entre le réchauffeur et la piscine. Si une vanne est nécessaire, installez une vanne
antiretour.
Si l’emplacement du réchauffeur comporte des risques de gel, l’installation doit être effectuée de façon à ce que le réchauffeur
puisse être entièrement vidé.
La sortie du réchauffeur électrique ne doit pas être branchée à un robinet ou un raccord autre que ce qui est indiqué sur le
schéma de branchement.

Installation électrique
L’installation électrique doit uniquement être réalisée par un électricien professionnel.
L’installation électrique s’effectue après l’installation des tuyaux.
En l’absence de protection externe du moteur, les bornes de raccordement P1 et P2 doivent être raccordées ensemble (armature) .
Si un relais auxiliaire de protection du moteur est présent sur la pompe de circulation, celui-ci doit être relié aux bornes P1 et P2,
se référer au schéma électrique joint pour la tension et le nombre de phases. Lorsque la protection du moteur est rabattue,
le circuit doit être fermé et le contact de commutation libre de potentiel.
Contrôlez que les raccords ne peuvent entrer en contact avec les parties chaudes du radiateur.
