Lever action pump with unique design incorporating a toggle
mechanism in the handle linkage to correct piston to shaft
geometry and create a smoother operation.
All polypropylene construction, includes a 2" BSP M bung
adaptor and an adjustable nut to enable the pump be threaded
in the correct position to the drum for an easier operation. The
pump delivers approx. 1 pint (500 cc) per stroke and has Viton
(300 007), EPDM (300 006) or NBR (300 009) seals for
maximum chemical compatibility.

Bomba manual accionada a palanca con un diseño único que
incorpora un mecanismo en la palanca para corregir la geometría del
pistón y el eje, consiguiendo un funcionamiento más ergonómico.
Toda la construcción es en polipropileno e incluye un adaptador
deslizante para bidón de 2" BSP M y una tuerca de ajuste para
permitir que la bomba pueda ser fijada en la posición correcta sobre
el bidón, facilitando su uso. La bomba entrega aprox. 500 cc (1
pinta) por embolada y tiene juntas de Viton (300 007), EPDM (300
006) o NBR (300 009) para una compatibilidad química máxima.

Pompe à levier avec une conception unique intégrant un
mécanisme dans la tige de la poignée pour corriger l’axe du
piston et permettre un meilleur fonctionnement.
Fabriquée entièrement en polypropylène, elle comprend un
adaptateur de 2" BSP M et une bague de réglage pour fixer
correctement la pompe sur le fût et faciliter son utilisation. La
pompe délivre environ. 500 ml (1 pinte) par coup. Elle est équipée
de joints Viton (300 007) EPDM (300 006) et NBR (300 009) pour
une compatibilité chimique maximale.

ASSEMBLY OF THE SUCTION PIPE
1.- Thread suction pipe B into suction pipe A (Diagram 1-1).
2.- Thread suction pipe A+B into suction thread hole of pump
(Diagram 1-2).
3.- Adjust the length of suction pipe C to fit it with the height of
the container and fix pipes B+C with joint nut. (Diagram 1-3).
LENGTH OF ASSEMBLED SUCTION PIPES.
• Suction pipes (A+B+C): 690 - 980 mm (27 - 38.5 in).
• Suction pipes (B+C): 350 - 640 mm (13.75 - 25 in).

USING THE PUMP
1.- Insert the suction pipes into the container and fix the pump
head with bung adaptor. (Diagram 2-1).
2.- Place the pump head in an appropriate position and fix the
pump head firmly with lock nut. (Diagram 2-2).
3.- Pump the handle UP and DOWN rapidly until fluid starts to
be poured.

MONTAJE DEL TUBO DE SUCCIÓN
1. Rosque el tubo B en el tubo A (Diagram 1-1).
2. Rosque el tubo A+B en el agujero roscado de la bomba
(Diagrama 1-2).
3. Ajuste la longitud del tubo de succión C según la altura del
depósito y fije tubos B+C con la rosca que incorporan
(Diagram 1-3).
LONGITUD DE LOS TUBOS DE SUCCIÓN.
• Tubos de succión (A+B+C): 690 - 980 mm (27 - 38.5 in).
• Tubos de succión (B+C): 350 - 640 mm (13.75 - 25 in).

USO DE LA BOMBA
1. Inserte el tubo de succión en el depósito y fije la bomba con
el adaptador deslizante (Diagram 2-1).
2. Sitúe la cabeza de la bomba en la posición apropiada y fíjela
con la tuerca de bloqueo (Diagram 2-2).
3. Bombee empujando la palanca arriba y abajo de manera
rápida hasta que el fluido comience a verterse por la salida.

MONTAGE DE LA CANNE D’ASPIRATION
1. Visser la canne B dans la canne A (Schéma 1-1).
2. Visser la canne A + B dans la bonde du fût (Schéma 1-2).
3. Ajuster la longueur de la canne d'aspiration C en fonction de la
hauteur.
Du fût et fixer les tubes B + C avec l’écrou incorporé (Schéma 1-3).
HAUTEUR DES TUBES D'ASPIRATION.
• Tubes d'aspiration (A + B + C): 690 à 980 mm (27 à 38,5 in).
• Tubes d'aspiration (B + C): 350 à 640 mm (13,75 à 25 in).

UTILISATION DE LA POMPE
1. Insérez la canne d'aspiration dans le fût et fixer la pompe avec
la fausse bonde (Schéma 2-1).
2. Placez la pompe dans la bonne position et fixer fermement
avec le contre-écrou (Schéma 2-2).
3. Actionner le levier de bas en haut jusqu'à ce que le fluide
commence à couler par la sortie de pompe.

Before using and/or submerging the pump into any fluid, check
the list of compatible fluids with your pump in the following page.
Do not use one pump for more than one type of fluid.
• Operate the handle smoothly to prevent the pump head
from getting damaged.
• Do not turn pump´s head over. It way cause the remaining
liquid leak out of the spout.
If in case you are using the pump with Adblue®(DEF) and it does
not deliver product:
• Product may have crystallized in pump.
Remove pump from the drum. Insert botton suction pipe
into a pail of warm deionized or distilled water. Cycle at a
minimum, 5 gallons (20 l) through the pump to ensure all
crystallized DEF (AdBlue®) has been dissolved. Re-insert the
pump into the container and re-prime as per the instructions
on page 2.

chequee la lista de fluidos compatibles con cada modelo en la
siguiente página del manual.
No use la misma bomba para diferentes tipos de fluido.
• Use la palanca con una fuerza razonable para prevenir
posibles daños en la cabeza de la bomba.
• No de la vuelta a la bomba para no derramar el fluido que
pueda contener en su interior.
Si está utilizando la bomba con AdBlue®(DEF) y no entrega fluido:
• El producto puede haberse cristalizado en la bomba.
Saque la bomba del bidón. Introduzca el tubo de succión en
un cubo con agua destilada templada. Haga circular un
mínimo de 20 l (5 galones) a través de la bomba para
asegurarse que todo el AdBlue®(DEF) cristalizado se ha
disuelto.
Introduzca de nuevo la bomba en el depósito y proceda
según las instrucciones de montaje.

• Saugrohr in einen Fass mit warmes, entsalztem oder
destilliertem Wasser einfügen.
• Pumpen Sie mindestens 20 L durch die Pumpe um sicher zu
gehen dass alle kristallisiertes DEF (AdBlue®) sich aufgelöst hat.
• Montieren Sie die Pumpe wieder auf dem Fass (wie
beschrieben unter “Montage und Inbetriebnahme”).

MONTAGE (Fig. 1)
1. Saugrohrteil (A) und Saugrohrteil (B) sachgerecht abgedichtet
miteinander verschrauben.
2. Saugrohrteile (A+B) und Pumpenkopf (2) sachgerecht
abgedichtet miteinander verschrauben.
3. Saugrohrteil (C) auf die gewünschte Länge verkürzen und
mit Verbindungsmuffe sachgerecht abgedichtet mit
Saugrohrteil (B) verschrauben.
Saugrohrlänge:
• Saugrohrteile (A+B+C) 680 - 980 mm
• Saugrohrteile (B+C) 350 - 640 mm

INBETRIEBNAHME (Fig. 2)
1. Führen Sie das Pumpenrohr in das Fass (1) ein. Vergewissern
Sie sich, dass das Saugrohr bis zum Fassbodenreicht. Die
Pumpe im Spundloch festschrauben.
2. Die Pumpe in die gewünschte Position drehen und mit
Aapter (2) fixieren.
3. Schlauch (ohne Abb.) falls mitbestellt am Pumpenauslauf
befestigen.
4. Hebel bewegen (3) bis Flüssigkeit kommt. Pumpe ist jetzt
Betriebsbereit.
