Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur
from furniture tip-over. To help prevent
tip-over:
• Place heaviest items in the lowest drawers.
• Unless specifically desined to accommodate, do not
set TVs or other heavy objects on top of this product.
• Never allow children to climb or han on drawers,
doors, or shelves.
• Never open more than one drawer at a time.
• If equipped with a drawer interlock system, do not
defeat or remove it.
Use of tip-over restraints may only reduce, but not
eliminate, the risk of tip-over.
This is a permanent label. Do not attempt to remove!

å Assemble your unit on a carpeted floor or on the empty
carton to avoid scratchin your unit or the floor.
å To bein assembly, push twelve SAUDER TWIST-LOCK®
FASTENERS (10F) into the lare holes in the ENDS (A
and B), BOTTOM (D), and SHELF (E).

å Turn twelve CAM SCREWS (8F) into the FRONT LEGS (I
and J), DRAWER FRONT (L), and TOP MOLDING (M).
å Tap two MOLDING CONNECTORS (17F) into the notches
in the TOP MOLDING (M).

å Fasten the TOP MOLDING (M) to the TOP (C). Tihten
three HIDDEN CAMS.
å Push the LARGE RUBBER SLEEVE (58G) onto the
BRACKET (56G). The RUBBER SLEEVE will be a tiht fit.
å Fasten the BRACKET (56G) to the TOP MOLDING (M).
Use a BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (1S).
å NOTE: Be sure to position the BRACKET exactly as shown
in the enlared diaram.

å Fasten the LEFT END (B) to the TOP (C). Tihten two
TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS.
Do not stand the unit upriht without the
BACK fastened. The unit may collapse.
Caution
How to use the SAUDER TWIST-LOCK®FASTENER
1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the
hole of the adjoinin part.
NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must
remain fully inserted in the hole of the adjoinin
part while lockin the FASTENER.
2. Tihten the FASTENER with a Phillips
screwdriver as tiht as possible.

å Fasten the FRONT LEGS (I and J) to the ENDS (A
and B). Tihten eiht HIDDEN CAMS.
å NOTE:
Be sure the MOLDING CONNECTORS in the TOP
MOLDING (M) insert into the notches in the FRONT LEGS.
You may need to ently tap them in with your hammer.
å NOTE:
Be sure the WOOD DOWELS in the FRONT LEGS
insert into the holes in the ENDS.

å Fasten the UNIVERSAL CABINET RAILS* (35AA) to
the ENDS (A and B). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD
SCREWS (3S) throuh holes #1 and #3.

å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edes. Unfold
the BACK (F) and lay it over your unit.
å Make equal marins alon all four edes of the BACK (F).
Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make
it "square".
å Fasten the BACK (F) to your unit usin the NAILS (1N).
å NOTE: Be sure to tap NAILS into the holes that line up
over the SHELF (E).
å NOTE: Perforations have been provided for access
throuh the BACK. Carefully cut out the holes needed.
Do not stand the unit upriht without the
BACK fastened. The unit may collapse.

BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (11S).

å Carefully stand your unit upriht.
å Before fastenin the DOOR to your unit, be sure the
mountin screw is aainst the stops as shown in the riht
diaram. If it isn't, loosen the mountin screw to slide it
aainst the stops. Then tihten the mountin screw.
å Fasten a DOOR (G) to the LEFT END (B) as shown in
the lower diaram. Use the screws in the HINGES. You
should start each SCREW a few turns before completely
tihtenin any of them.
å Fasten a KNOB (28K) to the DOOR (G). Use a GOLD 1"
MACHINE SCREW (50S).
å Repeat this step for the other DOOR (G).
å See the next step for DOOR adjustments.
