Maintenance Operation
Intervention by Request
During a scheduled maintenance operation, carried out by an authorised technician, it is advisable to
carefully perform the checks and procedures listed below :
Remove the mains power supply using the bipolar switch upstream from the automatism.
Open the automatism by removing the cover.
Disconnect the batteries.
Check the tightening of the screws on the carriages and the components installed inside the box.
Check the connections of the wiring between the accessories, sensors and the electronic control unit.
Clean the runway with a cloth (without detergents) and check that it is intact.
Check the smoothness of the frame, its general conditions (evaluate any misalignments caused by
impacts) and check, above all, that there is a minimum space of 5 mm between the pavement and the
wing so as to guarantee correct sliding even in the event of extensive thermal expansions of the frame.
Clean the pulleys of the carriages and check the wear; replace if necessary.
Grease the runway with a thin layer of bearing grease.
Check the wear of the belt and grease it.
Reconnect the automatism to the mains power supply and the batteries.
Check the wear and correct operation of the floor guide; grease or replace it if necessary.
Check the wear of the rubber stops; replace and adjust them as necessary.
Check the correct operation of the blocking device, manual release and automatic reset.
Check the safety sensors (functionality and adjustment).
Check the detection sensors (functionality and adjustment).
Check the movement of the wings during braking and approach.
Verify the correct selection of the operation logics.
Check the efficiency of the batteries by operating the installation for a period without the mains power
supply.
Test the correct operation of the antipanic breakaway system, if installed.

too low. Check the encoder, the
connection between the encoder and
mother boards. Make sure the transit area
is free of obstacles. In the event of
electronic lock, check correct operations.
Door blocked

The door cannot open. Make sure there
are no obstacles in the transit area and that
there are no locks (electric or manual) that
block the door.
Anti-crushing in
opening error

obstacles in the transit area. Make sure that
the anti-crushing sensitivity in opening is
not too low. Check the encoder, the
