Safety
Befo re you use your Move T4, read the fo llowing safe ty instructions.
1. Read allthe safety information and instructions be fore using the product. Whe npassing this product to someone,
include all documents.
2. If you do not follow the operating instructions provided,it may compromise the safety of yourproduct and this may
invalidate the warranty.
3. Do not expose the product to dripping or splashing. Do not place obje cts filled withliquids,suchas vases, onthe
product.
If liquid or water spills onto the p roduct, switchit off immed iate ly and contact your dealer.
If you are using amains-powe red adapter, do not touch the product withwet hands.
4. T he internal battery in this product is not use r replaceable. Do not e xpose the battery to e xcessive he at or naked
flames. Ensure adequate ventilationand airflow around the product, particuarly w hen charging. Dispo se o f the
product inaccordance withlocal environme ntalrules.
5. Using the product in rooms o r climate s with hig hhumid ity and te mperatures may cause cond ensation to fo rm inside
the product, whichcan damage the product. Use the product in moderate climates only.
6. Do not use your product in extremelyhot or cold temperature. Ke ep the device away from heat sources, suchas
rad iators or g as/electric fires. Do not e xpose your product to naked flame s,such as lig hted candles.
7. To charge your product, only connect it to asupplysource that meets the safety isolation requirements of
EN60065 or EN60950-1 for anacce ssib le safety e xtralow voltage circuit.Fo r this connection, use either the
sup plied micro-USB cable o r asuitably CEapp roved powe r adapte r withthe correct USBoutput rating .
8. Powe r the p roduct using ane xternal 5 V DC 1.5 A p ow er supp ly.T he maximum output current is 1.5 A,prote cte d b y
aninternalcircuit.
9. Before you charge your product,ensure that the available supply voltage corresponds withthe required
operational voltage of the product.
10. Disconnect your product from the charging powe r supply if you will not use your product for a lo ng pe riod of time
(fo r example, if you are go ing o nholiday) .
11. Always unplug your product from the charging powe r supply before cleaning. Whencleaning the product, do not
use any type of abrasive pad or abrasive cleaning solutions as these maydamage the product's surface.
12. To re duce the risk of electric sho ck,d o not remove any screw s.The product do es no t contain any user-se rviceable
parts inside. Product repairs should only be carried out b y authorised pe rsonnel.

To prevent possible hearing damage ,do not listenat high volume levels for long periods of time .Consistent
e xposure to high vo lume s w hen using he ad phone s can damage your he aring. Alw ays check the volume le ve l
before you insert headphones into your ears.Use of he adphones while operating a vehicle is not
recommended and is illegalinsome areas.If you find that listening to yourMove is distracting while operating
any type of vehicle or perfo rming anactivity that requires your full attention,stop liste ning to your Move.

1 Menu Press to open the main menu or go back to the previous menu.
2 Previous Press to choose the previous radio station or menu option.
3 Select Press to select a radio station or menu option.
4 Next Press to choose the next radio station or menu option.
5 Presets Press to listen to your preset.s. Press and hold to store the current radio
station to a preset.
6 Volume Press to change the volume.
7 Power/Lock Slide to the position to lock the buttons. Slide to the middle position to
unlock the buttons.
Slide to the position to switch on your Move. Slide to the position and
hold to switch off your Move.

Getting started
Before using your Move, read the safety information on page2.
Charging your Move
1. Connect the micro-USB cable to the micro-USB port on your Move.
2. Connect the other end of the micro-USB cable to a power outlet, using a USB
power adapter. You can also charge the battery by connecting your Move to
a computer's USB port.
The icon on the display shows the battery charging.
Switching on for the first time
Before you switch on your Move for the first time, charge the battery for at least
3hours.

1. If you want to use the speaker, unclip and fully extend the aerial.
2. If you want to use headphones, connect them into the headphone socket on
your Move.
The headphones are also the aerial for your Move.
3. Your Move switches on and starts tuning to digital radio stations. After the
autotune is complete, you can start listening to digital radio.
Locking and unlocking your Move
You can lock the buttons on your Move, so you don't accidentally press a button.
When your Move is switched off, lock the buttons so you don't accidentally
switch it on.

1. To lock the buttons on your Move, slide the Power/Lock switch into the
position.
2. To unlock the buttons on your Move, slide the Power/Lock switch into the
middle position.
Using the stand
Your Move is equipped with a stand, which is ideal for use at your bedside or on your
travels.
lTo use the stand, pull it out from the bottom of your Move.

Digital radio
Listening to digital radio
When you are listening to FMradio, you can change to digital radio.
1. Press Menu.
2. Press and Select to choose Digital radio.
Changing the radio station
1. Press or to browse the available radio stations.
2. Press Select to choose a radio station.
Performing an autotune
When you first switch on your Move, it automatically searches for radio stations. To
search for digital radio stations again, perform an autotune.
1. Press Menu.
2. Press and Select to choose Autotune.

FM radio
Listening to FMradio
When you are listening to digitalradio, you can change to FMradio.
1. Press Menu.
2. Press and Select to choose FM radio.
Changing the radio station
lTo move to the previous or next radio station, press and hold or .
lTo tune to a specific radio station frequency, press or to increase or
decrease the frequency. The frequency steps up or down by 0.05MHz.
Changing search settings for radio stations
When you press and hold to change radio stations, you can include all radio
stations or only include radio stations with a strong signal.
1. Press Menu.
2. Press and Select to choose Scan setting.
3. Press and Select to choose Strong stations only or All stations.

Changing between stereo and mono reception
By default, your Move uses stereo reception for FMradio. If radio stations have a
weak signal, mono reception may improve the signal strength.
1. Press Menu.
2. Press and Select to choose FM stereo.
3. Press and Select to choose Stereo or Mono.

Presets
You can store your favourite radio stations as presets.
On the front of your Move, there are four preset buttons. Use 1,2or 3for quick
access to your favourite radio stations. Use 4+ to open a list of all your presets.
You can save up to 10 digital radio stations and up to 10 FM radio stations in the
presets list.
Storing presets to preset1, 2 or3
1. Tune to the radio station you want to store.
2. Press and hold 1,2or 3until Preset saved is displayed.
If there is already a radio station saved to the preset you’ve selected, the
new station replaces it.

1. Tune to the radio station you want to store.
2. Press and hold 4+ until the preset list is displayed.
3. Press and Select to choose a preset number.
If there is already a radio station saved to the preset you’ve selected, the
new station replaces it.

Listening to presets
lTo listen to preset1, 2 or3, press1,2or 3.
lTo listen to any preset, press4+ to open the preset list. Press and Select to
choose a preset number.

Bluetooth
You can use Bluetooth to wirelessly connect to a device, such as a mobile phone or
tablet. You can then stream music from your mobile phone or tablet through your
Move.
The first time you connect a Bluetooth device to your Move, you need to pair them.
After you've paired a device with your Move, your Move remembers it for the next
time.
Listening to a Bluetooth device
1. Press Menu.
2. Press and Select to choose Bluetooth.
Your Move is now discoverable, which means other Bluetooth devices can
find it.
3. On your Bluetooth device, switch Bluetooth on and connect to your Move.
Note: For more information, see your Bluetooth device's user manual. If you
are asked to enter a passcode, enter 0000.
Disconnecting a Bluetooth device
To disconnect a Bluetooth device, do one of the following:
lPress Source to switch to digital radio or FM radio.
lSwitch off Bluetooth on the connected device.

Your Move doesn't reconnect automatically to your paired Bluetooth devices. After
you disconnect your Bluetooth device from your Move, you need to reconnect it
manually.
