Thankyouforchoosingthisproduct.Forbestautomatismperformance,Sesamo
recommendsyoucarefullyreadandfollowtheinstallationanduseinstructionsfoundinthis
manual.Installationofthisautomatismmustonlybeperformedbytheprofessionally
qualifiedpersonnelforwhomthismanualisaddressed.Anyerrorsduringinstallationmaybe
harmfultopeopleorthings.Packagingmaterial(wood,plastic,cardboard,etc.)shouldnot
bescatteredintheenvironmentorleftwithinthereachofchildrenaspotentialsourcesof
danger.Everyinstallationphasemustbeperformedinaccordancewiththeregulationsin
forceandfollowingGoodTechniquestandards.Beforebeginninginstallationmakesurethat
theproductisintegralandhasnotbeendamagedduringtransportationorbypoorstorage
conditions.Beforeinstallingtheproductmakesurethateacharchitecturalandstructural
elementoftheentrance(girderfasteningsurfaces,casings,guide,etc.)isappropriateand
sufficientlyrobusttobeautomated.Conductacarefulriskanalysisandmakesuitable
modificationstoeliminateconveyance,crushing,cuttingandhazardousareasingeneral.Do
notinstalltheproductinenvironmentswheregas,steamorinflammablefumesarepresent.
Themanufacturerisnotliableforanyneglectof“goodtechnique”orspecificregulationsin
theconstructionofthecasingtobemotorizedandanycollapseofthesame.Allautomatic
entrancesafetyandprotectiondevices(photocells,activesensors,etc.)mustbeinstalledin
accordancewiththeregulationsanddirectivesinforce,withthecompletedriskanalysis,
systemtype,use,traffic,forcesandinertiainplay.Paycarefulattentiontoareawherethe
followingmayoccur:crushing,cutting,conveyanceandanyothertypeofhazardingeneral
applying,ifnecessarysuitableindications.Indicatethemotorizeddooridentification
informationoneveryinstallation.Makesurethattheupstreamelectricalsystemiscorrectly
dimensionedandhasalltheopportuneprotections(circuitbreakersandfuses).Onlyuse
originalsparepartsinmaintenanceandrepairs.Donottamperoralterdevicesinthe
automatismandallthesafetydevicesinthecontrolpanelforanyreason.Themanufacturer
isnotliableifpartswithintheautomatismarealteredortamperedwithorifsafetydevices
otherthanthoseindicatedbythemanufacturerareusedinthesystem.Theautomatism
installermustprovidetheautomaticentrancemanagerwiththeusemanualandallthe
informationrequiredforcorrectuseinautomaticandmanualmodes(evenforelectronic
locking)andintheeventofemergency.Paycarefulattentiontothemessagesinthismanual
thataremarkedwiththehazardsymbol.Theycaneitherbewarningsaimedatavoided
potentialequipmentdamageorspecificsignalsofpotentialhazardtotheinstallerand
others.Thisdevicewasdesignedtoautomatepedestrianswingingdoors.Anyotheruseis
consideredcontrarytotheuseforeseenbythemanufacturerwhothereforeshallnotbe
heldliable.

MachineDirectiveandkeepthemforatleast10years.
–DrafttheCEdeclarationofconformityaccordingtoattachmentII‐Aofthemachine
directiveandprovidetheusewithacopy.
–ApplytheCEmarkingsonthemotorizeddooraccordingtopoint1.7.3ofattachmentI

removedandhandovertocompaniesauthorizedtorecoveranddisposethem.The

withoutanyproblem,simplyperformingwastecollectionforrecycling.Beforeproceedingit

motoraxis.Therefore,afterfixingthepullingarmanditsguide,thecouplingboltofthearm
withthecylindricalskidhavenottocreateforceinopening/closingcycle.Apositioningerror
oftheautomatismmightcreatebendingbetweentheboltofthepullingarmandthe
cylindricalskidmorethantheallowedtolerance,damagingpartsoftheautomatism.
Dependingonthedepthofjambdimension,itmightdecreasesthemaximumopening
angle.

Thespringhastobechargedaccordingtothewidthofthedoorkeepinginconsiderationthe
normEN1154intherangefromEN4toEN6.Rangeofadjustmentcanbeobtainedfrom
diagram(Fig.28),accordingtothewidthandweightofthedoor,bothforpullorpusharm.
Duringspringadjustment,windforce,over‐pressureandotherenvironmentalconditionthat
mightopenthedoor,mustbeconsidered.
Adjustforceofthespringtighteningthescrew(Fig.29,Part.A)inordertotensionthespring
uptotheendoftheplate(Fig.29part.B)wouldbeinthecorrespondentrangeofthetypeof
installation(rangeENidentified).
