SAFETY AND PRECAUTIONS
• CAUTION: before using this product read carefully the following safety instrucons. Take a look of this manual enrely and preserve it for
future reference.
When using any electric product, basic precauons should always be taken, including the following:
– To reduce the risk, close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children.
– Protect the apparatus from atmospheric agents and keep it away from water, rain and high humidity places.
– This product should be site away from heat sources such as radiators, lamps and any other device that generate heat.
– Care should be taken so that objects and liquids do not go inside the product.
– The product should be connected to a power supply mains line only of the type described on the operang instrucons or as marked on the
product. Connect the apparatus to a power supply using only power cord included making always sure it is in good condions.
– WARNING: The mains plug is used as disconnect device, the disconnect device shall remain readily operable.
– Power supply cord should be unplugged from the outlet during strong thunderstorm or when leunused for a long period of me.
– Do not place objects on the product’s power cord or place it in a posion where anyone could trip over, walk on or roll anything over it. Do not
allow the product to rest on or to be installed over power cords of any type. Improper installaons of this type create the possibility of fire hazard
and/or personal injury.
IN CASE OF FAULT
• In case of fault or maintenance this product should be inspected only by qualified service personnel when:
– There is a flaw either in the connecons or in the supplied connecng cables.

Thank you for having chosen a PROEL product.
The new PROEL FREEPACK65 is an all-in-one, luggage-style sound system combining in an ultra-portable, easy-to-use
package everything musicians and other PA users need for playing: a full featured mixer with digital effect and media
player, a powerful amplifier, two full-range speakers and high-quality connecon cables.
FREEPACK65 is a complete PA systems that, even if compact in size, quick to setup and simple to use, is packed with a
full set of features and delivers an unexpected sound quality for this kind of systems.
The 8-channel, 2x250W powered mixer, including a USB/SD media player with large LCD, is coupled perfectly with the
two speakers in a stylish luggage-style package, making transport and installaon quick and easy. A convenient and large
compartment on the back of the mixer can contain all the connecon cables and other accessories.
Two high-quality PROEL speaker cables with ultra-durable 1/4” metal jack connectors are also provided.
The two speakers, hosted in lightweight injected PP cabinets, feature a 3-way design with 1” dome tweeter, two 3”
midrange and two 6.5” woofer, which can provide a clean and defined sound together with an extended response
and a high SPL.
Thanks to its versality and portability, FREEPACK65 can be used in a variety of applicaons, such has live gigs for singers
or small bands, educaon and sporng events, seminars and presentaons.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS (FIG. 1 / 2 / 3 / 4)
1. SD CARD / USB PENDRIVE Slots
These are the slots where you can plug in your SD card or USB pendrive FLASH
memory where you have stored your favourite songs.
The SD card compable are the standard capacity SDSC type, oen available from
1Mb to 2Gb size, formaed as FAT16.
The USB pendrive can be formaed FAT16 (2Gb or less) or FAT32 (more than 2Gb).
Usually when you buy a new memory it is pre formaed as specified above, so you
can save your songs directly on it using a PC or other device.
The media player can play WAV and MP3 files.
Preferably use always the same method to store the files, for example using
a filename composed by: "number-artist-album-song.MP3", because the display will show only the filename
informaon.
2. LCD Display
The LCD shows some info about the player funcon:
NO DISK means that there is not a SD card or USB pendrive inserted.
During playing the FIRST ROW shows:
SD or USB that specifies what kind of support the player is reading.
00:00 the me elapsed from the starts of the current song.
RA means repeat all songs, RD repeat randomly the songs, R1 repeat just one song.
The SECOND ROW shows:
An arrow indicates that the song is currently played or two vercal bars that the song is currently paused.
The number of the file/song.
The filename of the song (if the filename text is longer than 10 characters it is scrolled).

4. MIC/LINE or USB/SD buon
Press this buon to select which input is assigned to channel 1: with the buon up you can select the MIC/LINE 1 input
signal, with the buon down you can select the USB/SD player signal.
5. CHANNEL level control.
Adjusts the level of the channel signal.
PLAY or PAUSE the current song.
Skip to the previous song if it is pressed and
released.
Scroll backward the current song if it is hold down.
Select repeat all (RA), repeat random (RD) or repeat
one (R1) song.
STOP the current song and restart playing from first.
Skip to the next song if it is pressed and released.
Scroll forward the current song if it is hold down.
Skip between USB pendrive or SD card.

6. HIGH tone control
This control boosts or cuts the high frequencies with a "SHELVING" curve shape. Use it to increase or reduce the sound
"clarity" or "brightness".
7. LOW tone control
This control boosts or cuts the low frequencies with a "SHELVING" curve shape. Use it to increase or reduce the sound
"punch".
8. FX level control
This control sets the level of the signal sent to the internal digital muleffect processor.
9. MONITOR level control
This control sets the level of the signal sent to the MON output (see also AMP MODE seng).
10. MIC/LINE Input
This is a COMBO female connector, which accepts balanced or unbalanced signals from a XLR connector of almost any
type of microphone or a ¼” (6.3mm) jack connector of almost any source with line level signal.
The XLR input is wired as follows:
Pin 1 = shield or ground
Pin 2 = + posive or "hot"
Pin 3 = - negave or "cold"
The JACK input is wired as follows when connecng a balanced signal:
Tip = + posive or "hot"
Ring = - negave or "cold"
Sleeve = shield or ground
or as follows when connecng an unbalanced signal:
Tip = + posive or "hot"
Sleeve = shield or ground
11. RCA LEFT/RIGHT input B
These are two female RCA connector, which accept an unbalanced line level input signal from almost any source.
12. MINI-JACK input A
This is a stereo MINI-JACK connector, which accept an unbalanced line level stereo signal from almost any source.
13. INPUT A/B buon
It selects the signal from A or B input and send it to the CHANNEL 8 LEVEL control.
14. CHANNEL 8 LEVEL control
Adjusts the level of the channel 8 signal.
15. RIGHT/MON LEVEL control
The RIGHT/MON LEVEL controls the output level just before the SPEAKER, PRE-AMP and REC outputs. It adjust the
general level of the RIGHT output or the MONITOR output depending on AMP MODE switch seng.
16. LEFT/MAIN LEVEL control
The LEFT/MAIN LEVEL controls the output level just before the SPEAKER, PRE-AMP and REC outputs. It adjust the general
level of the LEFT output or the MAIN output depending on AMP MODE switch seng.
17. AMP MODE switch
The AMP MODE switch select the output signal of SPEAKERS, PRE-AMP and REC outputs.
In the UPPER posion both LEFT and RIGHT output signals are controlled only by the CHANNEL level controls.
In the LOWER posion the LEFT/MAIN output signal is controlled by the channel level controls, while the RIGHT/MON
output signal is controlled by the MONITOR level controls.
18. FX ON switch
This switch turns on the internal DIGITAL MULTIEFFECT.
19. FX rotary selector
Use the FX rotary selector to choose the effect you want to use:
PLATE 1, ROOM 1, PLATE 2, PLATE 3, ROOM 2, ROOM 3, HALL 1, HALL 2, DELAY 1, DELAY 2, FLANGE, CHORUS, CHORUS
/ROOM 1, CHORUS/ROOM 2, VOCAL CANCEL, ROTARY SPEAKER.
20. FX LEVEL control
Adjusts the level of the internal effect sent to the MAIN outputs.
21. PARAMETER control
It adjust the amount of most important parameter of the selected effect.

22. LEVEL METER
The LEVEL METER shows the level of the signal send to the outputs. To avoid excessive distoron, try to avoid the last
RED LED to be connuously on.
23. PWR indicator
Indicates when the unit is switched on.
24. LAMP socket
This BNC connector provides +12V power supply for gooseneck lamps. Use only lamps with MAX 5W power consumpon.
PROEL suggested types are SDC670 or SDC670LED.
25. FAN vent
This is the air vent for the amplifier’s cooling. It is important to keep all the air vents always free from objects and dust
for the proper internal air venlaon.
26. POWER switch
Switch this one on and the unit has power. Make sure that all MAIN knobs are turned all the way down when powering
up or down.
27. LINE VOLTAGE selector
This switch sets the AC voltage line of your country (usually it is set by factory and isn't necessary to change it). The 115V
seng is for mains line in the range of 105-120V~ and 230V seng is for mains line in the range of 210-240V~.
WARNING: an incorrect seng of AC LINE VOLTAGE could damage seriously the internal electronics!
28. AC~ SOCKET
Here’s where you plug in your mains supply cord. You should always use the mains cord supplied with the device. Be
sure that your device is turned offbefore you plug the mains supply cord into an electrical outlet.
29. FUSE holder
Here is where the mains protecon fuse is placed.
REPLACE THE PROTECTION FUSE ONLY WITH SAME TYPE AS SHOWN ON THE PRODUCT.
IF AFTER THE SUBSTITUTION, THE FUSE INTERRUPTS AGAIN THE APPARATUS WORKING, DO NOT TRY AGAIN
THEN CONTACT THE PROEL SERVICE CENTER.
30. SPEAKER OUTPUTS
These are jack connectors sending the amplified signal to the speakers. Use always power cables to connect the speaker
and note that the minimum acceptable impedance for each output is 8 ohm.
The JACK power output is wired as follows:
Tip = + posive speaker terminal
Sleeve = - negave speaker terminal
31. PRE-AMP OUTPUTS
These are jack connectors sending the signal from the built-in mixer to a line level equipment, which could be a recorder
or another audio system. NOTE: the PRE-AMP OUT level is independent from the MAIN level.
Each jack output is wired as follows:
Tip = + posive or "hot"
Sleeve = shield or ground
32. REC OUTPUTS
Same as above but these are LEFT (white) and RIGHT (red) RCA female connectors that accept two RCA plug.
33. POWER INPUT (on each rear speaker panel)
This is the jack connector that accepts the amplified signal from the main unit. Use always power cable to connect the
speaker and note that the impedance of each speaker is 8 ohm.
The JACK power input is wired as follows:

Il nuovo PROEL FREEPACK65 è un sistema audio completo in sle “valigea”, che unisce in un formato estremamente
portabile tuo ciò di cui hanno bisogno il musicista o l’utente: un mixer completo con effeo digitale, un leore
mulmediale, un potente amplificatore, due diffusori a tre vie e i cavi di collegamento.
Benchè di dimensioni ultracompae, il FREEPACK65 offre un set completo di funzioni e una qualità sonora sorprendente
per sistemi audio di questo po.
Il mixer a 8 canali, amplificato con 2x250 wae dotato di leore USB/SD card e display LCD, è abbinato ad una coppia
di diffusori integrabili con il mixer stesso in un unica valigea. Il tuo rende semplicissimo il trasporto ed il montaggio.
I cavi PROEL ad alta qualità con conneori JACK in metallo sono alloggianel comodo vano posteriore del mixer.
I diffusori in polipropilene a tre vie con tweeter da 1”, due midrange da 3” e due woofer da 6,5“, offrono una
riproduzione definita e nida oltre ad una risposta in frequenza estesa e lineare.
Grazie alla sua portabilità e versalità il FREEPACK65 può essere ulizzato in una moltudine di applicazioni, come

ISTRUZIONI OPERATIVE (FIG. 1 / 2 / 3 / 4)
1. SD CARD / USB PENDRIVE porte
Queste sono le porte in cui inserire le memorie FLASH po scheda SD o penna USB
dove avete memorizzato precedentemente le vostre canzoni preferite.
Le schede SD compabili sono quelle a capacità standard po SDSC, disponibili in
tagli da 1Mb a 2Gb, formaate come FAT16.
Le penne USB possono essere formaate FAT16 (per tagli minori di 2Gb) o FAT32
(superiori a 2Gb).
Tipicamente quando si acquista una nuova memoria essa è già formaata come
specificato sopra, così tu puoi salvare le vostre canzoni direamente su di essa
usando un PC o un'altro disposivo.
Il riproduore è in grado di leggere file di po WAV e MP3.
Preferibilmente usate sempre lo stesso metodo per memorizzare i file, per esempio usando un nome di file composto
da: "numero-arsta-album-canzone.MP3", perchè il display visualizzerà solo il nome del file.
2. LCD Display
Il display mostra alcune informazioni sulla funzione del riproduore:
NO DISK significa che nessuna scheda SD o penna USB è inserita.
Durante la riproduzione la prima riga mostra:
SD o USB che specifica quale po di supporto il riproduore sta leggendo.
00:00 il tempo trascorso dall'inizio della canzone corrente.
RA è la riproduzione in sequenza delle canzoni, RD la riproduzione casuale delle canzoni, R1 la riproduzione ripetuta di
una sola canzone.
La seconda riga mostra:
Una freccia ad indicare che la canzone è in riproduzione o due barre vercali ad indicare che la canzone è in pausa.
Il numero della canzone/file.
Il nome del file della canzone (se il testo del nome del file è più lungo di 10 caraeri scorrerà sul display).

È un conneore COMBO femmina, in grado di acceare segnali bilanciao sbilanciada un conneore XLR di qualsiasi
po di microfono, o un conneore jack da ¼” (6.3mm) di ogni po di sorgente con segnale di livello linea.
Le terminazioni XLR sono le seguen:
Pin 1 = schermo o massa
Pin 2 = + posivo o "caldo"

Nella posizione alta entrambe le uscite LEFT e RIGHT sono controllate solo dal controllo di livello CHANNEL.
Nella posizione bassa l'uscita LEFT/MAIN è controllata dal controllo di livello del canale, mentre l'uscita RIGHT/MON è
controllata dal controllo di livello MONITOR.

Questo conneore BNC fornisce +12V di alimentazione per una lampada flessibile. Usare esclusivamente lampade con

Questo è il foro di venlazione per il raffreddamento dell'amplificatore. È importante lasciare tui fori di venlazione
sempre liberi da oggee polvere per una correa venlazione interna.

Commutando su ON questo interruore l'apparato è alimentato. Assicurarsi che tue le manopole MAIN siano al minimo
quando si accende o spegne l'apparato.
27. seleore tensione di rete LINE VOLTAGE
Questo seleore imposta la tensione di rete della linea elerica del vostro paese (picamente è già impostato di fabbrica
e non è necessario cambiarlo). L'impostazione 115V è per le linee eleriche da 105-120V~ e l'impostazione 230V è per
le linee eleriche da 210-240V~.
ATTENZIONE una sbagliata impostazione della linea elerica AC LINE VOLTAGE può danneggiare seriamente
l'amplificatore interno.

MISES EN GARDE DE SÉCURITÉ
• ATTENTION : durant les phases d'ulisaon ou de maintenance, il faut prendre quelques précauons afin d'éviter d'endommager les structures
mécaniques et électroniques de l'appareil.
Avant d'uliser l'appareil, vous êtes prié de lire aenvement les consignes de sécurité suivantes. Examiner la noce d'ulisaon et la conserver pour
toute consultaon future :
– En présence d'enfants, contrôler que l’appareil ne représente pas un danger.
– Posionner l'appareil à l'abri des agents atmosphériques et en respectant une distance de sécurité de l'eau, de la pluie et des endroits où le degré
d'humidité est élevé.
– Placer ou posionner l'appareil loin des sources de chaleur comme les radiateurs, les grilles de chauffage et tout autre disposif qui produit de la
chaleur.
– Éviter que tout produit ou substance liquide entre à l'intérieur de l'appareil.
– L'appareil doit être branché exclusivement au réseau électrique dont les caractérisques sont décrites dans la noce d'ulisaon ou reportées sur
l'appareil, en ulisant exclusivement le câble de réseau fourni en équipement et en contrôlant toujours qu'il soit en bon état, notamment la fiche et le
point où le câble sort du produit.
– ATTENTION : si le câble du réseau est débranché de l'appareil pour l'éteindre, le câble du réseau reste opéraonnel car sa fiche est encore branchée
au réseau électrique.
– Débrancher l'appareil du réseau électrique durant les orages violents ou s'il n'est pas ulisé pendant une longue période de temps.
– Ne pas disposer d'objets sur le câble d’alimentaon, ne pas disposer les câbles d'alimentaon et signal de manière à ce que quelqu'un puisse
trébucher. De la même manière, ne pas disposer l'appareil sur les câbles des autres appareils. Des installaons inappropriées de ce genre peuvent créer
un risque d'incendie ou de blessures aux personnes.
EN CAS DE PANNE
• En cas de panne ou de maintenance, cet appareil doit être inspecté par un personnel qualifié lorsque :
– il y a des défauts sur les connexions ou sur les câbles de connexion fournis en équipement.
– Des substances liquides ont pénétré à l'intérieur de l'appareil.
– L'appareil est tombé ou s'est détérioré.
– L'appareil ne fonconne pas correctement et fait preuve d'un changement de prestaons prononcé.
– L'appareil perd des substances liquides ou gazeuses ou son boîer est endommagé.
• Ne pas intervenir sur l'appareil. S'adresser à un centre d'assistance agréé Proel.
CONFORMITÉ CE
•Les produits Proel sont conformes à la direcve 2004/108/EC (CEM Compabilité électromagnéque), selon la norme EN 55103-1 et à la direcve
2006/95/CE (DBT Direcve basse tension), selon la norme EN 60065.
• S'il est soumis à des perturbaons électromagnéques, le rapport signal-bruit peut être supérieur à 10 dB.
EMBALLAGE, TRANSPORT ET RÉCLAMATIONS
• L’emballage a été soumis à des tests d'intégrité selon la procédure ISTA 1A. Il est recommandé de contrôler le produit immédiatement après avoir
ouvert l'emballage.
• Si vous remarquez des dommages, informer immédiatement le revendeur. Par conséquent, conserver l'emballage complet pour permere l'inspecon.
• Proel décline toute responsabilité en cas de dommages causés par le transport.
• Les produits sont vendus « départ-usine » et voyagent toujours aux risques et périls du distributeur.
• Toute panne et tout dommage doivent être contestés au transporteur. Toute réclamaon pour des emballages altérés doit être faite dans les 8 jours

GARANTIES ET RETOURS
• Les appareils Proel sont pourvus de la garane de fonconnement et de conformité à ses spécificaons, comme déclarées par le fabricant.
• La garane de fonconnement est de 24 mois à compter de la date d'achat. Les défauts détectés pendant la période de garane sur les produits
vendus, aribuables à des vices de matériaux ou à des défauts de fabricaon, doivent être signalés sans délai à votre revendeur ou distributeur, en
joignant un jusficaf écrit de la date d'achat ainsi que la descripon du type de défaut relevé. Les défauts causés par un usage impropre ou une
altéraon frauduleuse sont exclus de la garane. La société Proel SpA constate, en vérifiant les appareils retournés, le défaut déclaré lié à l'ulisaon
appropriée ainsi que la validité réelle de la garane ; elle s'occupe ensuite du remplacement ou de la réparaon des appareils, en déclinant toutefois
toute obligaon de dédommagement pour tout dommage direct ou indirect résultant du défaut.

Le nouveau PROEL FREEPACK65 est un système audio complet, style « mallee », qui unit, dans un format extrêmement portable,
tout ce dont a besoin le musicien ou l'ulisateur : une table de mixage complète avec effet numérique, un lecteur mulmédia, un
puissant amplificateur, deux diffuseurs à trois voies et les câbles de raccordement.
Bien que de dimensions ultra-compactes, le FREEPACK65 offre un set complet de foncons et une qualité sonore surprenante pour
les systèmes audio de ce type.
La table de mixage à 8 canaux, amplifiée avec 2x250 was et dotée d'un lecteur USB/SD card et d'un écran LCD, est associée à un
couple de diffuseurs, le tout pouvant être intégré dans une seule mallee. Le tout rend le transport et le montage très simples. Les
câbles PROEL à haute qualité avec connecteurs JACK en métal sont logés dans le praque comparment arrière de la table de mixage.
Les diffuseurs en polypropylène à trois voies avec tweeter de 1", deux midranges de 3" et deux woofers de 6,5", offrent une
reproducon définie et nee, en plus d'une réponse en fréquence étendue et linéaire.
Grâce à sa portabilité et à sa polyvalence, le FREEPACK65 peut être ulisé dans une multude d'applicaons, comme des exhibions
en direct de chanteurs ou de pets groupes, des évènements sporfs ou didacques, et des présentaons de genre divers.
INSTRUCTIONS DE FONCTIONNEMENT (FIG. 1 / 2 / 3 / 4)
1. SD CARD / USB PENDRIVE porte
Ce sont les ports où insérer les mémoires FLASH, type carte SD ou clé USB, où vous avez précédemment mémorisé vos chansons
préférées.
Les cartes SD compables sont celles ayant une capacité standard type SDSC, disponibles de
1Mb à 2Gb, formatez comme FAT16.
Les clés USB peuvent être formatées FAT16 (si moins de 2Gb) ou FAT32 (si plus de 2Gb).
Normalement, lorsqu'on achète une nouvelle mémoire, elle est déjà formatée, comme
spécifié ci-dessus, vous pouvez donc enregistrer vos chansons directement dessus en ulisant
un PC ou un autre disposif.
Le reproducteur est en mesure de lire des fichiers de type WAV et MP3.
Ulisez toujours de préférence la même méthode pour mémoriser les fichiers, par exemple
en ulisant un nom de fichier composé de : « numéro-arste-album-chanson.MP3 », parce
que l'écran affichera seulement le nom du fichier.
2. LCD Display
L'écran montre quelques informaons sur la foncon du reproducteur :
NO DISK signifie qu'aucune carte SD ou clé USB n'est insérée.
Pendant la reproducon, la première ligne montre :
SD ou USB, qui spécifie quel type de support le reproducteur est en train de lire.
00:00 le temps écoulé depuis le début de la chanson en cours.
RA est la reproducon en séquence des chansons, RD la reproducon aléatoire des chansons, R1 la reproducon répétée d'une seule
chanson.
La deuxième ligne montre :
Une flèche pour indiquer que la chanson est en reproducon ou deux barres vercales pour indiquer que la chanson est en pause.
Le numéro de la chanson/fichier.
Le nom du fichier de la chanson (si le texte du nom du fichier fait plus de 10 caractères, il défilera sur l'écran).

STOP arrête la chanson en cours, puis repart en
reproduisant de la première chanson.
Passe à la chanson suivante si on appuie une fois dessus.
Fait défiler la chanson en cours en avant si on la mainent
enfoncée.
Séleconne la clé USB ou la carte SD.
