200 Series Checkball Kit

Information:
200 Series checkballs are
made with a high-performance
fluorocarbon (FKM) material that
offers outstanding chemical
and heat resistance properties,
compression set, and compatibility
with petroleum based oils, fuels,
and biodiesels.

The engine should be off and cool
to the touch.
In a counter-clockwise rotation,1.
remove the checkball cap and
set aside.
Remove existing checkball and2.
discard properly.
Place new checkball in port.3.
Lubricate o-ring on checkball4.
cap with motor oil or clean fuel.
Thread checkball cap into5.
mounting head in a clockwise
rotation. Tighten firmly - do not
over tighten.
Start engine and check for leaks.6.
Correct as necessary with
engine off.

impaired by external forces.
