CÓMO CONECTAR EL CABLE DE ALIMENTACIÓN.
1. Asegúrese que el FLEXILIGHT LED que va a ser manipulado no esté conec-
tado a ninguna fuente de alimentación
2. Inserte el conector con el pin macho en el FLEXILIGHT LED en su posición
correcta.
3. Sitúe el termorretráctil sobre el FLEXILIGHT LED.
4. Inserte el otro FLEXILIGHT LED en el conector. Asegúrese que el conector
ha quedado jado en la posición correcta dentro del FLEXILIGHT LED.
5. Una vez bien jados ambos hilos, aplique calor si ha usado un termorre-
tractil con silicona interna.
6. Los conectores y las juntas sólo pueden aguantar un límite de presión.
CONEXIÓN DEL CONECTOR SENCILLO ENTRE FLEXILIGHT
1. Corte un tramo de 7cm de termorretractil, como mínimo, y sitúelo en uno
de los hilos.
2. Inserte los pins del conector sencillo dentro de los cables de FLEXILIGHT
LED.
3. Centre el termorretractil con el conector sencillo y aplique calor hasta
que quede perfectamente sellado.

SUMARIO
El FLEXILIGHT LED es una nueva serie de productos para un diseño profesional.
Puede decorar tanto interiores, como exteriores de edicios, señalar algo que
sea preciso, alrededores de un sitio determinado, realizar algún tipo de signo
o iluminar ventanas, portales, escaleras, trailers, coches... Ello dependerá de
la imaginación de cada uno.
ATENCIÓN: Evite realizar instalaciones inapropiadas y/o que se encuentren
dañadas, y por favor, lea muy atentamente el siguiente manual de instruc-
ciones para realizar una instalación segura.
El producto se serve con cable de alimentación y una tapa nal. El resto de
accesorios que se deseen utilizar se venderán aparte, tales como termorre-
tráctiles, bridas, canaletas,...
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
CORTE DE FLEXILIGHT LED
1. Corte el cable únicamente por la marca de corte señalada.
2. Para evitar posibles corto circuitos, asegúrese que el corte de los cables
se ha realizado limpiamente. Doble el FLEXILIGHT LED de izquierda a derecha
y a continuación, corte el cable de cobre que sobresalga.
3. Cubra el nal del FLEXILIGHT LED con una tapa nal (incluida), séllelo
con silicona y átelo con una brida (no incluida) para su aislamiento. El otro
extremo del FLEXILIGHT LED puede unirse al cable de alimentación (incluido).
El cual debe sellarse también para obtener la estanqueidad adecuada.

INSTALACIÓN (ACCESORIOS NO INCLUIDOS):
1. BRIDA
• Fabrique el molde con un cable o barra de acero de acuerdo a su
diseño.
• Utilice las bridas para asegurar el FLEXILIGHT LED dentro del cable.
• Es bueno para hacer trabajos de arte o iluminación de edicios.
2. RED DE ACERO
• Haga primero el diseño sobre papel a tamaño real.
• Sitúe la red de acero sobre el diseño, je el FLEXILIGHT LED en la red con
bridas de acuerdo a su dibujo.
• Ideal para realizar trabajos artísticos.
3. CLIP DE FIJACIÓN
• Fije el clip de jación con cuerdas en supercies de madera, con pega-
mento o con cinta adhesiva de doble cara, de acuerdo a su diseño.
• Para realizar guras rectangulares o cuadradas, utilice el clip de jación
adecuado y fíjelo con cuerdas.
• Puede utilizarlo sobre supercies de madera, metal... es perfecto para
grandes proyectos de iluminación.
4. CANALETA
• Fije el canal sobre una supercie de cristal con la tapa de doble cara, o
átelo sobre supercies de madera.
• Presione el FLEXILIGHT LED en el canal.
• Ideal para decoración en línea recta.
5. VENTOSAS
• Fije las ventosas sobre la supercie de cristal o metal con pegamento.
• Utilice bridas para jar el FLEXILIGHT LED a la ventosa.
• Apropiado para ser aplicado sobre supercies de cristal o metal.

PRECAUCIONES
• No use nunca este producto en contacto con agua o con las manos
húmedas.
• Nunca coloque o utilice este producto cerca de fuentes de calor(p.e.
calefactores).
• No conectar este producto mientras se encuentre enrollado, ya que a
través de desarrollo de calor se puede producir fuego.
• Use este producto solamente con suciente ventilación y refrigeración.
• Si usa este producto en el exterior, debe usar como toma de corriente
una base estanca IPX4 (uso exterior)
• si utiliza este producto en el exterior, use siempre un interruptor de
protección de fallo de corriente (FI-30mA) entre el cable de alimentación
(220-240V) y el producto.
• Proteja todos los cables contra posibles daños.
• Las lámparas no son intercambiables.
• No golpee este producto con un martillo u otras herramientas, ya que
podría dañar las bombillas.
• Si el producto es montado para colgar libremente, debe ser ajustado a
un cable de acero y conectado a él cada 10cm.
• Si el FLEXILIGHT LED se utiliza en instalaciones permanentes,tenga en
cuenta que irá perdiendo rendimiento progresivamente en colores blancos
y azules tras muchas horas de uso.
CONEXIÓN A LA FUENTE DE ALIMENTACIÓN
• No conecte el FLEXILIGHT LED a la fuente de alimentación hasta que la
instalación o la modicación haya sido completada.
• No conecte el FLEXILIGHT LED a la fuente de alimentación hasta que la
tapa nal haya sido jada con seguridad en el extremo del FLEXILIGHT LED.
• No conectar la guirnalda a la alimentación mientras se encuentre en su
embalaje, a menos que el embalaje se haya previsto con nes de exhibi-
ción.
• Asegúrese de que la fuente de alimentación no sea de un mayor voltaje
que el FLEXILIGHT LED.
• Se recomienda utilizar un enchufe / adaptador con fusible para evitar
daños por sobrecarga.
CONEXIÓN
• Sólo se puede conectar entre si FLEXILIGHT LED con el mismo voltaje.
• Cuando vaya a realizar las conexiones entre piezas de FLEXILIGHT LED, o
FLEXILIGHT LED con el cable de corriente, asegúrese de que ambas partes
quedan lo más ajustadas posible.
• Las patillas del conector y el hilo de cobre del FLEXILIGHT LED.
• El conector macho y el conector hembra.
• La longitud total del FLEXILIGHT LED no debería sobrepasar la potencia
máxima de carga. (Véase la tabla con los parámetros)
• Se recomienda sellar todos los conectores con silicona neutra adhesiva
para evitar la entrada de humedad en el FLEXILIGHT LED.
CORTE
• Corte el FLEXILIGHT LED exclusivamente donde hay marcas para ello.
• Para evitar posibles corto circuitos, asegúrese que el hilo de cobre está
cortado limpiamente.
USO
• Caliente el FLEXILIGHT LED conectándolo a la red antes de dar forma al
diseño. Desenchúfelo mientras esté aplicando la forma deseada.
• No utilice cable de metal que pueda ser conductor para atar el FLEXI-
LIGHT LED.
• Asegúrese de que el FLEXILIGHT LED no entra en contacto con cualquier
material inamable o que pueda derretirse.
• Asegúrese que existe una ventilación adecuada alrededor del FLEXILIGHT
LED, no envuelva o instale el FLEXILIGHT LED en un lugar cerrado.
• No sumerja el FLEXILIGHT LED en el agua.
• Una vez planicada la instalación, se recomienda que personal cualica-
do lo revise.
• Deseche el producto en un lugar adecuado para ello.
SU FLEXILIGHT LED LED FUNCIONA MEJOR SI:
• No lo expone directamente a la luz solar. La luz UV emitida por el sol
destruye la cobertura PVC de su FLEXILIGHT LED.
• Si es operado con abastecimiento de corriente estable. Cambios de
voltaje dañan o acortan la vida útil del FLEXILIGHT LED led.
• Es utilizado en un ambiente qúimico neutral. Ácidos fuertes, alcalinos,
radioactivos, etc...Dañan la cobertura PVC.

Localice el tramo de hilo a reparar
y elimínelo.

Corte un tramo de hilo nuevo y selle
los oricios internos de ambos extre-
mos con 2 o 3cm de silicona.

Inserte un conector introduciendo
las patillas metálicas a través de los
oricios de los cables metálicos del
interior del hilo.

ASEGÚRESE DE QUE LA POLARIDAD
Y EL SENTIDO DE LA CORRIENTE SON
LOS CORRECTOS.

Introduzca el termorretráctil por uno
de los extremos del hilo para su pos-
terior sellado.

Proceda a unir los dos extremos del
hilo mediante el conector rellenan-
do el oricio con 2cm de silicona.
Una vez unidos los dos extremos
aplique y extienda silicona sobre la
unión y parte del hilo.

Coloque el termorretráctil sobre la
junta de los dos tramos de hilo.

Selle la junta calentando el termo-
rretráctil.

Repita este proceso en los extremos
de los tramos a sustituir colocando
un tapón para rematar los tramos
nales del hilo. No olvide rellenar los
oricos con silicona.

del motivo.

CAP) IN ORDER TO BE SURE THAT THE MATERIAL HAS
THE PERFECT TIGHTNESS.

AND KEEP THEM IN A SAFE PLACE.

HOW TO CONNECT THE POWER CABLE
1. Make sure that the luminous thread, which is going to be manipulated, is
not connected to any power supplier.
2. Enter the connector with the pin male in the luminous thread in its right
position.
3. Place the heat shrink tube over the luminous thread.
4. Enter the other luminous thread in the connector, Make sure that the
connector has xed in the right position inside the luminous thread.
5. Once both of there are right xed, apply some heat if you had used a
shrink tube with silicone.
6. The connectors and the joints cope with a limit of pressure.
CONNECTION WITH THE SIMPLE CONNECTOR BETWEEN
FLEXILIGHT
1. Cut a 7cm section from the heat shrink tube, at least, and place it in one
of the thread.
2. Enter the pins of the simple connector inside the cable of the luminous
thread.
3. Centre the heat shrink tube with the simple connector and apply heat
until it remains completely sealed.

SUMMARY
FLEXILIGHT LED is a new serie of product for a professional design.
You can decorate both indoors and outdoors from the buildings, highlighting
something, surroundings from a specied place, making a kind of symbol or
lighting windows, entrances, stairs, trailers, cars, etc. It all depends on the ima-
gination of each one.
WARNING: Avoid making inappropriate installations as well these ones which
are damaged, and please, we invite you to read carefully the following ins-
tructions manual to do a safe installation.
The product is supplied with power cable and end cap. The rest of accessories
are sold separately, for instance, heat shrink tubes, anges, cable conduit, etc
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ITS USE.
THE CUT OF THE LUMINOUS THREAD
1. Cut only the cable along the crops marks indicated.
2. To avoid possible short-circuits, make sure that the cut of the cables has
been done cleanly- Bend the luminous thread from the left to the right and,
after that, cut the copper cable which edges.
3. Cover the end of the luminous thread with a end cap which is included,
seal it with silicone, tie it with a ange (no included) for its totally insulation.
The other extreme of the luminous thread can be linked by a power cable
(included), which has been also sealed to get the perfect tightness.

INSTALLATION (ACCESSORIES NO INCLUDED):
1. FLANGE
• Manufacture the mould with the iron cable or bar according to its
design.
• Use the anges to secure the luminous thread inside the cable.
• It is perfect for Artwork and lighting of buildings.
2. STEEL MESH
• Firstly make the design in its current size on paper.
• Place the steel mesh over the design, x the luminous thread on the mesh
with anges according to its drawing.
• It is perfect for Artwork.
3. FIXING CLIP
• Set the xing clip with ropes in wooden surfaces, with glue or double-
face adhesive tape, according to its design.
• To make square or rectangular gures, use the appropriate xing clip
and set it with ropes.
• You can use it on wood surfaces, metal, etc It is perfect for great lighting
proyects.
4. CABLE CONDUIT
• Set the cable conduit on a glass surface with the double-face cap or tie
it on wood surfaces.
• Push the luminous thread in the conduit.
• It is perfect for right-line decoration.
5. SUCTION PADS
• Fix the suction pads on the glass surface or metal with glue.
• Use the anges to x the luminous thread to the suction pad.
• It is suitable to glass or metal surfaces.

CAUTIONS
• No use this product in contact with water or with wet hands.
• Never place or use this product close to heat sources (for instance:
heating).
• No connect this product while it remains rolled, it might set re.
• Use only this product with enough ventilation and refrigeration.
• If you use this product outdoors, you must use as electrical outlet a IPX4
tigh-base.
• If you use this product outdoors, you must always use a Power Failure
Protection Switch (FI-30mA) between the Power Supplier (220-240V) and the
product.
• Protect all the cables against potential damages.
• The lamps are not exchangable.
• Under no circumstances should you beat this product with a hammer, it
might damage the lamps.
• If the product is mounted to hang freely, it must be adjusted to a steel
cable and be connected to it every 10 cm.
• If the luminous thread is going to use in permanent installations, you have
to take into account that it will lose progressively performance in white and
blue colors after many continuous hours.
CONNECTION TO THE POWER SUPPLIER
• Do not connect the luminous thread to the power supplier until the insta-
llation or the modication has been completed.
• Do not connect the luminous thread to the power supplier until the end
cap has been xed with security to the edge of the luminous thread.
• Do not connect the garland to the power supplier while it is in its packa-
ge, unless the package has a decorative meaning.
• Make sure that the power supplier has not a higher voltage that the
luminous thread.
• It is recommended to use plug/ adapter with fuse in order to avoid any
damages from overload.
CONNECTION.
• Only can be connect between them those luminous thread with the
same voltage.
• When it is going to make connections between pieces from the luminous
thread, o the luminous thread with the power cord, make sure that both
parts keep the narrowest as possible.
• The connector pins and the copper wire of the luminous thread.
• The male and female connector.
• The length of the luminous thread has not to overcome the maximum
power load (Look the chart with the parametres)
• It is recommended to seal all the connectors with neutral adhesive silico-
ne in order to avoid the entry of moisture in the luminous thread.
THE CUT
• Cut the luminous thread exclusively along the crops marks.
• To avoid possible short-circuits, make sure that the copper wire is cut
clearly.
USE
• Warn the luminous thread by connecting it to the network before giving
shape to the design. Unplug it while you are applying the shape desired.
• Do not use the metal cable, which can be conductive, to tie the luminous
thread.
• Make sure that the luminous thread does not make contact with any
ammable material or that can be melting.
• Ensure that there is an appropriate ventilation around the luminous
thread, do not cover or install the luminous thread in an enclosed area.
• Do not dip the luminous thread under the water.
• Once the installation is planned, it is recommended that qualied staff
check it out.
• Throw away the product in the right place to do so.
YOUR LED LUMINOUS THREAD WORKS BETTER IF:
• Do not expose it directly to sunlight. UV radiation destroys the PVC cove-
rage of your luminous thread.
• If it is operated with supply of stable ow, changes in the voltage dama-
ge or shorten the useful life.
• It is used in a neutral chemical environment. Strong acids, alkaline,
radioactive, etc Damage the PVC coverage.

ASSEMBLY/REPAIR OF THE SEGMENT WITH SPLICE FLEXILIGHT

Locate the section to repair.

Cut a piece of new wire and seal
the ends with silicone.

Enter a shrink in the wire´s side for its
subsequent sealing.

Proceed to join the two ends of the
wire through the connector.
Then
extend and apply silicone on the
union and part of the wire.

Introduce the shrink on the joint of
the wo wire´s sections.

COMMENT CONNECTER LE CÂBLE D’ALIMENTATION
1. Assurez-vous que le l lumineux, qui va être manipulé, ne est pas connec-
té à l’’électricité.
2. Entrez le connecteur avec le mâle de broches dans le l lumineux dans sa
position droite.
3. Placer le tube thermorétractable sur le l lumineux.
4. Entrez l’autre let lumineux dans le connecteur, assurez-vous que le con-
necteur a xé dans la bonne position à l’intérieur du let lumineux.
5. Une fois tous les deux il ya droit xe, appliquez un peu de chaleur si vous
aviez utilisé un tube rétractable avec du silicone.
6. Les connecteurs et les joints font face à une limite de pression.
CONNEXION AVEC DE CONNECTEUR SIMPLE ENTRE LES
FLEXILIGHT
1. Coupez une section de 7 cm du tube thermorétractable, au moins, et le
placer dans l’un des ls.
2. Entrez les broches du connecteur simple à l’intérieur du câble du let
lumineux.
3. Centre le tube thermorétractable avec le connecteur simple et appliquer
de la chaleur jusqu’à ce qu’il reste complètement étanche.

RÉSUMÉ
FLEXILIGHT LED est une nouvelle série de produit pour un design professionnel.
Vous pouvez décorer l’intérieur et à l’extérieur des bâtiments, en soulignant
quelque chose, environs ou un lieu déterminé, faisant une sorte de symbo-
le ou d’éclairage fenêtres, les entrées, les escaliers, remorques, voitures, etc.
Tout dépend de l’imagination de chacun.
AVERTISSEMENT: Évitez de faire installactions inapropriés ainsi ces ceux qui sont
endommagés, et s’il vous plaît, nous vous invitons à lire attentivement, le ma-
nuel d’instructions ci-dessous pour faire une installaction avec de la sécurité.
Le produit est fourni avec un câble d’alimentation et embout. Le reste
d’accessoires sont vendus séparément, par exemple, thermorétractable tu-
bes, moyeux, câble conduit, etc
INSTRUCTIONS POUR SON UTILISATION.
LA COUPE DU FIL LUMINEUX
1. Couper uniquement le câble le long des marques de cultures indiqués.
2. Pour éviter d’éventuels courts-circuits, assurez-vous que la coupe des
câbles a été fait propement- Pliez le l lumineux de la gauche vers la droite
et, après cela, couper le câble de cuivre qui bords.
3. Couvrir la n du let lumineux avec un bouchon qui est inclus, le sceller
avec du silicone, l’attacher avec une bride (non inclus) pour son totale-
ment isolation. L’autre extrême du l lumineuse peut être relié par un câble
d’alimentation (inclus), qui a été également scellée pour obtenir la parfaite
étanchéité.

INSTALLATION (ACCESSOIRES NON INCLUS):
1. MOYEUX
• Fabrication du moule avec le câble de fer ou de la barre en fonction de
sa conception.
• Utilisez les brides pour xer le let lumineux à l’intérieur du câble.
• Il est parfait pour l’oeuvre et l’éclairage des bâtiments.
2. GRILLAGE EN ACIER
• Tout d’abord faire la conception dans sa taille actuelle sur papier.
• Placez le grillage d’acier sur le design, xer le let lumineux sur le grillage
avec des moyeux selon son dessin.
• Il est parfait pour l’oeuvre.
3. CLIPS DE FIXATION
• Réglez le clip de xation avec des cordes dans les surfaces en bois, avec
de la colle ou du ruban adhésif double-face, selon son design.
• Pour faire des gures carrées ou rectangulaires, utilisez le clip de xation
approprié et, réglez-le avec des cordes.
• Vous pouvez l’utiliser sur les surfaces en bois, métal, etc Il est parfait pour
les grands proyects d’éclairage.
4. CABLE CONDUIT
• Réglez le conduit de câble sur une surface de verre avec le bouchon
double face ou l’attacher sur des surfaces de bois.
• Poussez le let lumineux dans le conduit.
• Il est parfait pour la décoration droite ligne.
5. VENTOUSES
• Fixer les ventouses sur la surface en verre ou en métal avec de la colle.
• Utilisez les moyeux pour xer le let lumineux à la ventouse.
• Il est adapté à des surfaces de verre ou de métal.

AVERTISSEMENTS
• Ne pas utiliser ce produit en contact avec l’eau ou avec les mains moui-
llées.
• Ne jamais placer ou utiliser ce produit à proximité de sources de chaleur
(par exemple: chauffage).
• Ne pas connecter ce produit alors qu’il reste roulé, il pourrait mettre le
feu.
• Utilisez uniquement ce produit avec une ventilation sufsante et de la
réfrigération.
• Si vous utilisez ce produit à l’extérieur, vous devez utiliser comme une prise
de courant une base étanchéité IPX4.
• Si vous utilisez ce produit à l’extérieur, vous devez toujours utiliser un com-
mutateur de protection de panne de courant (FI-30mA) entre la Puissance
Fournisseur (220-240V) et le produit.
• Protéger tous les câbles contre les dommages potentiels.
• Les lampes ne sont pas échangeables.
• En aucun cas vous ne devez battre ce produit avec un marteau, il pou-
rrait endommager les lampes.
• Si le produit est monté pour être suspendu librement, il doit être adapté à
un câble en acier et être connecté à toutes chaque 10 cm.
• Si le l lumineux va utiliser dans installactions bas hors, vous devez prendre
en compte qu’il perdra de la performance progressivement dans les cou-
leurs blanc et bleu après de nombreuses heures continues.
CONNEXIONSAU FOURNISSEUR D’ÉLECTRICITÉ
• Ne pas connecter le l lumineux au fournisseur d’électricité jusqu’à
l’installation ou la modication a été effectuée.
• Ne pas connecter le l lumineux au fournisseur d’électricité jusqu’à ce
que le bouchon a été résolu avec la sécurité au bord du l lumineux.
• Ne branchez pas la guirlande au fournisseur de puissance alors qu’il est
dans son emballage, à moins que le paquet a un sens décoratif.
• Assurez-vous que le fournisseur d’énergie n’a pas une tension plus élevée
que le l lumineux.
• Il est recommandé d’utiliser clap / adaptateur avec fusible an d’éviter
tout dommage de la surcharge.
CONNEXION.
• Ils seulement peut être connecté entre eux les ls lumineux avec la même
tension.
• Quand il va faire des liens entre les pièces du let lumineux, o le l
lumineux avec le cordon d’alimentation, assurez-vous que les deux parties
gardent le plus étroit que possible.
• Les broches du connecteur et le l de cuivre du l lumineux.
• Le mâle et le connecteur femelle.
• La longueur du l lumineuse n’a pas à surmonter la charge de puissance
maximale (Regardez le tableau avec les parametres)
• Il est recommandé pour sceller tous les connecteurs à l’aide d’adhésif
silicone neutre an d’éviter l’entrée d’humidité dans le l lumineux.
LA COUPE
• Couper le l lumineux exclusivement le long des marques de cultures.
• Pour éviter d’éventuels courts-circuits, assurez-vous que le l de cuivre est
coupé clairement.
VOTRE FIL LUMINEUX DE LED FONCTIONNE MIEUX SI:
• Ne pas exposer directement au soleil. Rayonnement UV détruit la couver-
ture PVC de votre l lumineux.
• Se il est utilisé avec la fourniture de ux stable, les changements dans les
dommages de tension ou de raccourcir la durée de vie utile.
• Il est utilisé dans un environnement chimique neutre. Acides forts, alcaline,
radioactifs, etc endommagent le PVC couverture.
