Installation Guide
1. Open the Unit
1-1. Remove the thumbscrews and take off panel R and L (Figure 1).

2. Install the Power Supply
2-1 Seat the power supply unit (PSU) in the bottom-rear of the case and secure with Screw-A
(Figure 2).

3. Install the Motherboard
3-1. Place the motherboard standoffs based on the form factor (Figure 3a).

4. Install the Add-on Card
4-1. Unscrew to remove the slot cover (Figure 4a).
3-2. Secure the motherboard down with Screw-B (Figure 3b).

5. Install an External 5.25” Device

5-3. Put back the front panel and insert the 5.25” drive (Figure 5c).

6. Install a 3.5”/2.5” HDD/SDD
6-1. Take out the 3.5” HDD tray/unscrew to remove the 2.5” SSD tray from the chassis
(Figure 6a/6b).
6-3. Install the trays back into the cage/onto the chassis (Figure 6f/6g).
6-2. Install the 3.5” HDD on the tool-less tray/secure 2.5”SSD on the tray with Screw-C
(Figure 6c/6d/6e).

7. Care
To prevent damage, keep all panels closed and secured.
7-1. Put the side panels back in place and secure with thumbscrews.
7-2. Clean the dust lters on top/bottom regularly to ensure adequate airow.
8. Options
8-1. Additional Fan Installation
The METEOR XR provides ample space for adding additional cooling fans. Please refer to
the Specications Table for options
8-2. Liquid-cooling Radiator Installation
The METEOR XR gives you the option of installing a 240/280 mm radiator in the front
(a 360 mm can t in if the 5.25" bay is removed) and top to more effectively cool high-
performance systems:
a. Remove the front panel.
b. Unscrew to remove the 120 mm fans.
c. Secure the radiator with screws and put the front panel back. (Figure 8a)

Instruction of installing 240/280 mm water cooling radiator on top:
a. Remove the top dust lter.
b. Secure the radiator with screws and put the dust lter back. (Figure 8b)
