Roverpet Kali’s Villa-4 #K969F Assembly Instructions
Inventory: The Roverpet Kali’s Villa-4 #K969F consists of:
(10) #C36 36” high panels (6) #CDD36 36” double door panel
(1) #C72C LID (top) (1) #26SF shelf support (90) #200 panel clips
(32) #FDC clips (4) #F26 floors (90) #250 floor divider clips (24) #185 door clips
(6) #17D dividers (2) #18D dividers.
The panels will have already been connected together with #200 panel clips.
Please check to make sure your inventory is complete.
1.) Unpack shipping carton and inspect quantity of components; component quantities are listed
above in the inventory.

2.) Stand 3-panel assembly up on floor; orient assembly with clips attached along its edge to the
left as shown in Photo 1 below.

3.) Unfold panel assembly and position it to form a 90°angle as shown in Photo 2above.
4.) Stand 2-panel assembly up on the floor, also in the form of a 90°, and orient it so the panel
without clips attached to its edge is positioned next to clips attached to 3-panel assembly.

5.) Clip the two panel assemblies together and position the 3 clips equidistant from each other
along the length of the panel frames. The connected panels should now be resting in a C-
shape as shown in Photo 4 above.
6.) Place the floor, pipe side up, into the bottom of the enclosure.
7.) Connect the floor to the side panels with one #250 clip installed at the center of each panel
around the perimeter. See the Photo 5on the previous page.
8.) Install (16) #FDC clips onto the crossbar of the standing panels (two per panel, between the
1st and 2nd bars from the edges). #FDC clips are engaged from the bottom of the crossbar
and then rotated down into position as shown in Photo 6 on the previous page.

9.) Install two partitions #17D into the bottom of the enclosure by connecting them to one of the
rear panel frame pipes with two #250 clips each as shown in Photo 7 above.
10.) Install the intermediate floor into the enclosure and onto the previously installed #FDC clips
along the panel crossbars.
11.)Connect the floor to the side panels with one #250 clip installed at the center of each panel
around the perimeter as was done with the bottom ground panel.

12.)Install the two remaining partitions #17D above all the intermediate floors in the same manner
used for installing the lower partition.
13.)Install one door assembly (which includes two doors) to the front left side of the enclosure
with the clips attached along the edge of the panel. Be sure to position the door so that the
handles are on the right side of the panel.
14.)Connect the second door assembly to the first one just installed, with the clips attached along
the right edge of the first.
15.)Connect the third door assembly to the right hand side of the enclosure with the clips that are
already attached to the door assembly frame.
16.)Close all three door panels against the front of the enclosure and connect the second and
third panels together with the clips attached along the right edge of the second panel.
17.)Connect the interior partitions installed earlier to the frame pipes of the front door panels with
#250 clips; use two clips along the front of each partition. See Photo 8above for clarification.
18.)Connect the floor panels to the front door panels with two #250 clips under each door as
shown in Photo 9 above.
19.)Place the top panel (lid) #C72C with attached clips onto the top of the cat cage and fasten
clips down onto tops of panels.
20.)Congratulations on completing the assembly of your new Roverpet Kali’s Villa-4
