for
office/EDP

The
Copier
contains
a
5-milliwat,
760-800
nanometer
wavelength,
GaAIAs
laser
diode.
Direct
(or
indirect
reflected)
eye
contact
with
the
laser
beam
may
cause
serious
eye

and
interlock
mechanisms
have
been
designed
to
prevent

possible

MACHINE

you
are
asked

a
user
code

the
machine
is
set
to
the
User
Code
function,
users
must
input
their
codes
before
the
machine
can
operate.The
machine
keeps
count
of
the
number
of
copies
under
each
user
code.

CHANGING
MODES
In
addition
to
copier
features,
this
machine
can
be
used
optionally
as
a
fac¬
simile
or
printer.
When
you
turn
on
the
main
switch,
the
Copy
mode
screen
appears
allowing
you
to
perform
a
copy
run.
If
you
want
to
use
another
feature,
press
a
relevant
key
such
as
the
Facsimile
key
on
the
upper
right
side
of
the
operation
panel.

original

fax,
performing

mediate
transmission,

setting
a
user
tool.
