9Locate device in a suitable working area, keep area clean and tidy and free from unrelated materials.
9Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.
9Keep the device clean for best and safest performance.

9Wear approved safety eye protection (standard spectacles are not adequate).
9Wear heat resistant gloves and appropriate protective clothing.
9Ensure the workpiece is adequately held before operating the device.
9Always use the stand provided when not using the hot tool so that the tip cannot make contact with the work surface.
9Always use device in a well ventilated atmosphere or alternatively wear respiratory protection.
9Ensure that when the device is put down during use that the tip is not near to or in contact with any material that may burn or melt.
9After use always keep the plastic welder in its original package in a safe place away from children.

4. OPERATION
4.1. Once the usb is plugged in the tool will become hot.
8DO NOT leave the tool unattended while it is hot.
4.2. Use the stand provided when placing the device on a work surface, being aware that it is not touching anything.
5. MAINTENANCE
9Keep the tip of the tool clean while you work. Have a damp sponge handy to occasionally wipe your tip to keep it clean.
Properly cleaned tips are bright and shiny.
