Assembly Instructions
Large play den

Before you commence the assembly process we recommend that you read these instructions
thoroughly beforehand to familiarise yourself with the assembly process and to also check that you have
the correct components. If for any reason you need assistance, you can find our contact details on the
final page of these instructions.
We highly recommend that any assembly is carried out on a flat, level surface if possible and that you
use another person to assist you if necessary.

2 x Front posts
2 x Braces
22 x 65mm screws
Electric screwdriver with No2 Pozidrive bit
Or No2 Pozidrive Screwdriver

Ensure that you have all of the correct parts as listed
on the front page of these instructions, including any
fixings.
Using an assistant, arrange the back panel and rear
(shorter) post as shown.

Align the post centrally with the top rail of the back
panel and ensure it is also aligned vertically before
fixing into place using 2 x 65mm screws. One at the
top...
...and another at the bottom. Now add the second
post in the same manner.

Now align one of the side panels with the rear post in
the same way, before fixing into place using 2 more
of the 65mm screws.
Add the 2nd side panel as you did in Step 5 and use
an assistant to hold the front posts in place, aligning
them centrally and vertically, before fixing them into
place using 2 x 65mm screws as you did for the rear
posts.

Using an assistant, lower the roof onto the posts as
shown ensuring the roof is correctly oriented with the
front and rear rails being flat against the posts.
Fix the rear rail into place using 2 65mm screws into
each post.

Fix the front rail into place using 2 x 65mm screws
into each post.
Add a brace to the top of each front post as shown
using 2 x 65mm screws into the front roof rail...

...and a further screw into the side of the front post.
Your large play den is now complete.
