I) Check Battery
Unplug the battery connector (RED) underneath the seat

Reading Judgment: 6.0 V ~ 6.5 V –Good condition
5.6 V ~ 5.9 V –Proceed to Recharge
5.5 V –Battery to be recharged if after the stipulated
recharging time, voltage has not increased,
the Battery needs replacement
Below 5.5 V –Battery needs replacement

II) Check Wiring Connection
Operation: There are totally four positions of connections we should check.
A. Motor/Gearbox : Follow above (Point I) to remove the seat, locate the Gearbox
harness underneath.
Check the harness of Gearbox which is in white color

II) Check Wiring Connection
B. Motor Control Board : Follow above (Point I) to remove the seat, locate and access
the Motor Control Board at the back wall of battery
compartment
There are totally six plugs all around the motor control board,
check and make sure it is connected properly

C. Steering Wheel : Unscrew the Steering Wheel and check the connection.

III) Check Foot Pedal
Operation: Follow below procedures to check the Foot Pedal connection.
Step (1)
Tip over the vehicle and disassembly the foot pedal with a screwdriver at right side

Operation: Follow below steps to take apart the gearbox completely for replacing.

V) Motor Control Board Replacement
Operation: Follow above (Point I) to remove the seat first and replace the Motor Control
Board (MCB) by below steps.
Step (1)
Remove the MCB from the vertical wall, it is fixed by velcro only
Step (2)
Unplug all connectors
