1. Introduction：
pecron S400 is a functional outdoor portable power station,it has safe Lithium-ion
battery and invertor conversion technology,with light weight,high capacity,high
power function,to provide portable power solutions,its battery capacity is
10.8V35.7Ah,its main function is as below:
♦230V50Hz or 110V60Hz pure sine wave output
♦9~12.6V8A DC output,5V2A-USB port
♦Cigar port output 9~12.6V8A
♦LED Emergency Light
♦Battery capacity display screen
♦Support solar charging,car charging(solar cable and car charging cable is
optional)
S400 can be used in series smart products,such as mobile phones,satellite
telephone,digital camera,mobile driver,digital camera,tablet,car start,outdoor
illumination,water pump,post and telecommunications,medical device,and it also
can use in these area:financial,first aid,dig,exploration,military, science, media,
tourism, disaster relief, medical assistance and areas with widespread power
shortages.

2. Panel Function Description
①DC Cigar Port:Provide power supply to 12V appliance,output voltage is
9~12.6V,Continuous output current is 8 amps, maximum output current is 15A
②USB 5V Port:supply power with 5V and max current of 2A.
③Smart Display:showing the battery capacity, percentage,power and time of
charging and discharging
④USB Output/Power switch:Press this button to view the remaining power of
the power unit. At the same time, the display will turn on, as same as the USB
output.If need to turn off it, please press it again.
⑤DC Charging Input:Supply power to appliances with DC port by
13~30V7A(MAX).Support car charging,solar charging,DC5521 connector,max
power 90W.
⑥DC 5525 Outlet:Supply power the DC appliance 9~12.6V8A（MAX 15A）

⑦AC Socket:After the AC switch turn on,the AC output will work,output voltage is
230V or 110V
⑧AC Switch:Turn on the AC switch,the AC output works,turn of AC switch,AC
output stop working.
⑨LED Light
⑩LED switch:Press the switch,LED light on.

6. Operating Instructions And Precautions
To make sure safety transportation,when you receive the power station,the
power station is under low capacity status,please charge the power station to full
capacity before you use.
If you need to full charge the power station,please use our standard power
adapter for S400,or use 18V solar panel to charge it.
During charging, the battery remaining display screen will on. When the power
supply is fully charged, the display will off, and the S400 power supply is fully
charged.
When using solar panel to charge,S400 accept 13-30V solar panel to charge
it,to make sure charging efficiency,please use 18V solar pane to charge it,solar
panel power should be 100~250W,open circuit voltage lower than 30V.
To make sure charging safety,please use our standard original charger,when
PECRON-S400 full charged,the charger will stop working automatically,and the
display will off.
6.1 How To Use AC
S400 is a power station which with rated power 400W,220V50HZ/110V60HZ
pure sine wave output.Please note the following before using:
(1)Please make sure the input voltage and frequency is same as S400
(2)Please make sure the appliance rated power is lower than 400W.
* If you violate these,the charger may damage or out of work.
* If your appliance power higher than 400W,please choose other higher
power portable power station.
Remark：Because when some appliances turn on,its consumption power is
higher than the rated power,such as sensitive load device start up current normally
is 3-8 times than its rated power,Energy-saving lamps start up power is dozens of
times than its rated power,if their start up power is higher than the emergency
power station’s peak power,it will trigger the over load protection,and shut down
the power station.The S400 is with over load,short circuit,over temperature
protection.
(3)When the following happens,S400 will stop output to protect the appliance:

① When the appliance load power is higher than the power station rated
power.
② AC output or appliance circuit
③ The internal temperature of power station is too high
④The internal battery voltage is too low
6.2 How To Operate
Step 1:Turn on the AC switch,battery remaining capacity display will turn on
automatically,and shows the remaining capacity.
Step 2:Check the load input voltage and frequency.
Step 3:Check the load power,make sure it won’t over S400 rated power
Step 4:Connect the appliance to the AC socket,turn on the AC switch
Step 5:After use the power station,please turn off the AC switch to shut down the
output.
Step6:If the power station capacity use off or the remaining capacity is too
low,please recharge S400 for your next use.
(Note:When you stop using the power station,please turn off the AC switch.If
not,the S400 will be in a high-energy self-consumption mode, consuming the
stored power of the power supply. )
6.3 How To Charge
S400 rated power is 400W,battery capacity is 10.8V/35.7AH,we can use the
follow charging types to charge the battery.

(1)Use our standard power adapter,when we start to charge,we need to use the
power cord to connect with the adapter,and the adapter another side will connect to the
power station input charging port,then plug to the grid.
(2)Use our car charging cable,when you use car charging,after you start up the car,and
then just insert the cigar connector to the car cigar port,the other side connect to the
power station input port.When the car is not on start up status,please don’t use car
charge.
(3)Solar charging,when you use solar panel to charge the power station,please use the
solar cable to connect the solar panel,and the other side connect to the power station
input port.(Please make sure solar panel max voltage not over 30V,Min voltage not lower
than 13V.)
Note：
①Our S400 standard power adapter only use in our S400,please don’t use in other
device and keep away from rain.
②When the portable power is left unused for a long time, the battery will run out. Please
make sure to charge it every six months.
6.4 How To Use DC 12V and USB
=> DC 12V,rated current 8A.overload current 15A，please make
sure the connector can bear big current when you use big current,to prevent the
connector temperature too high to damage the power station.

10.After Sales Service
All pecron portable power station warranty time is 12 month since the sales date.
During the warranty period, our company will be responsible for the defects on material
and process, we will change the damaged parts after receiving them back or maintain the
product for free once our technicians inspect that the breakdown occurs normally;But we
are not responsible for the following situations even though it’s during warranty period:
• Take apart the product
• Damage on surface coating and appearance.
• Breakdown due to wrong installation, packing and usage. Customers should do this
according to the manual instruction.
•Breakdown or damage caused by accident, man-made and environment( misoperation,
crash, unsuitable voltage, damp and etc.)
•Breakdown or damage caused by natural hazard beyond control( earthquake, fire,
tsunami and etc.)
•Maintenance is not including package and products accessories;
•We will offer paid service once warranty period is over.
