STEP 1: Loosely attach BoTroMTIER (3) between the UPRIGHTFRAMES(1) using fi)ur 1/2
BOLTS(4) four 1/2" WASHERS(5), and four 1/2" LOCKNUTS(6) as showr~ in figure
(NOTE: BoTroM TIER (3) is wider than TOP TrER (2).

STEP2: Loosely attach TOPTIER(2) between the UPRIGHTFRAMES(1) using lobar 1/2
BOLTS(4), four 1/2" WASHERS(5), and four 1/2" LOCKNUTS(6) as shc,wn in figure
(NOTE:BOTTOMTIER (3) is wider than TOPTIER (2).
