1.2 Conventional use
The compressor is designed for generating
and storing compressed air only. Com-
pressed air is only suitable for compressed
air tools/devices/machines.
Any other type of use is considered contrary
to the intended use.
The compressor must not be used in poten-
tially explosive areas. Combustible, caustic
or toxic gases must not be sucked in!

1.5.1 Checking, setting and adjusting
the V-belt tension
Checking V-belt tension:
See instruction manual, part 2.
Removing the sound absorbing cover
1. Unscrew the cover on the terminal box
(figure 9a) and keep the screws for sub-
sequent assembly.
2. Detach the fan cable from the terminal
box on the motor (figure 9b).
3. Remove the two screws at the front and
three screws at the back of the sound ab-
sorbing cover (figure 9c).
4. Lift the sound absorbing cover out of the
console with the help of another person.
Setting/Adjusting V-belt tension:
1. Mark the position of the electric motor on
the base plate between the motor and
the compressor unit.
2. Slacken the four mounting screws on the
electric motor (Fig. 7b) and slide the mo-
tor towards the compressor unit. Do not
tilt the electric motor.
3. Take off the V-belt.
4. Slide back the electric motor approx. 2
mm over the mark. Make sure that the
V-belt disc and fan wheel are aligned
correctly. Tighten the mounting screws
again.
5. Fit the V-belt over the small V-belt disc
first, then stretch it over the large V-belt
disc.
6. Check the V-belt tension and repeat the
process if necessary.
7. Attach the belt guard grating again using
the mounting plugs.
Fitting the sound absorbing cover
1. Place the sound absorbing cover on the
console with the help of another person.
2. Insert the two screws at the front and
three screws at the back of the sound ab-
sorbing cover and secure (figure 9c).
3. Connect the fan cable to the terminal box
on the motor while paying attention to
the colours and labels on the individual
wires:
black -> U, blue -> V, brown -> W, yel-

4. Secure the cover on the terminal box
(figure 9a).
1.6 Vessel inspections
An informal inspection book (collection of all
documents related to the vessel including in-
spection documents from the "approved test
centre") must be compiled for the vessel.
Register the vessel with an "approved test
centre", stating this data. The centre initiates
and certifies an installation check by an
authorised expert and specifies the inter-
vals for repeat inspections.
L It is essential to retain vessel documents
included in the delivery (= certification
documents) and inspection documents for
the entire service life of the vessel. The
statutory specified inspections must be
arranged in accordance with the applica-
ble regulations of the respective country
in which the vessel is used.

1.2 Toepassing conform de bepa-
lingen
De compressor is uitsluitend bestemd voor
de opwekking en opslag van perslucht. De
perslucht is alleen geschikt voor persluchtge-
reedschap/-apparatuur/-machines.
Ieder ander gebruik is oneigelijk.
De compressor mag niet in explosiegevaar-
lijke zones worden gebruikt. Brandbare, bij-
tende of giftige gassen mogen niet worden
aangezogen!

1.5.1 V-snaarspanning controleren,
instellen, vervangen
V-snaarspanning controleren:

Geluidsisolatiekap demonteren
1. Schroef het deksel van de klemmenkast
af (afbeelding 9a), bewaar de schroeven
om later weer te kunnen monteren.
2. Maak de ventilatorkabel los in de klem-
menkast van de motor (afbeelding 9b).
3. Maak de schroefverbinding van de ge-
luidsisolatiekap los, 2 schroeven aan de
voorzijde en 3 schroeven aan de achter-
zijde (afbeelding 9c).
4. Til de geluidsisolatiekap met z'n tweeën
van de console af.
V-snaarspanning instellen/vervangen:
1. Positie van de elektromotor op de grond-
plaat tussen motor en compressoraggre-
gaat markeren.
2. Vier bevestigingsbouten van de elektro-
motor losdraaien (afbeelding 7b), motor
in de richting van het compressoraggre-
gaat schuiven. Daarbij elektromotor niet
kantelen.
3. V-snaar verwijderen.
4. Elektromotor weer terugschuiven, ca. 2
mm verder dan de markering. Let op uit-
lijning van v-riemschijf en ventilatorwiel.
De bevestigingsbouten weer aantrekken.
5. De V-snaar eerst over de kleine V-riem-
schijf leggen en dan over de grote V-
riemschijf drukken.
6. V-snaarspanning controleren, procedure
eventueel herhalen.
7. Riembeschermrooster weer met de be-
vestigingsstop aanbrengen.
Geluidsisolatiekap monteren
1. Plaats de geluidsisolatiekap met z'n
tweeën op de console.
2. Maak de schroefverbinding van de ge-
luidsisolatiekap vast, 2 schroeven aan de
voorzijde en 3 schroeven aan de achter-
zijde (afbeelding 9c).
3. Sluit de ventilatorkabel in de klemmen-
kast van de motor aan, let daarbij op de
kleuren en teksten van de afzonderlijke

4. Schroef het deksel van de klemmenkast
vast (afbeelding 9a).
1.6 Keuringen van de tank
Voor de tank moet een informeel keurings-
boek (verzameling van alle documenten die
bij de tank horen, inclusief de keuringsdocu-
menten van de erkende "keuringsinstelling")
worden aangelegd. Tank met vermelding
van deze gegevens bij een „erkende keu-
ringsinstelling“ aanmelden . Deze regelt en
certificeert een opstellingskeuring door
een deskundige en legt de intervallen van
de terugkerende keuringen vast.
L Bij de tank meegeleverde documenten (=
toelatingsdocumenten) en keuringscerti-
ficaten gedurende de levensduur van de
tank beslist bewaren. De wettelijk voor-
geschreven keuringen dienen te worden
georganiseerd volgens de geldende voor-
schriften van het land waarin de tank
wordt gebruikt.

1.2 Użytkowanie zgodne z

Sprężarka przeznaczona jest wyłącznie do
wytwarzania i magazynowania sprężonego
powietrza . Sprężone powietrze może być
stosowane tylko w narzędziach,
urządzeniach i maszynach pneumatycznych.
Każde inne zastosowanie jest niezgodne z
przeznaczeniem.
Sprężarki nie wolno używaćw obszarach
zagrożonych eksplozją. Nie wolno zasysać
gazów palnych, żrących lub trujących!

Demontażobudowy z izolacją
dźwiękową

późniejszego montażu.

skrzynce zaciskowej silnika (rys. 9b).
3. Odkręcićpołączenie gwintowane

przodu, 3 śruby z tyłu (rys. 9c).
4. Zdjąć obudowęz izolacjądźwiękowąze
wspornika w dwie osoby.
Ustawianie/zmiana naciągu paska
klinowego:
1. Oznaczyćpozycjęsilnika elektrycznego
na płycie podstawy pomiędzy silnikiem a
agregatem sprężarki.
2. Odkręcićcztery śruby mocujące silnik
elektryczny (rys. 7b), a następnie
przesunąć silnik w kierunku agregatu
sprężarki. Nie skręcaćprzy tym silnika
elektrycznego.
3. Zdjąć pas klinowy.
4. Przesunąć silnik elektryczny z powrotem
ok. 2 mm poza oznaczenie. Zwracać
uwagęna zbieżność tarczy paska
klinowego i wirnika wentylatora.
Ponownie dokręcićśruby mocujące.
5. Założyćpas klinowy najpierw na
mniejszątarczę, a następnie wcisnąć go
na większątarczę.
6. Sprawdzićnaprężenie paska klinowego,
w razie potrzeby powtórzyćprocedurę.
7. Ponownie zamocowaćkratkęochronną
paska za pomocąkołków mocujących.

1.6 Kontrole zbiornika
W odniesieniu do zbiornika należy sporządzić
książkękontrolnąbez wymogów formalnych
(zbiór wszystkich, należących do zbiornika
dokumentów, wraz z dokumentami kontroli
przez upoważnionąjednostkękontrolną).
Zbiornik należy zgłosić do upoważnionej
jednostki kontrolnej, podając jego
parametry. Jednostka ta zleca i poświadcza
kontrolęustawienia przez
rzeczoznawcę i wyznacza terminy
cyklicznych kontroli.
L Załączonądokumentacjęzbiornika (=
dokumenty dopuszczające) należy
przechowywaćprzez cały okres
użytkowania zbiornika. Zalecane prawem
kontrole należy organizowaćzgodnie z
przepisami obowiązującymi w kraju
użytkowania zbiornika. .
