Twister (No. 1826)
Error Cause Solution
ON / OFF switch fails to
work.
• Power not connected. • Check the power supply.

Vacuum release / venting,
too slow.

Vacuum pump doesn‘t
start.
• Bowl detection pin sticking. • Clean area around pin.
• Have the device repaired.
The vacuum pump
switches on and off
intermittently during the
mixing process.
• At < 100 % vacuum, the vacuum
pump will switch off once the set
vacuum has been reached.
• None, If the vacuum should drop due to
seepage, the vacuum pump will automatically
switch back on until the set vacuum level has
been reached.

ed, leaky or bent.
• Check the hose.
• Air hose too long. • Maximum length 2 m.
• Square are of air hose too small. • Minimum inner diameter 4 mm.
• Suction lter system plugged. • Have lter cleaned or changed (Sec. 6.3).
• Seal surfaces dirty. • Clean the seal surfaces (Sec. 6.2).
• Inlet lter plugged. • Change inlet lter (Sec. 6.5).
• Silencer plugged. • Replace the silencer (Sec. 6.6).
• Connect lter pressure regulator in series.
• Solenoid valve fault. • Have the device repaired.
• Venturi nozzle plugged. • Have the device repaired.
Vacuum release / venting,

• Silencer plugged. • Replace the silencer. (Sec. 6.6).
